This location will not acknowledge that you’re even in their store. Employees laying in the booths. You have to order from the kiosk. Very poor behavior from employees. In Ohio, they wouldn’t have jobs.

I rarely leave reviews, but this place was exceptionally poor, sadly. The workers were nice enough, but there was no ice for the fountain drinks, every single table and even the chairs were filthy, and there were no napkins or literally anything else in the self-serve area of the restaurant. We hoped the food would make up for the lack of attention to the dining area, but unfortunately all of our food was only slightly warm, and some of it was just plain cold. This location needs some corporate intervention stat!

This place is awesome. Easy on and off the freeway, the new staff are friendly, polite and funny. The food is good. The area is clean inside and outside. I dine there weekly. There is a motel in the same complex, and truckstop within walking distance. Great place, I recommend

Were here for dinner not some juvenile concert. The noise coming out of the speakers is offensive, obnoxious and WAY TOO LOUD! I worked in restaurant at nearly every level. Dining area music should be subtle, just barely there - adding to the dining experience - not overpowering and dominating it. I am a life long musician my family traveled professionally, made records. You turned my sons stomach trying to eat. Considering the obscene prices you charge for food now, you could at least make the experience enjoyable.

Stopped by around 9:30 pm on 12 May after hauling my 17ft trailer from New Mexico. Their dining area was closed but the drive thru was still open. I knocked on the door because I didnt want to maneuver the trailer through the drive thru. A gentleman pointed to the drive thru, and I replied by pointing to my trailer. He came to open the door but he said I had to use the drive thru. I asked if he really wanted me to maneuver the trailer through there. He then made a call over the headset and replied that theres nothing he can do because the manager said I had to use the drive thru. He mentioned the manager is female and she said that McDonalds is open so I could go there. I would have been happy to order something to go but it was a hard no from the manager. So I did what any sensible person would do with a craving for Taco Bell. I dragged the trailer through the drive thru. Im gonna get my Taco Bell, drive thru be damned!!After clearing the 9ft clearance bar, I approached the intercom and a female voice came over. I proceeded to order my Steak Power Burrito then made a wide turn to go to the window. The night manager definitely was not expecting that. 😂From the receipt, her name is Anita. If there was a different female manager on shift then please reply and let me know. Dont want to put on blast the wrong person. I have also attached a picture of my rig and the receipt from that eventful night.Your move Taco Bell!

This place is lacking customer service, rude employees. They don’t know what’s on the menu. Don’t know what’s in the item and when I ask for a certain thing they give you attitude.I’ve run a Taco Bell before I’ve worked for the corporation and that’s not how you treat a customer it’s always yes ma’am no ma’am knock whatever this is on the outskirts is a very nice location but the way the employees are they treat you like you are dirt don’t even give you a receipt They need to learn customer service 101 again or go find a different job. I’m deathly telling all my friends not to come here, as well as the casino patrons.

I went last night and the sign says they close 10 pm, the doors where locked at 8 50pm so I left. I came back and the tells me to order from kiosk, it was broken. I am a truck driver and could not go thru the drive thru. The fat girl thought she was funny and kinda tasting me by waving her hoofe at me, so I went next door to McDonalds. How does this place stay in business?

I have been to this taco bell about 5 times, because it is the closest thing to me when I work. And only 2 of the 5 times has the dining area been open. When the hours on the door say it should be open. But they have it locked for whatever reason. Its pretty frustrating when they only let you use the drive thru. I dont know if its because there lazy or what and each of these times they have been closed was a different time so I have only ever experienced this at this taco bell next to the am pm idk if they are taking the easy way to deal with less customers but I assume they are lazy

Very clean place and has really reliant folks bringing the food on. Hey its just a taco bell right? But this one was very sanitary. The seating environment was very well kept and clean, the air in the lobby was clean and fresh smelling. I heard this place sports an air purifier. The food arrived surprisingly hot not warm. I liked this taco bell two thumbs up. Yo toco.

Used drive-thru and while the cashier was friendly, she didnt offer any sauces, so food was dry. They forgot one of our burritos and messed up on one of the black bean crunch wrap, substituting refried beans, plus it was only half-folded and not toasted. While the food tasted okay, the prep missed the mark. Maybe theyre training new employees, or short staffed. Just check your order before you drive away. Ask for sauce.

I asked on the Uber eats app since I’m staying in a hotel nearby…I asked for no lettuce no sauce on my tacos since my daughter doesn’t like them….I also asked for mild sauce on since I got a deluxe craving box…Honestly I wish management would see this so they could understand that clients order the usual cause of how much we like it but are disappointed when when the same standard are not met at every single Taco Bell…Flavor is the same but cmon if we request for something at least try ur best to meet clients requests

Until recently there portion size has been great. I actually drive 10 miles further just to go to this Taco Bell. Starting about a week ago maybe 10 days portion size started getting smaller. The last three times Ive gone there theyre about two-thirds of what they were originally. I always order the same thing and its always been great and worth the extra drive. I dont know what happened but Im disappointed.

No stars. But, in order to place this review, we had to give at least one star. We asked for a side of sour cream and paid for the extra sour cream. But, it was not in the bag. We asked for it and the cashier who took the order asked to look in the bag. It was not placed in there.They still refused and gave us horrid attitude. We kept waiting and they finally gave us a bit in a small container. The worst service ever. Infuriating when you pay extra for an item and they refuse to give it to you.

I am giving them two stars because the people are usually really nice. The problem here is that more than half the time I order something like a chalupa, it is not cooked properly. When made right, the chalupa shell is deep fried so that it is warm and crispy, but usually here its just cold and spongey. Today I ordered their new cantina melt taco. It is supposed to be fried too, that is like the whole point of it. Instead it was just a stale and cold tortilla. The cheese was not melted. So I ended up getting a box of cold food because the fried chalupa and taco shell would have helped to keep the meat warm. We spent almost $20 for cold food. The chalupas are usually great when made right. Thats why we bought 3 of them, but when they are cold and floppy they are not good at all.

Taco bell is the best..so my one star review is based on the fact that the store sign and online says they close at midnight, but when I arrived at 11:00pm on 1-8-2019 I waited in the drive thru line for awhile. I was then seen by a women employee who glanced over at me and then proceeded to turn off the lights inside. I was not given any gestures to let me know they were closed, which I feel as a long time customer is very rude. Del taco is open 24hrs so I still got tacos.

We were very excited to have a location so close to us but the excitement was very short lived.Ive been there 3 times and all three times there were serious issues.The first time I was charged for a burrito supreme and only got a bean burrito and upon going back was actually accused of buying it somewhere else and trying to get something else. Really?The second time I had to go back again because the $5 Challupa box Challupa only had stuff on one side and not much of that. The manager made it right but it should never have happened in the first place.The last time I walked in there nobody was up front, just an employee taking a break. After saying Hello a few times and getting no response from the back I decided to use the kiosk to order.The drive -thru was busy, so I know people were working. After about 10 minutes the employee taking a break walked to the register, asked if I placed the order and then walked it to the back.Other customers came in and were also forced to use the kiosk as nobody, again, was up front.It took almost 20 minutes to get my order.They need to get their act together because as of now they are terrible.

Refused to take my order because i didnt have a car. Parked at the flying J Truck stop. Even tho i told them i was a truck driver the guy at the window refused to take my order. If I could give less than one I would. Yesterday my fionce walked from the truck stop over to get us some food ( I KNOW he hasnt been the only one to try, by the way) and was openly stared at by the staff in the window as he crossed the OPEN FIELD as well as those in the line of cars there only to be turned away because the lobby is shut down, instead of provisions made for those that cant come by car. I WILL be contacting corporate about this. He was so defeated after running a relief load to Southern Cali he went without. Shame on all involved.
