Food is great, but prices have really ratcheted up over the years. A simple crunchy taco or soft taco should be a dollar or less, considering their meat is mostly Soy filler. The drive through wasnt working and the guy taking the order was rude.

We were visiting the area and stopped by for a quick evening meal after a long day traveling and on the beach. The food was prepared quickly, however one main item was left out. Honestly worst experience I’ve had with Taco Bell. I placed two order online separately. When I got to the drive thru I told the guy I had 2 orders and he was only mentioning my first order. So I drove up the window to show him I had 2 orders even showed him the receipt and he was saying they didn’t have it being all rude, he said to pull around again because he “had another car behind me” but I pull around and there was no car whatsoever, and tells me thru the speaker like I was a new customer, knowing he told me himself to go around, then when I get my orders they were both incorrect! Will never be at this location again!! Don’t go here guys !!!!!!!! STAY AWAY !!!! From my experience the Night Shift is horrible !!!

The only reason I come to this location is because I work next door. This place has the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Corporate do yourself a favor, clean house, and get some employees in that will be grateful for the position. If I could give negative stars I would!Also I may add that any of the good reviews you see on here is because the employees asked for them and bribe you with a free drink. I’ve been asked to leave a 5 star review for a free drink or free food at least 4 or 5 times.

Burrito was ok, the tacos suck to eat and always have. They fall apart. Worker eating in their car in the closest parking place to the door beyond handicapped. Bathroom needs a place to hang a jacket or purse...do you expect us to put on the floor? Gross.

We visited Taco Bell in Newport Beach after returning from a whale watching excursion. We are vegetarians, so it can be challenging to find healthy and filling options. We looked far and wide on the Balboa peninsula, but ultimately settled on Taco Bell. Were not fast food people, and it took some convincing for my wife to agree.We ordered 2 black bean CrunchWrap supremes, 2 black bean chalupa supremes, and a black bean burrito for my son. We really enjoyed the CrunchWraps very much! They were indeed crunchy from the crispy folded tortilla, and it was filled with fresh crispy lettuce toward the top with black beans on the bottom. For less than $5 and 400 calories, two would be a great lunch option when youre really hungry.The chalupas were also tasty, but they were a bit drier than the CrunchWrap, which had more filling. The black bean burrito was squishy and the beans oozed out the top and bottom. My son didnt finish it, even though he was hungry. I should have gotten him a CrunchWrap, too.Whether youre a vegetarian or not, I think youll enjoy the black bean CrunchWrap supreme at Taco Bell.

The dollar menu for breakfast or lunch is great, but the main menu just doesnt make it worthwhile for the price or assortment! I wish that they offered real Mexican food at a reasonable price instead of putting their basic ingredients in different combinations of their few ingredients! Even their tacos could be more authentic, with real recognizable ingredients ! When you order anything, it never appears to resemble the pictures that you order from!

This is a quick place to grab a bite to eat after visiting the beach. There was plenty of parking for being such a small little building. The food was good and fresh and the dining room was fairly clean. My only complaint was that the restrooms were in dire need of some thorough cleaning. There was excrement on the toilet seat and toilet paper on the floor, along with small puddles of water from drippy hands. Great place to eat, not so great for restroom stops.

Some times they are very good and some times they are very bad.Since Im vegetarian, I always ask for rice instead of beef and black beans instead of pinto beans. I have done this many time, but unfortunately last time, they said they are going to charge me for that.Im sharing this because I found it very unfair. I dont know if they do care or they dont, but this is not the right way to take care of customers.

Horrible food. Used to be really good back in the 80s but food has gone downhill ever since. I order a 5 layer burrito but all it had in it was a spoon size scoop of soupy hamburger and sauce. A few beans on two tortillas . All you tasted was a soggy tortilla . I will never eat there again.

I pulled in here because I thought it was hilarious to see a Taco Bell directly after driving by luxury car dealerships. Ordered 2 Spicy tostadas fresco style (no dairy, add pico). The order took over twice as long to receive despite them not looking busy, but that was no problem. Then the tostadas had cheese on them (Receipt confirms it should have been made fresco), I wasn’t asked if I wanted any sauce, and I wasn’t provided a fork to use like nearly every other TB does. I just ate the cheese instead of going back. The food at least looked well made.

Arrived at 1:52 pm. Ordered the double chalupa box, no sour cream and a beef supreme burrito. The burrito was good. The dbl chalupa delivered had sour cream. After bringing the error to the cashier another dbl chalupa was prepared right away. The negatives are that the store was very dirty. A spilled drink had not been cleaned up for some time and a sign indicated the spill. The store had not been swept and there was debris every where. It appeared as though the entrance mat had not been moved or cleaned under because there was a build up of dirt around it. The table we sat at was wobbly. The store just wasnt inviting to eat in.

Arrived at 10:39 and was told that they were closed even though the hours both on google maps and the ones plastered on the wall stated that they were open till 11 daily. When we knocked on the door we were met with sarcastic staff members that were visibly pissed that they had to take our order even though we were already out of the entire store with the orders they begrudgingly let us place by 10:50. Not happy with this place at all so I’m glad that I’m never going back. Don’t go to this place if you value either being treated like a normal human being or like a genuine customer, because you certainly won’t get that treatment at this location.
