Taco Bell in Thousand Oaks

My overall experience at this Taco Bell has been great. Today I decided to come in and get some food and was welcomed with a leak in the ceiling. It was a minor leak and was made quite clear to stay woryy of the area. The leak didnt stop the team from doing their job. Food was good. Nacho Fries seem to have been sitting in a heater for hours but exceeded my expectations. Nice environment and cool pictures on the wall. The cleanliness of the dining arean and soda dispensary area could be better. Food has been great quality since Ive been coming here and Ive had no problems with the food or team. Worth stopping by.

First time here and the staff made it seem as if the last thing on earth they wanted was a customer there. Went at 3 PM and not busy at all and they refused to speak slowly and roll their eyes and were exasperated when we couldnt understand what they were saying. Gave us the incorrect food and when we asked for them to correct it, spoke to each other quickly in another language and then stated that they didnt have what we actually asked for and this was all we got. Once we got our food, the taco shells Were very old and cardboard with zero crutch. Super disappointing

Excellent experience at this Taco Bell location. So much so that I not only ate lunch here, I came back the very next day and had breakfast! Service was quick and friendly on both days. The ordering process, despite having a station in which you could place your own order, was quite quick and efficient. All in All a very good experience here at Taco Bell. Worth the visit if youre in the vicinity.

This particular Tacobell just doesnt do a good job as far as the food or the actual store itself is very filthy. I wouldnt have even gave it 1

I had given up all hope on Taco Bell being good anymore but this place surprised me. Thats probably the best Taco Bell food Ive ever had and it was fresh and it was fast.Update 2 weeks later:I have changed my mind a little bit. For the best experience possible always use the drive-thru and if you need to go in use the kiosk to order the food, and try not to have to use the restroom. If you follow that you will have a very good experience here

Fabulous people. Very polite and accommodating with dietary restrictions. Food was exactly what I asked for. The restaurant was clean and in good repair. The ambient music was great. You can tell that the people there really care about the details.

This has to be the worst Taco Bell on the planet. It doesnt even taste rite. Ive tried at all times of day and I wont go back.

Once I saw that they actually carried Mexican Pizza, I was happy! Clean restaurant, friendly staff, nice portions, and delicious food. Restrooms available. I guess you have to ask for sauce packets, as I didnt receive any, and the girl upfront didnt speak English well enough to understand what I was asking for, but the courteous cashier helped me, and we chuckled over it. All in all, great experience. Keep doing The Bell, Taco Bell!!!

I came in this location this morning, ordered a Nachos Bell Grande, vegetarian style (meaning no meat) and received just chips n beans, yet was charged for a Nachos Bell Grande. This isnt the first time Ive come to this location and theyve messed up an order or partially delivered an order in the last 3 months. Going to go to another location now on as this one is heading down hill fast.... thoroughly disappointed Taco Bell!!

Worst manager I have ever encountered in any Taco bell. Rude as hell and doesnt understand a thing. Went to pick up online order at drive thru. Told me to come inside and then tries to give me someone elses order. When i said its not mine he acts like its my fault for not coming to drive thru to pick up the order. Never going back.
