This location is fairly new and I always find the food fresh and ordered as I requested. Staff is friendly and the drive thru is easy in and out. I have not eaten inside so no rating for that.

Bought two custom boxes offered through the app, added a few additions to said boxes (ie extra add-ons), and got drinks, went to the drive-thru for pickup and got stuck waiting 10-15 minutes. After the wait we checked the food, found out that two burritos werent correct, one of the sides wasnt correct, none of the add-ons were actually included in any of the food, and my drink wasnt correct either. Went inside to let the workers know, figuring it would be faster, and was stuck waiting so long I left with no resolution. Tried to reach out to management for my money back since most everything I paid for wasnt even correct, and what I did get was cheaper than what I selected (so I overpaid for food I didnt even get) and got no response. Figures.

Never been a big fan of Taco Bell, but every now and then I like to stop by see if they have something new, and I do like their Bean burrito. Service at any of the locations has always been good. I tried the new Grilled Cheese Burrito today, it tastes good but they really need to rethink the packaging, as the grilled cheese was not on the burrito, it was stuck to the paper wrapper it came in, so i didnt get the full experience, it was very disappointing!

I love Taco Bell, and this Taco Bell is very close to where I live. However, the food here is horrible. Me and my wife got Chicken Quasidillas from here on a Friday night at 9 PM. When we arrived at home and opened the bags, the Quasidillas looked extremely thin. Shockingly, as you can see in the picture, there was not a shred of chicken inside their Chicken Quasidillas. It was basically a tortilla with some cheese in the middle (they didnt even put enough cheese in their tortilla, as you can see, the cheese is covering only 60% of the tortilla). In other words, I paid 20 dollars for 4 tortillas with some cheese in it. It wasnt even the first time they did this. A few weeks ago the beans inside their burritos smelled so bad, that not only was it not edible, but the smell was horrible, we had to take the trash out right away because of its smell. I dont know who is the manager for this place, but they are doing the worst job at managing this place.

I spent quite a bit of money on Lunch for three people. I was compliant with the current health concerns of the public. The young lady who had taken our order was friendly and considerate. I started to leave after my order was filled and recognized that the bag that held the food were inadequate for the walk I had to take. I asked for a large bag a different young lady, was rude, unfriendly and could not even look at me. I was really disappointed in their customer service👎🏻 The food was alright but i feel over priced. The Burrito Suprime was the smallest I’ve ever seen.

Just went to Taco Bell and my food is made like a joke and a scam to take my money. At the least make it half way decent. Not worse than del taco!! Will never return to this location or others. Should have taken a photo of the “beefy 5layer “burrito”!!! Was pre much a tortilla, no exaggeration. Ruined my family’s lunch. That’s why no one is in the drive thru.

It has taken a while to get this far, but its time. Over the last few months this TB has really fallen into the rest of the terrible fast food locations. Several wrong orders, def order takers, overcharging or adding food items not received. The final straw, the quality. Tonight was the last night ill head to this location. They put the complete wrong order down to the sauce. Overpaid for a cheap meal that at its best was cobbled together cold from old and or leftover scraps of cheese and lettuce. Its one thing to be in a rush but with no line at any time of day. Its clearly not only me thats seen this downfall. Sorry TB - this locations junk.

Love the new Taco Bell, very clean, everything at the condiments area was neatly organized, the rest room was clean and well kept. Employees there were very nice. Theres also a place to lock up your bike.The restaurant has a unique, comfortable look inside. They have free WiFi, too. Its a nice, quiet place to chill and have something cold to drink when its 90 degrees out!

2 stars for the drive through process being quick and easy but the food is not good quality.. taco shells are stale and the CRUNCH wrap Supreme was NOT CRUNCHY. Our tacos fell apart by the time we got home and we literally live 1 light down. Same street. I picked my taco up and the bottom part with the meat fell out. On all of our tacos. Like they had been pre made and sitting there. Yuck.

The food is alright, it isnt the issue. Tastes like taco bell.. but the girls who work at the drive thru are horrible. Because theyre gossiping or just not paying attention, they mess up our orders alot. They give you half your order and close the window and say everything is there. If you dont make sure your order is complete you will have to end up going back. When you are forced to return and tell them they didnt give you your complete order, they give you attitude.

They deceived me several time.I love happy hour drink menu. I almost order Baja blast freeze. I ordered two the Baja blast Freeze a few weeks ago and I received them from staff. I felt size of the cup is smaller, but I thought that is my confusion. And then I ordered three time more and they gave me same size cup. I found that the cup they gave for happy hour drink is small size cup, not regular size.they are not even kind. I thought that because maybe I ordered cheaper menu.

Good experience food seemed fresh the restaurant looked brand new (Im not from the area) but if it werent for Google maps I would have driven past it because it does not stand out being white and purple kind of bland/ generic looking at night.The employees were very friendly but were having customers pull forward then backup to reset their clock. Better than most having us wait out in the parking lot to bring our food.

Ive been going to this location since it opened but every time the service on the inside was terrible (drive thru is great). Today I went and I waited for 5 minutes for a worker to acknowledge me and they said well be right with you. Well 10 minutes later I just walked out and went to another location. Also the time before when I went in the Worker was talking across the restaurant to someone in Spanish (I have no problem with Spanish), and i think it is highly rude that she couldnt walk up to the person. Never going here again. Ill drive out of my way before I go here.

Hands down the absolute worst Taco Bell experience we have ever had. After we sat for about 5 minutes waiting for help in the drive through we had to pull forward to the window to get someone’s attention. They were very apologetic and kind so we ordered and didn’t make a big deal out of it, simple mistake. This wasn’t the issue (nor were the employees at the window, they were extremely nice). The “manager” (he said is name was Raven) on the other hand, for reasons we still can’t figure out, went out of his way to come to the window at the completion of the transaction and literally scold my wife for making a large order that “held up his line” in the drive through. Raven was no part of the transaction in any way. We ordered a family pack and 2 nachos. Hardly an out of the ordinary order. Insult to injury the order was incomplete so we had to go back in to get the rest of the order. There were about 5 other people who had messed up orders and were pretty upset. We asked for Raven so he could make the correction and we saw that he was not just rude to us, he was rude to the employees whom were actually very nice. He didn’t apologize and just gruffly handed us the missing items of our order. We will be contacting Omar the owner to plead on behalf of his business, and the good employees he has, to do something about this terrible employee. We, nor our families whom live in the area, will be returning until this is resolved. I invite the owner to contact us so we can further explain the details so he has full context.

Well we walked in and stood at the counter for 8 mins. Not one employee greated us. Mind you 3 had walked past us and even looked me in the eyes.we finally walked over to the self serve station to put our order in. There was another employee that was off that was given free food. They were out of some condiments, in which I had to ask for more. The order was correct. And the food was good. Just wish the employees were better.

I order 5 items from the drive through..after eating half put together food (which I used to love taco bell) I pull in and park Considering I added a cup of water to my order I felt it only natural to go in and use the restroom. As I walked to the dining area I asked an employee approaching the restuarant if the bathroom was open she responded with a quick and dry response..its for customers only. GREAT! I walk in, ask for the code to the restroom code. The woman who just served me through the drive-thru quickly responded, its for customers only. Shed just took and served my order not two minutes before. I was insulting. To add insult to injury, when I reminded her I just ordered at the drive thru so I am a customer she just stared at me..Like I was an illegal alien from outer space. I told her again I just ordered and the quick&dry young lady from outside had to repeat what I said several times. Finally after a close call the young lady let me in the bathroom. I went there a few days ago for dinner for my son and i. I was told to add a drink for a buck more. I decided to. When i got my order there was a few items missing when i got home. I spoke with a team member named alex. He was really understanding, and said that whenever i come back i will be taken care of, and get my order replaced. I went there today, and seen a manager. As soon as i started talking about the. Issue he gave me rude looks walked away and asked a worker do you know this guy? Really loud. Alex came up which was the crew member, and took care of everything. I asked the managers name and it wascraven or draven. Very rude, unprofessional, lack of customer service. He shouldnt be a manager. I will call tomorrow to let the bosses know how horrible his service was. Just a caution customers to avoid this guy. I was stoked that this location opened up, but would rather go to taco bell if i have to deal with that manager. Custom ers sales makes your income..
