Usually the customer service is great, but last night was pretty bad. We went through the drive thru and the cashier was not friendly. He seemed very moody and negative. The food was all soggy (tacos), broken taco shells and the nacho cheese in a small container was barely filled. This is the first time the experience here was bad. Usually the manager and other team members are really good and the food is delicious! Not sure what was going on last night.

Never had a problem customer service wise but this location really skimps out on the meat, I got the chipotle chicken burrito and it was mostly salad, fiesta chips and like one piece of chicken, there was also barely any chipotle sauce.

Great spot to grab a quick bite via drive thru, the reason for the 4 star rating is because i was not given a receipt for my order and i always get concerned about people in fast food restaurants illegally using my debit or credit cards for purchases not made by me. Its happened before at another fast food restaurant and i dont want that to repeat again. I was in a rush to get my food so i forgot to ask for my receipt as i thought it was inside the bag. The service was great though and the food was done excellent as well. Just the receipt thing was concerning to me. If im ever in the area again, i would definitely stop by again but this time ask for my receipt if i dont see it in the bag.

I dont frequently visit Taco Bell as of late but decided its been long enough away from my go to fast food chain.Here lies the unfortunate chain of events that just occurred, Mar 24 2022 3pm @ Taco bell Valley Blvd, Alhambra Ca.1# Going in my daughter (7) and myself see they have a new freeze flavor on a big sign right next to the drive up menu, were siked out! I order two of the new flavor to be told 10 seconds later they only have the cherry portion, so I agree to that at least to give my daughter a treat.2. My daughter is a picky eater and it took her a long time to find anything she liked at the place that I Loved. That was their bean burritos, which I order special to her liking. In ordering today I was asked to repeat the request. I believe I said it on three occasions. No onions, no hot sauce please.3. When I gave her my card payment I wasnt handed back a receipt during the transaction. Knowing that they usually do a great job i though nothing of it at that moment.4. After waiting to receive my order a worker comes to the window, hands me my order and promptly closes the window. I open my order to find no sauce. I wait at the window and try to get the drive though workers attention, no luck. Im just waiting there as she is doing work inside, she can see me and i can see her but still she is busy. Finally she opens the window with a unfriendly look on her face and just stands there. I have to say, Im waiting for someone to ask me if I want sause. She apologized and I left.5. When I finally reached my destination I opened the bag and disappointingly realized they forgot to put in the bean burrito .OMG Taco Bell! Please work on your customer service, Transaction policy, and most of all, common sense to give what is payed for.P.S. To those of you who are thinking of visiting this location, please do. The food I got tasted delicious, and was presented in a timely manner. Just check your order prior to leaving. Also, dont be disappointed when their visual menu items dont reflect what they have in stock.

Food is great, exactly what youd expect. The only thing is this is a small location with only so many workers so the cashier was also manning the register and window for drive thru. So it can be a bit hectic for them. I got some tacos and the potato bowl but didnt get a fork or spoon to eat it and got none of the hot sauce packets that I ordered. Not a big deal but a little disappointing.

So, it only took four visits in trying to get a Mexican Pizza that it finally dawned on me that I/we are being played. Im a regular at this location and on the 4th occasion that I decided to order a Mexican Pizza I realized that I was getting the same exact same excuse as to why they were out. Sorry, we JUST sold the last one and are keeping some for tomorrows customers. Really? But you have a customer that would like to order one right now. Since Im already there and stuck in line I ordered something else in place of the MP. This time I finally, in my opinion, determined that this was just a bait and switch deal. Instead of taking the MP OFF the menu, TB probably judged that customers would just get something else and this would be great way to keep sales up. If there is anything that irritates me is to be treated like treated like this as a customer. So, I will be taking my business to a competitor, for sure.

Taco Bell is my favorite fast food, but I wouldnt recommend this one. They messed up my last two orders, and in the last one, they didnt add the beans, so I got a chalupa with lettuce, sour cream, cheese... and nothing else. Also, for some reason they cant actually cut through the cheese quesadilla? So I end up tearing it apart by hand and its a mess.Its too bad, because the place is one of the newer models and its very nice.

I noticed this is one of the older Taco Bells that was converted. They were a fast and quick! The air conditioning in this place was excellent! It was about 95 degrees outside and it felt great inside! The only problem is that this location doesnt have a lot seating.

Its convenient, however, the staff could be more customer friendly and at least act like theyre happy to serve you. There was a young lady at the drive thru window that acted as if she really didnt want to be at work much less serve a customer. When I asked if I could have some of their warm sauce, which, by the way, Ive requested and received on many other occasions, she asked a co-worker if they served it and a voice from the prep area said We dont serve that, thats Del Taco. I didnt want to deal with these people any more so I left immediately. I stopped by a few days later and again asked for the warm sauceWhen I placed my order,I shared my previous experience with the person at the window and he knew exactly what I was talking about. He was courteous and listened to me and was happy to help me and assured me that he would pass my comments to the manager. AND, guess what? I got the warm green sauce, which is delicious, with my order. This may seem like alot of drama to some people who read this. However, professional customer service, even at take out food places must be considered not dismissed because you dont feel like being at work that day. After all WE, THE CUSTOMER, pay your wages. Went back to correct an error with the charge for my order. Rude and condescending drive thru worker named Alonzo or Alfonzo with the star tattoo on his arm lied and accused me of lying to cover his own mistakes. They even had the audacity to question whether I was at the right Taco Bell. I literally just drove through the drive through maybe 15 minutes prior. I looked Al-whatever in the eye and said I was just here, you handed me the bag, you remember me. He just smirked and made additional condescending remarks. He never gave me a receipt but claimed he did and had put it in the bag (which, off topic, but there also were zero napkins). I said I never got one and he says Im a liar. I told another employee assisting to look up the transaction and print out a duplicate receipt. She looks and says they couldnt find the transaction. I have the credit card charge on my bill and am filing a complaint with corporate.

Hit the Drive thru on a Drive By to check out their Cantina Box. I had the Crispy Cheddar Melts Cantina Box. Let me tell you that they nailed it! Its crispy at first bite, then you taste everything at the same bite, gettin that little kick of a taste w/ the added salsa that is put in by yours truly. Lol! Got a Pepsi to go with it. I love 🌮🌯🌮Taco Bell, which is why I am so thoroughly disappointed with my recent experience at the Alhambra (241 Valley Blvd) TB yesterday.My {VeRy HuNgRy, ESSENTIAL} co-workers and I excitedly celebrated as we booked our group Taco Bell order with a pm app, looking forward to our tasty lunch, only to learn once our food was delivered that a few items were missing. We hurriedly, with what was left of our lunch break, hopped in one car (doing the very thing we were trying to avoid in the 1st place), & raced over to the TB store, only to be told by an originally unmasked😱 manager, donning less-than-competent people skills, who didnt even ask nor care what items were missing from our order, (-we were told) that theres nothing that could be done to give us our already paid-for, missing items totaling less than $9!?! UNACCEPTABLE! The 1☆is only for Alexander, who TRIED with good customer service skills.😡Make 👏🏾this 👏🏾RIGHT 👏🏾🌮TB..Do Better!

The night manager that looks white can be words I wont say on Google Maps but all the other workers here are very nice & helpful...If you order their the food comes out the right way but if you order over the app you have to check the order & make sure its the way you ordered it on the app I did have 3 Stars but because of the app orders that get messed up I am only giving this Taco Bell 1 Star

Somethings are good but quality not as goid as it used to be. The chips taste like they were drenched in chemicals. There is a serious chemical taste to them. Order has been wrong on multiple occasions, even though receipt is marked correctly they dont follow it. One time they waited until they had my money in hand to tell me they didnt have nacho fries for the combo box I ordered. Then upon switching it to the double gordita box they told me the double gordita only came with meat cheese and lettuce, they explicitly said no sauce came on it when I asked. It wasnt much of a surprise that they were wrong about that as well as it comes with spicy ranch on it. This means that in one trip alone they failed to tell me, till they had my money in their hand, that they couldnt even fulfill my order and failed to even follow the receipt getting my burrito wrong, and then told me directly that the double gordita didnt come with sauce when it did. I had to switch part of my order and hand multiple items back to them to be fixed all in one trip. What an absolute waste of time.TLDR: dont go here if you want even mediocre service.
