I did a mobile order here and decided to pick it up inside instead of drive through, BIGGEST MISTAKE. The cashier was eyeing me while I was waiting for my order and started talking to maybe a manager? Either way when my order was finished I was waiting for my drink to be set and they call me out yelling “ARE YOU GOING TO ORDER SOMETHING” and him yelling at me scared me so I got up quickly grabbed my stuff and told him calmly I’m just here for a mobile order and left. Don’t wanna come here again I’ll likely look for a better place to get Taco Bell or just go to another place for some Mexican food.

This Taco Bell continues to disappoint. Food prep is terrible. Food quantity is poor. The manager is very quick to dismiss an issue. The cooks argue with manager. I had a bean burrito with no sauce (ordered it that way) and In Taco Bell’s normal procedure to make it with no sauce and no onions. Brought this to the attention of manager and in Spanish they argued. Then some English came out I put onions on it. Ok then why iam at at the counter asking for onions. I then revived a small cup of onions. Taco shell broken. Burritos made to the smallest portions. Sometimes I order xtra beans to get them to normal size of a Taco Bell in Arizona.

I ordered food from Uber Eats. They didnt give me one of my orders. I asked for a refund because I was far from home, but employee said it was impossible and they ended up throwing my money away.I cant go again, but I dont wanna go there anymore.

I been going this Taco Bell for a long time. Every time they made mistakes. They don’t listen or what I don’t understand. I repeat 5 times and they still make mistakes on my order. Every time I had to come back to replace my food.Worst service ever.I don’t even give one star but there is no option for less then a star!

Cold food, touched my food in front of me, said, see it is hot, continued to argue that the sauce made it cold... then microwaved it and tried to give it back. Luckily I noticed a distinctive unique piece of lettuce that they forgot to take off plus literal finger marks in my food. Illegal, disgusting and these people should be ashamed of themselves. Ive reported them everywhere I can.

Terrible. Their credit card machine malfunctioned and they ran my card 4x causing a double charge. After I told them about it, they REFUSED to refund the over charge. On all levels of the company; acting supervisor, manager, owner, HQ customer service (Denise Miller is terrible). It took about 4 months, multiple complaints, a report to the BBB (which they never cooperated with) and proof of my bank transactions just to get my $20 back. If knew any lawyers, I would have sued for all this headach. Its only Del Taco for me now. Dont waste your money here. Its better to just give your money the homeless in the area.

They got my ordee wrong. Charged me extra for taco supremes and gave me regular tacos. Also only give 4 hots sauce packs per order and i order 12 items. I asked for extra and they gave me a pack of 4 more.So 12 items 8 packs of hot sauce. And when i got hope the cheese in the quessadilla was not even melted. The worst taco bell i have ever been to. I dont know who is running that place but they are going to run that place to the ground.

Walked in to order and the service was good but when I went to the drink counter I wanted the Spiked Lemonade and it turned out to be just carbanated soda. I asked the person at the counter and they said they were out. They should put a sign or make sure nothing comes out.

I had a great customer service experience .. Silvia our cashier was very polite nive professional and friendly ... she even brought our order to the table.. she was also concerned about the cleanest around the dining area and supplies.. my protein bowl was excelent .. we also had chalupas, quesadilla and hard tacos .. place is clean, fast and welcoming!! Keep it up!!
