This Taco Bell doesnt take your order at the counter, you MUST use the kiosk (or use their mobile app) and the lady in front of me tried to pay with cash and that was a hot mess - she never got her order and no one was at the counter to take her money. So I dont recommend paying cash. Also, there were two kiosks, but one was out of service so there was a line to order.We dined inside on a Saturday afternoon and the tables were pretty clean and the trash cans were not overflowing so I think they did a great job cleaning.

I recently ordered a 12 taco combo party pack for takeout from Taco Bell on Fremont Blvd. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed and service I received. Although food was as good as any other Taco BellsThe staff was very helpful and friendly, and they were quick to accommodate my request for extra condiments. My food was ready quickly.The tacos were good, I found the filling not adequate. The meat was flavorful and juicy, and the toppings were fresh and crisp.Overall, I was happy with my experience at Taco Bell on Fremont Blvd. The food was ok, the service was great, and the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a quick and easy Mexican meal.Food: 3/5Service: 4/5Overall: 3.5/5I would like to add that this is relatively a better Taco Bell in the Fremont area. I have been to other Taco Bells in the area, and they have not been as good as this one. I would definitely recommend this Taco Bell to anyone looking for a quick drive through Mexican takeout meal.

I came in on 09/08/2023 at around 3:30pm. The place was not busy so i thought oh maybe 10 minutes. It took them 20 minutes to get my food. They take the word fast out of fast food. The people working the line were chit chatting and laughing, having a good time. They have no sense of urgency here.There was an older Hispanic woman who looked angry and was super hostile. There was also a younger Hispanic male, with tacky black jewelry who was extremely rude, he pretty much acted like he was doing us a favor by being there. Just a nasty attitude.The food was made well and the order was right. The only bad thing here is attitude. The place looked clean and spacious. They also have plenty of parking.I probably will never come back here as I do not care to be mistreated, no matter how good the food is. I could have overlooked the fact that they took their sweet time to make my order but just the hostility I got here is enough to keep me away. I would not recommend this Taco Bell, go to another one.

This location is always slow. 10-20 for four regular items. Drive-thru and app deivery items get priority.Check your order before you leave. We order there more than once a week, and our orders have been served up incorrectly about 40% of the time.But hey, if you have time kill... order inside. Enjoy the music and friendly staff.

I would give 0 star to this place. I ordered vegetarian black bean chalupa supreme and when I ate I got chicken piece in my vegetarian chalupa.It was disgusting, seems like this place doesn’t have separate vegetarian section in kitchen. They don’t follow vegetarian guidelines while preparing your order.

The worst customer experience for a drive thru order. The order was completely mixed up, the details of the order was correctly reflected on the screen but still gave wrong food. I have asked to replace chicken/meat with black beans which clearly showed on the display and when I opened the order after reaching home, the order was completely different. I was totally irritated and felt disrespectful for not paying attention to the instructions of the customer. This is very pathetic and person who packed the food did not pay any attention and gave me wrong order which is absolutely negligence. I called the restaurant back and asked if I can speak with the manager to share my worst experience however i was told manager left for the day and there is no supervisor either at the restaurant. This is unacceptable and would rate zero stars for the restaurant who does not care for their customers. I will not recommend this place...

Another visit to Taco Bell recently (May 2022)Served raw/unbaked Chalupa. Hardly any stuffing… short serving in every aspect.No quality control. It is Expensive too - and very low quality and service quotient. This place is not worth one’s money. Bad Bad, Taco Bell.—-This place every time messes up the order. Every mobile order either they will serve non-veg for a veg order or they will fail to put any sauces napkins or eating sporks. This has been happening for the last four times at least no order has been served as expected. And when you talk to them or call them back or go back to them, they have a very snobby response. I don’t like this place at all. If you can avoid it do so.

Not a lot to really say about this place; it is a Taco Bell and you need to scale your expectations accordingly. Based on that scaling, this particular location is fairly decent. But its not great. Service can be a little bit spotty sometimes. And the place sometimes becomes a campground for the homeless so make sure you lock your car if you choose to go inside.

My family’s order came out promptly but my friends order came later than a group that arrived after my friend. The restroom had dried urine all over the top. However, the servers were treated us very politely. The food was yummy as usual. Other than the restroom, Taco Bell was clean.

My Doritos taco was soggy and fell apart when I tried to eat it. Menu kiosk is just irritating.
