Been coming here for 20 years, best Five Layers in the county. ❤️ place is usually kept clean, can get busy during rush hours but never had a issue or complaint. Staff has been friendly and helpful.

The older staff is always very friendly and helpful, but the new hires are extremely slow and not kind at all, they always forget to give me my drink and take more than 15 minutes when their is nobody in the drive thru.

I’ve been coming to this Taco Bell specifically for months and drive a little farther for multiple reasons. The manager, Javier, does an excellent job with this store! His customer service is top notch and you can tell he teaches his employees to try to hold that standard. The restaurant and grounds are always clean, and I see Javier setting the example by cleaning outside and doing the work that some may not enjoy as much, but he is willing to do it and does it well. You can tell he takes pride in his work and his restaurant! The food is always good, tasty, looks good (not all slopped together), and I never have stomach etc. problems from the food, the service is also quick, and the employees have a sense of humor with my lame jokes, haha! Also, I’ve very rarely heard them say they are out of something. And unlike another Taco Bell closer to me, when I make a custom order, they get it right almost every time. If more Taco Bells followed what Javier and his team are doing with this restaurant from top to bottom, you’d see even more customer satisfaction, boost morale for more employees, and increase profits! I am in management myself and I say give them raises and a bonus!

In a great are, customer service is not great. I ask for the key to restroom, my 4 yr old needed to go badly, and there like its busy, and there was a second restroom I was like can I use the other one its an emergency, she looked at me and she said. No I said its for employees only, I was like ok. My daughter couldnt holt it. And luckily a lady come out of other one we went in and there is water all over, paper all over. We come out and I told them. There is water everywhere, you guys might want to dry or something, people can fall, the girl looked at me like and entire minute and said I donk get it,what is it that she wants? and a guy answer will take care of it no worries, we just dont have time for that right now. I left 😞

The restaurant is so expensive for a fast food chain and considering the amount of food offered, its laughable. I paid ~$25 for 3 Doritos Locos tacos and 2 chicken chalupas. Both with medium drinks. On top of that, my order came with an additional crunchy taco which was left out. Very small amount of food, no additions with the combo outside of a drink, and unless theyre using ingredients from the highest quality supplier, this franchise is bogus

Burrito supreme got me sick. Been throwing up for the last 3 hours. Never again. People wash your hands after using the bathroom remember your temperatures and cross contamination gets people sick. Your manager definitely is not on top of things or else I wouldnt be sick. 2 words Health Inspector.

I ordered a chalupa with extra meat cheese and sour cream no lettuce or tomatoes. Got home and there was hardly anything in the chalupa and was charged for extra. And also ordered 2 steak chalupas the same way and there was no extra in them. And the tortilla was so bad couldn’t bite through it. I do not recommend ordering extra of anything. Paid 21.00 for 3 chalupas that had nothing in them.

I called about a couple items that were missing from my order. The worker told me to drive back to the restaurant with the receipt. So I did. I had to wait behind 2 cars in the drive thru because the lobby was not open. When I got to the window the worker told me I was wrong after he asked me to go back with the receipt. Wasted my time!!!!!
