Taco Bell in Daly City

I’ve gone there late twice recently and had excellent service both times- very quick and food came out great.

Recently came here because I was craving some Taco Bell and I was in the area. I had come here once before but that was a long time ago.Went to the drive-thru because I didnt feel like getting out of my car. Ordering was super easy. My order was ready in about 3 minutes. I asked for hot sauce, and the employee at the window even asked me to check to see if that was enough sauce. He said if it wasnt enough let him know and hed give me more.My food was hot even after my drive home. Definitely will come back to this location if Im in the area.

I ordered a supreme burrito... Look what I got😳 I also thought I would try the cinnabon bites... I mean the grease ball bites... The order also included the nacho taco supreme... Which was my fav for years... I will never eat them again... I ate them... And my stomach aches really bad... I dont know if it was the grease ball I ate... As I took a bite and expected a mouth full of cream... But had a mouth full of grease... Which I spit out immediately!!! I just had to get the big order... The lettuce was soggy on everything... And everything was super greasy🤢🤢🤢 I hadnt ate so I was trying to put something on my stomach... Wrong thing to do!!! How does the meat have no flavor 🤷🏾 it was as if the put water in it to stretch it or something...The one star would be for the customer service from the lady who took my order... She was a sweetheart.Money and gas wasted🤢🤢🤢🤢😡😡😡🤢🤢🤢 my clothes are ruined because of the grease dripping all over them... And Im sick😡😡😡

Service was great tonight (10/16/21) in particular Kevin was extremely great and is the reason I wanted to write a good review. He helped me sort out my confusing order as politely and efficiently as id imagine possible. He even helped me get my change rounded to the dollar which I was very appreciative of. I’ve been here many times and every time has been fine with nothing to complain about but this visit certainly stands out as my best visit yet. In conclusion, I truly appreciated Kevin’s positive and thoughtful approach to customer service which stood out from any other experience i’ve had at any fast food restaurant.

Huge fan of Taco Bell here. I do enjoy their food. Tonights experience is less than what Im used to. First of all, my taco supremes ($2.89 each) were both broken. Im assuming my taco creator tried to fit too much stuff in the tacos and cracked the shells. The 2nd taco hardly had any meat in it. Next, over 1/2 of the chips ($1.50) were the bottom of bag type. Really small bits. The chicken chalupa ($4.79) was fine. One out of the four items were satisfactory. Comeon guys, you can do better than that.

I was very disappointed with my order and the food at this location. The food was dry with hardly any sauce in it for taste. When we got home we realized that we were short (2) bean burritos and there was another burrito in our bag that had chile, beans and rice which was not tasty. My pinto and cheese was soooo thick that the cheese and some beans were stuck to the lid of the container and was a little hard to open lol lol. Ive never seen anything like this before, especially at a Taco Bell. I used to frequent this Taco Bell when I lived here 5 yrs. ago and it was good. Now I live 4 1/2 hrs. away and thought to just stop by for ol times sake and what a disappointment!!

Weve been going here ever since we moved to our new house but the new drive through guy is rude. Bad enough that Im here hoping they see this and have a talk with Mr Will and remind him that hes in customer service. And no, this is not the first time hes been like this. The food is usually made correctly and I dont have an issue with that but this guy is the only interaction I have with anyone there and would be nice if it was enjoyable.This is an edit....the guy that was there 3/15/23 at 7:30pm was awesome!! Got my order perfect. And an enjoyable transaction even with a few jokes. The receipt still states Will F so not sure whos who. But this guy was chill.

I rarely leave reviews for fast food restaurants but this taco bell is pretty awesome. They are actually open late and dont close until 2am, staff is friendly and get your order right(at least they have never got my order wrong). Over all if your desperate at 1:30am on a week night this place will be open

Customer service is horrible they need to work on that food was great I will not recommend this spot at all
