This Taco Bell is F-tier Taco Bell in Fairfield. The staff isn’t trained too well on bagging and order accuracy. The food gets made correctly 50 percent of the time. Good luck ordering a Crunchwrap or quesadilla, because odds are, they’ll burn your tortilla and serve it to you anyways. I’ll be waiting for the other location to open back up.

This place was nice, most of our experiences at Taco Bell have been rude and inconsiderate workers 😭 uniforms dirty. Just not a good experience....But this particular Taco was clean the staff was clean clean uniforms they were kind and helpful and accurate and most of all there were 🙂 on there faces 🙂We will definitely revisit this Taco Bell again if were ever down that way 💯👍We all wish our Taco Bells were more like this one💯

Doesnt know how to give back change, or pay attention to the money being handed to them. I had an order of $21.43 & gave the man $40.43. The employee swore I gave them exact change, the manager ended up pulling the drawer & counting it; only to find out he in fact did not give me my change. Dont allow employees to handle money if they dont know how too.

I tried calling to tell the pm Manager that I was given 6 pieces of Cinnabons instead of 6 orders of Cinnamon Twists at the drive thru @ 7:24pm. Called 3 times & the recording said Cant Answer now at this moment. Then hanged up. This is the first time this happened of all my drive thru at this location that I often go to. My grandsons didnt even want to eat the Cinnabons. I usually get my orders right cuz I usually eat in my car in the parking lot of Taco Bell on North Texas.

While the service was fast and friendly, the food left a lot to be desired. I ordered a cheesy rice and bean burrito, and a regular bean burrito. The cheesy rice and bean burrito was mostly rice and had very little sauce in it. The bean burrito had ridiculously little filling, it was like they just spread a few beans onto the inside. Probably wouldnt come back to this taco bell.

Okay so first off we ordered online and when we get to the location the girl at the window comments on our order size being big, not a huge deal but like why? It wasn’t even big either it was for 2 adults and 2 kids. Anyways they forget a taco so we go back around and ask for the taco supreme with no tomatoes, they give us one loaded with tomato. We just wanted to go home so we left it alone. When we get home and start eating, they loaded one of the crispy chicken tacos with chipotle sauce even though I specifically asked for NO chipotle and instead avocado ranch, then they loaded my bean and ground beef burrito with lettuce and tomatoes (once again, specifically asked for NO Tomatoes NO lettuce). The quesadilla for my kids was so over cooked you could knock it on the table and it didn’t bend. Just overall unhappy with our experience.

All right, Im starting off with the staff during my visit were great. Polite, helpful and patient. I have small kids and sometimes thats not the case. The food.. typical Taco Bell, just as good as I expect and remember. So why the three stars you ask.. for one turn on the air conditioning when the temps get above the 80s, I mean its 94 outside today and every bit 90 in the restaurant. Franchise owner hello? Also the restaurant was a complete mess, every table was dirty.. every table. Sometimes you have to slow down the line and get someone out there to clean. On a great note was the customer service because when we asked, and yes we had to ask, the cashier busted out and clean a couple of table for us and the other waiting patrons looking for tables. Kudos to her, she was so polite. After eating here we ran over to Cold Stone for some ice cream to cool off.. yeah it was that hot.

I believe that Taco Bell has declined in quality over the years there ground beef definitely does not taste like ground beef anymore taste like something you buy already made and just heat up. Lovely people work here. When the parking lot is full and drive thru is long just know its going to be a waite no questions. Cant get mad at them for it. The store manager always has a lovely smile and ready to great you. Cashiers to the line people always ready to help. Everyone is involved in making sure you have your order ready and right the way you want it. These people at night shift are the best crew ever.

But this location lacks good customer service and if you take the drive thru like I did, waiting in the line of cars and in front of the menu sign for over twenty minutes before my order was even taken isnt good at all. Took about 30-45 minutes to get through the damn drive thru. That is beyond ridiculous. Especially when, I decide that I didnt want to get Taco Bell any more because of the long ass wait. And they didnt even bother to say sorry for the long wait. I hate this location!

I give this place a -6At 10:30 pm i came thru the drive thru ordered 5$ big box and bean burrito and a cheese roll up for my 1 year old son. I also ordered 12 piece of cinnabon delights but i come to find out when im pulling in my driveway my wife says we didnt get our delights. So i went back to taco about 2 miles away from where i live. Went to the front door but it was locked. But an employee NICK saw me so he came out side, i told him i was in the drive thru about 10 mins ago and noticed i did not recieve my delights. He went inside and talk to someone, then comes back out in a very rude manner and says u got those delights. So obviously im already annoyed at this point and say why would i lie about something like this? He gets all mad starts cursing and runs back inside and bring the cook outside to tell me i got them in which i DID NOT. This is the worst customer servise i have experienced with taco bell. I will never return to this establishment. And thats sad because im a regular there and thisbis how they treat there customers. Will be contacting the manager in the morning.-6 stars

One of the young female employees locked herself in the bathroom so she could talk on the phone with her friend about how she hates working there. After knocking on the door, she finally unlocked it then locked herself in one of the stalls. The only other stall had dried blood wiped on the toilet seat along with toilet paper and urine everywhere, even on the floor.
