Its decent and it does the job at lunch time. The staff here is nice... ONLY ISSUE i have with this Taco Bell is that theyll ask you how many sauces you want and when they give your food, theyll only throw in 2 or 3. It hasnt happened just once, THEY DO IT EVERY TIME! Maybe management trains their employees to ignore the customers request - then WHY ASK?! i ALWAYS have to check my bag before i leave and its annoying AF . They need to communicate better? OR the person fulfilling the bag NEEDS TO READ the receipt or just DONT ASK customers if youre going to disappoint them.

There is no attendants to take your order, you order your own food, but when the food is brought to the counter, the employees have a very bad attitude, off course all of them are under 24 I would say, oh but if there is a good looking girl, there is a couple of guys that won’t take their eyes from there, i really believe management should take a look at this place, oh, I forgot to sat, tables are dirty with marks of the las drinks placed on tables, and trash cans are always fullNasty place to be in Irvine. COME ON GUYS. So when I took my so called chicken burritos to the servers and show the portions on both the attendants were very aggressive and disrespectful, statin that what was I expecting for a Taco Bell Burrito, can you believe it ?

This place cant seem to get orders correct. Sadly this is the 3rd time where this specific location has missed an item on the order OR did not customize an item as ordered and for some reason, staff always seems to forget the extra drinks in a order. They will hand you one drink and then stare at you as to why youre not taking off yet. Just feel attentiveness to orders is not a thing at this location.

Went to the drive-thru ...got Mexican pizza and it was really good...place was a ghost 👻 town...happy they have it back on menu, still desperately need to improve on their desserts- caramel apple empanada was literally the best they had going for themselves in 2decades. Sick of them constantly bringing new things and then getting rid of, I dont care if thats supposedly clever marketing, its ridiculous and frustrating and annoying! PERIOD. Consistency is proven 💯.

These employees never check recipes before they make it, first I ordered without beans and stuff. They put everything in the guys who drove black Honda civic always messing up the food. Of course you drink and smoke we know but when you come to work it is not a play place like McDonalds. You are working as minimum wage and still cant handle it How do you guys want to raise it up with this attitude to the customer ? What if you go to a restaurant and someone did that to you guys ? Remember that guys who drove Honda civic keep cutting customer cars when he turned into his work place. How is the manager not taking care of these problems ? Getting tired of the constant mistakes when customizing the orders. They can’t even make a quesadilla right anymore, they always forget the sauce. So frustrating and when I call they never answer and when they finally do they will remake it but it’s annoying when every other time you order here they mess up and there’s no way to always get it fixed due to their phone line

The Cinnabon ICER coffee creamer should REALLY REALLY be stirred and mixed with the coffee, but EVERY single coffee place, including the bucks, doesnt mix the sweetener or creamer so the first sip is always gross!Othwise breakfast as usual...

I visit this Taco Bell regularly. I dont particularly care for it as my wife is a fan of it. This store certainly needs improvement. Each and every visit renders a poor experience. Perhaps its training, maybe the employees just dont care. My experiences with other places reflect positive reviews as Im easy to please. This location just doesnt make the grade.

While this is tucked away in an odd spot, and food prep was a little slow the day we were there, I wish we could pick this restaurant up and move it closer to our home!!!! Absolutely loved the high-tech features here, including the power-ports along the bar, the soda robot, and the decor. The team member that took our big family order was friendly and helpful, and our entire order was correct (which is sometimes tricky for other locations, as I always switch out black beans instead of any meat in the items I ordered. They handled it brilliantly.). Very cool Taco Bell location!!!!

Every single time they just dont care. Ive given this location so many chances because its the only one in the immediately area but I hate coming here. Whether I go through the drive-thru or walk in (especially, walk in service) its just bad. The drive-thru can be quick but you get cold food if not then youre waiting for a while. If you step foot into the store, there may or may not be someone to greet you let alone take your order. Even if you look for someone, they dont come out. The person manning the food can make eye contact with you and ignore you or call for someone but they dont receive help.

Best of the best for Taco Bells. Very big dining area with at least 16 padded booths and regular tables. Electronic menu drink machine with maximum number of choices. Big bins of their hot sauces. I love this Taco Bell! Its conveniently located near my work and I eat here often. My favorite part about this location is that it seems like they get all the new food quicker than some of the other SoCal locations. Not sure if its because they are so close to the corporate office, or what, but if youre looking for the latest and greatest from Taco Bell GO HERE!If youre grabbing lunch, it definitely gets busy, so if youre in a rush consider using the Taco Bell app. Youll get in and out quickly and the workers are clearly knowledgeable about the app experience.The location recently went through a remodel and looks really nice. My only complaint with the new layout is that there is no counter at the soda fountain, so putting on lids, inserting straws, etc. is a bit more of a chore than it was in the past.

I want to start by saying I love Taco Bell, but this last experience has disappointed me beyond measure. The experience stated off very poor when I ordered a Baja blast, and they tell me they are out.... I then ask for dr. Pepper because most taco bells have it, and they didn’t even sell it! I literally go to Taco Bell for the Baja Blast. Next issue I had was once I was already home. I opened my burrito and what do you know, they put the wrong meat in. When I ordered, the option was sausage or steak. (I got the new breakfast burrito) Well, I get home, and they put bacon. Bacon wasn’t even an option when I ordered! I never get Taco Bell bacon because it’s always super dry, and flavorless. I usually get sausage but not today. Very disappointing. Out of 3 items, the cinnamon buns were the only thing they got right.... I hope next time I got to Taco Bell, it will be a bit better.

Love the remodel but what really stood out this time was an employee, I went in during an off hour so I was one of 2 patrons inside and an employee by the name of Brie helped me out. She was incredibly nice and even informed me of the new products on the menu without being too pushy. I was able to have a friendly chat with her as she was maintaining the dining area and she let me know of the other i could substitute one of my items for. The food was as I expected and it was not a huge mess in the wrapper like it can be.It felt like I was eating in some small business cafe or diner not a fast food chain. I would definitely eat here again.

This is THE Taco Bell. Like the one that gets all the new stuff because of its proximity to the HQ. I used to go here with my brother for life life and we love the app-based ordering and the crispness of the inner shell of the Cheesy Gordita Crunch. Why is this review only 4 stars? Because Taco Bell keeps us guessing too often about when theyre going to dangle something delicious like the Grande Stacker in front of our faces for 3 months at a time only to rip it away from us without a call, text, email, letter, or telegram about when it may return. Give us a peek behind the curtain, Wizard of Taco Bell, and then youll get your final star.

This place is okay normally but this day was horrible to line was 15 minutes long to get in the Drive-Thru and then Harley with anybody in the parking lot and this was before lunch probably about 11: 30 p.
