The food is ok. Tried a new chicken bowl. Honestly Taco Bell was at is best when it offered a smaller menu of its best items. Taco, burrito, tostada and beans. I try other things, they are expensive and just not worth it.

My fries were stale when I got them.The tortila from my burrito was so stale/hard from being open .I could feel the hard texture of the old tortilla cutting my throat dont recommend this place at all. 1/10. Waited about 13 min to be attended bad customer service .I felt ignored /slow service due to the lack of shortstaffed

The place was dirty didnt want to touch the front door the window was very dirty. There was 5 or 6 employees standing around chatting in the kitchen area. My tacos were put in the bag upside-down so all the toppings fell out . I have never given a bad review until now

Someone needs to teach their staff how to read. Back 6 months ago they had great staff, now they cant get orders right, there food looks like its smashed and went to get soda and almost all of them had no syrup. Dont waste your time coming to emerald bay just go to the one down the street.

This Taco Bell on Emerald Bay Rd is way better than the one on 50 nearer Stateline. The staff here have always been very friendly and their food has always been great! Theyre very helpful with menu choices and even if Im closer to the other one, I come here instead.Please tell whoever makes the menus, keep Enchiritos ALL THE TIME!! (And tostadas too).

It was snowing outside and finally had some food here. The time we were waiting, server specially came out to ask if we’ll be fine if it’ll take 15-20 minutes to get beans ready or we would like to change it with something else. That was very nice of him. Staff was really friendly. One more good Taco Bell. 🔔

Its kinda funny that this Taco Bell has been one of the better ones Ive been to. Maybe its because the night shift workers werent a bunch of high school kidsThe spicy steak burrito is a pretty solid choice, taste wise and cost to calorie. Also just a great munchie meal after a 4 hour driveThat being said, once it hits late December, theres gonna be snow. Be careful in the parking lot, black ice starts forming after 9PM so wear some boots

Every time I come here the ladies at the front counter are always so nice and give great customer service. The food is typical taco bell, whether thats good or bad idk, but I keep coming back because of the good service. Keep it up! 🙂

This is worst ever. These people made me a wrong order and when I asked about it, they are arguing about it. Truly unprofessional. Taco Bells are good when you’re are in a hurry and need some fattening food to keep you going. Their food are good for replenishing calories after a long day hike.We stop by this place and the cashier was very friendly but the restaurant policies didn’t meet our expectations and we ended up leaving to the supermarket next door in the same plaza.We were informed that their restrooms are closed due to the pandemic and we could use the hand sanitizer station. However, after a whole day of exploring the outdoors, I would rather be hygienic and wash my hands properly before eating.3 stars for having a Taco Bell in South Lake Tahoe but less two stars for lack of restrooms and sinks for customers.

Food was hot and most of it on par with other taco bells. The service was horribly slow albeit pleasant. The place is dirty and falling apart. Went to get a drink and the first five drinks that I wanted were out. It took them 10 minutes to get SOME of them replaced.

I asked for no beans and no sour cream but instead I get with beans and sour cream and no meat!! So I went back to tell them about it and they apologized and made me another one but I guess what this time I get it rice and potatoes no once again MEAT!! Like what is burrito without meat? This Taco Bell is incompetent, incomplete, and utterly foul. We had to take out a few soft tacos and burritos during our trip throughout the Southwest. In our cheesy rice bean burrito, they included beans and scallions. There was no sign of CHEESE or RICE. The name suggests CHEESY BEAN RICE BURRITO. Obviously, incomplete. The incompetence comes in where they slacked off on our order and the amount of time they took to complete our order. Namely, 45 minutes. Also, the chalupa lacked any sign of cheese, lettuce, or tomatoes. There were only beans! My little cousin was also upset with the cheesy fiesta. Im going with 1 star.

I paid for my meal using my ATM card. The next day my bank informed me that there were charges made to my account that might be fraudulent. Apparently and employee kept my credit card information and tried to remove money from my account. Perhaps this is one bad apple in the restaurant. However, I would be very careful when visiting this establishment. In addition, there seemed to be a collection of unsavory characters there.

Went in at 4:25 on July 29th for a drink and quesadilla with a friend. While refilling drinks on our way out, three employees passed by us talking about someone deleting a picture, and heard the F word 3 times, B word 2 times, and she then threatened to quit. While she may have been talking to friends, that language should have stayed in back of house instead of front. Completely unacceptable.

Went in at 12:35 on a Tuesday for some lunch. 7 people in line, no cashier in sight. There were two people making food, neither of which could communicate effectively in English. Walked out at 12:48, no one in line had yet been so much as acknowledged.
