This location reopened in July of 2023. The honeymoon phase is now over. The customer in front of me yesterday walked out because he couldnt get served. Even after acknowledging. I myself had to wait 11 minutes to get just a happy hour soda. Use this location with caution.

We visited this Taco Bell a few days ago, a special trip basically to get the nacho fries. They were inedible. These fries tasted like they were made at 2am and sold to me at 10am. Horribly disgusting! The employees should be ashamed of themselves for this. Words cant describe how gross they were, I wont go into the utter waste of $$ they were.

Im not one to write reviews but my experience was horrible. The establishment was a disaster tables dirty and Flys everywhere. Was never greeted, waited at least 25 min for my food for the order to be wrong the guy that had handed up the order was high out of his mind and was talking bad about his customers loud enough to hear them in the lobby. The wait was super long and my order was wrong I told them the order again at the window, then when I got it, I checked it and there were a few items missing. I felt the cashier was a little rude at first and even eye rolled but then was friendly in the end. There was one taco that had like 3 or 4 little pieces of cheese. Ive been there before and service was great in the past with other staff.

This is the worst Taco Bell we ever been too everytime during Day hours the workers just have a bad attitude. Today my husband went to pick up food from there and they said his card was declined when he just used it at several different places he called his bank no it wasn’t declined it was their system. The girl continued to say it’s declined and also did that to the person in front of him. She obviously knew it was her system. They are just so careless. We never had a problem with the night workers so far.

When I order a family box of regular soft tacos and 3 supreme soft tacos, please dont bury the supreme tacos in the family box. They were nearly impossible to find, and my kids ate 2 of them before I even realized they were actually there. I went through most of dinner thinking you had just not given me my supreme tacos, and I still didnt get to eat them.Edit (4/3/21)Took off a star because we went back tonight and they screwed up our order. Staff mostly high school quality kids. Be obnoxiously clear when making your order and dont feel bad if youre met with some attitude when confirming if its correct or not. And be double clear on the sauces and amounts you would like. Several times ive been sent through the line with 2 packets of one type of sauce because the employee was put out by my request of mild AND Diablo. Oy vey. The sauce seems like an extra to write about, but Im leaving it at the sauce to avoid writing a pamphlet about the countless times ive left without items or with incorrect items & been met with attitude about coming in about it.

Wait times are ridiculous every single time. Whether you go inside or in the drive thru, itll usually take 15-20min to get your food. Inside is ugly and outdated. The staff they have are always super nice, and are always working hard, but whoever owns/manages this place seriously needs to hire more workers and update their restaurant stat.

I ordered food and than asked the window worker for a cup of whipped cream and she says shes going to have to charge me 35 cents. I agree and pay the 35 cents it than takes almost 20 minutes for her to finally come back to the window the food only. I asked for the whipped cream and she insisted they were in my box. It wasnt until i got home that i realized she didnt even give me anything. And when i grabbed my food it was wrapped upside down and all of the food went eeverywhere. Not worth the time you might as well drive down the street to Del Taco for better service and quality.

I dont eat fast food much but Taco Bell is my go-to fast food place. But recently our experiences have been poor to say the least. I had noticed a sign that show they had fries apparently it was the day before they actually were supposed to come out and they said yeah we have french fries and I said well let me try them I dont know where they got these things from butt they look to be extremely old and there was Zero heat to them at all and this sauce they gave me came right out of refrigerator. I through every bit of it in the trash. I thought well it was their first day or so maybe theyre just having a bad time with them. Three days later I had the same exact experience. We wont even talk about how the tacos and burritos are getting extremely tiny with virtually no meat in them at all.

Trash cans full to top and soda machine all dirty too!!! It was gross. The service wasnt any better either, I ordered and didnt receive a receipt, when I turned around to ask for it, the guy was nowhere to be found. After I got my food I got up to order something else, stood there for what seemed forever and nobody helped me, the guy making food saw me and didnt bother to send anyone to help me. I have always liked Taco Bells food until lately at the restaurant that is in Hesperia. About six months ago I went to the Taco Bell on Main st. & G for some lunch after visiting the local wrecking yard. I ordered my food and went to the mens room to wash up to eat. The water was scalding hot even though I had turned on the cold water too. I wasnt able to keep my hands under the faucet! What the heck-!!! I checked it out and I looked under the sink and to my astonishment I realized there was no cold water pipe or hose coming out from the wall to the faucet. How can this be in a Taco Bell? So I went out back to the counter and asked for the manager. I told him what I found and over the course of the next few months the problem hadnt been fixed. I seen employees use the bathrooms while theyre on duty making our food. I even try to submit this problem to corporate via email but received no response so after about four months I called the health Department and told them about this problem. Well as it turned out the complaint was legitimate and they made management fix the problem now theres pipes running up and down the wall in the mens and womens restrooms. Well yesterday I realized that the soap dispensers are not working. Opened it up so I can wash my hands with soap and water and found that there are Parts missing on the inside side thats making them inoperable 4 everyone I asked to speak to the manager a woman and she said its been like that and that the changed them once in the past. So how is employees washing their hands properly? I liked to know well I do know theyre not !!!!!!!!!

Well its Taco Bell.This is more of a review of the place and not the food, since the food is, like in all locations, plasticky and cheap.The place is nice, and about 3 years old. There is a drive through which makes it nice. Also its open late which is great after you are coming home form the club or bar.But other than that, its just ok. Nothings special.

This is the first time ever we had such a bad experience at this taco bell. At opening the entrance doors the heat inside was hotter than outside at about 4:30pm. Then it was flooded water everywhere by the soda fountain. The mens restroom was a mess and to top it all off the shells from the chalupas were stale with barley any meat.
