Seriously unacceptable. This Taco Bell is open until 2am. I show up at 10:45 and go through the drive thru, the screen for ordering is off so I wait a bit and then drive around. There’s people inside preparing food and so I try to get their attention and nothing. I pull around. The open sign is lit up and the people are still inside. I go to the door and it’s locked as they close at 10 on the inside. I ordered an online order and had already paid for it and this is NOT the first time this has happened at this location.

Ordered at the kiosk and brought my food a short distance home. WORST FOOD I have ever gotten at Taco Bell. Paid for the burritos to have extra sauce and extra cheese, which they barely had, but most importantly the beans were SO DRY that I chose to throw them away rather than eat them. You can see from the picture how crumbly the beans are.

Please use the kiosk to order then it doesnt offer paper receipts so when they mess up your order you cant prove it without having given Taco Bell your email. Messed up order, took too long.

Dine in closes at 10pm. Walked in at 9:40pm for take out and they refused me service, decided they were closing dine in early. I wasnt even staying, I just prefer to order inside. Told them this and they were rude and still kicked me out. Completely unprofessional, they didnt even have a line in drive thru and were doing nothing. 🙄

We ORDERED taco supremes but just GOT regular tacos. Sprite had NO SYRUP added and was just sparkling water. We also asked for taco sauce but NONE was in the bag. They also didn’t have items in stock like the Doritos locos tacos, lettuce, and even nacho cheese. Like I know this sounds crazy and maybe we are over exaggerating, but these things really happened.

Really friendly staff, especially the supervisor/manager.I had an issue on my app, accidentally ordering from a previous location more than 15 min away. They personally covered my replacement order after I was unable to refund the first one or reach the TBell 1-800#.Appreciate the foods quality at this location and also their going the extra mile.

I had a great experience. The employees were fantastic- they were friendly and wanted to make sure that my order was correct. The gentleman at the WI dow even offered to put more syrup into th3 Cinnabon Iced Coffee that I bought. Ive never encountered that amount of service at a Fast Food restaurant.

I understand why the line here was short. The food was fine, not great. Some of the shells seemed a little stale and the chicken tacos that were changed to beef were still chicken. Not a lot of freshness or attention to detail, but it would do in a pinch.

The lady at the drive through window and the guy who handled my order at the drive through speaker were very professional and were very helpful with my order. I generally use mobile orders and they were lacking some of the supplies for my order, I was fine with it and edited my order a bit. There wouldve been a slight price difference as to what I paid and the amount my new order costed, but I was okay with that and had no expectations. Though when I got my food through the window, I was handed a big bag with extra food in it that I hadnt asked for nor expected to get. I really appreciate the service they gave during a very rainy day while theyre probably quite stressed out on their end as well.

Just went through drive thru at 11:40 pm, nobody ever came to take my order, there was 2 more cars behind me. After waiting for a few minutes I drove up to the window since the website says they close at 1 or 2 am, there was a guy in the kitchen and another worker made eye contact with me and just walked away to the back of the store. I figured maybe he was gonna go take orders so I went around again to the drive through and again none of us got any service. They just pretended not to see us.

I try to be very lenient when it comes to writing a bad review. But this time I just had to unfortunately write one. I order 3 items. 2 cheese quesadillas and 1 soft taco. I didn’t receive my taco. (This can be blamed on me for not double checking) however, my 2 quesadillas were so awful . They had some type of ham or other scatters of meet in there and the cheese tasted like it was old. Both of the quesadillas were like this, not just one. It’s very very disappointing. This is not my first bad experience with this location, but it will be my last because I will not be shopping at this location again. Do not go to this location!

Edit: it just keeps getting worse. I literally waited over 30 minutes being the 5th person in the drive thru. They let their employees suffer while they get paid millions just a few cities over in Irvine. Love to see itSeriously? I’ve seen this location closed multiple times in the past few months during normal midday hours. Either pay your works better so have some or get inventory in check. Waited, trapped in drive-thru line, for 25 minutes to get my app-ordered food. Complained to Taco Bell and heard crickets.3 weeks later, I tried again and the service was pathetically slow INSIDE the store. Two customers walked out after waiting to order for 20 minutes. I complained and the staff played games with my bag of food by not giving it to me when it was ready. I asked for the manager, Jackie, but staff told me that she was too busy to come out to discuss the lack of customer service. So Im posting here in hopes of eliciting some response. Nobody seemed to pay attention at the counter when I wanted to ask for extra hot sauce, even though one employee was looking right at me. Guess it wasnt her job. The tables had a very strange sticky residue on them. No other customers were inside this Taco Bell and Im not surprised. On a positive note, the Burrito Supreme was good.

The worst Taco Bell ever, they may get 1 out of every 10 orders correct and you might get all your stuff. Then when you try to call and let them know they forgot the CHEESE that comes with the NACHO CHEESE FRIES they don’t answer or pick up and hang up on you. The self ordering machines take away the customer service feeling. Probably a good thing since this taco bell has bad customer service. If you try to order inside with a person they tell you to use the self ordering machine. They care more about the drive through than the people inside. Two people walked up to the counter and were basically ignored untill the customer said excuse me. Pretty bad if you ask me. The manager was even there with the white shirt. Maybe he should stick around and straighten things out. Food was good as always though. Side note* take some tips from in n out. Thats customer service!

This used to be our favorite Taco Bell but recently seems to be going down hill.We have been ignored at the order box, even when we can see people inside and wait significant amount of time before having to drive off without being able to order multiple times.The times we have gotten our food, we have been disappointed either with cold food or missing sauces. I just went to Taco Bell and tried to place two separate orders, with no one else behind me in the drive thru and they said Unfortunately, we cant do two separate orders. I asked if they could just pretend were in a separate cars and swipe twice, but the lady asked Excuse me?, so we just backed out of the drive thru and went on to Del Taco where we were allowed to do separate orders. The store would not take any orders in the drive through. They said they were only taking mobile orders. As a result Iwatched multiple cars leave. We then ordered on the app download was not to bad nor was usage. Now im sitting at the window and they just stopped answering and the doors are locked. They just abandoned the place. 😆 🤣 😂 😹. Weve placed multiple orders through the app that have turned into such a hassle. For one order, they made us park outside and we waited around 45 minutes. Another showed up delayed on their end and they kept accusing us of ordering from a different store despite showing them the order was their address!!! They gave us a number to call and as we were on the phone the order showed up. No apologies, just attitude. The stars are for their sweet drive thru employee who is always so happy.

Came to this location on December 14 2020 7:30pm to get something quick due to having kiddos with us. First of all they only accepted exact change (no cards) then they had us pull over to the side to wait for someone to bring out our food. Keep in mind that our order was super simple (2 steak quesadillas, 2 burritos and a chalupa supreme) Not exaggerating 30 minutes passed by and yet no food! This was unbelievable.My husband went to knock on the door and no one paid attention to him, he walked back to the car and we decided to call the store. They answered saying that the order was ready and someone was bringing it out. Ten minutes later a male worker brought us our food. We were ready to leave but decided to check our order before driving away. Our order was missing a quesadilla and a burrito. We called and let them know, and they said no problem and they would bring them right out. Another 10 minutes passed, and yet our items were not brought out, so we called again. A worker who said was in charge, answered and said he would make the order personally. At this point we were so irritated and were planning to leave. Another car parked next to us and we’re waiting for their food. They also received the wrong order and after a couple failed attempts to give them what they ordered, the customers drove off posted off. Another 10 minutes passed and finally a worker walked out with our food. I do not recommend anyone to come to this fast food location. It is rediculous to spend over an hour at a fast food drive thru location, especially that they were not busy at all.

The staff was really nice and tried hard. But there ordering system is very flawed and limited. Try to change to a soft taco dr pepper no ice and guacamole was like pulling teeth. Corporate did not train them how to use there system and no management to help. My husband and I stopped at this location to grab a snack inside. We waited at the counter for five minutes in conversation to let staff know we were present, and saw four workers come and go by the food prep area. None of the workers made an effort to make eye contact, greet us or say someone will be with you shortly. Another worker walked from the counter out to the dining area and made no effort to say a word to us. We decided let’s try the drive thru and had our food in less than two minutes. This location really lacks customer service skills and is reliant on the computerized order system to obtain orders from customers. It’s unfortunate because this adds to the computers and robots taking over human jobs argument. We won’t be back to stop at this location; management I hope you read this review to focus on building a better customer focus at your restaurant.

It is Taco Bell so if you walk in here you know what you are ordering and what you are asking for both now and later...Yes I am rather sad to see my favorites ruthlessly eliminated from the menu by some corporate bean counter somewhere that decided there was not enough profit in having more combinations of beans cheese and tortillas among other common ingredients or perhaps caving to social pressure and removing the Mexican Pizza, yes I can see how that would be insensitive to a rather large group of people.But I have to compare the entire menu to the delicious offerings from the same community(with the exception of menudo, I am sorry but that just is not something I will eat again)but to say a soft taco is comparable to the delicious street tacos you can get in the smaller non chain restaurants there simply is no comparison.However unfair comparisons aside when you pull into Taco Bell you know what you are getting, the ruff proportions, and predictable flavor of your food and that is why I keep going to Taco Bell when it is an option and my time is limited. Yes there are places that are better but there are times when nothing else will hit that spot that the grilled stuft burrito use to fill, there is a few options on the menu that come close enough so I keep going back.

This is not about the staff, they are great. This is about corporate standards. The loaded potato griller I ordered consisted of potatoes so stale and old they were inedible. I waited in a 5 car drive through line for 35 min and they got my order wrong. Once inside. They had a staff of 6-8 people with hardly any customers inside. So i knew they werent busy. After telling them about my incorrect/ missing order they made me wait an additional 10-15 min to correct it after asking me several times what was missing. Horrible place and really incompetent employees. I work in the customer service industry as well and this was very hard for me to do this. But bad service is bad service. Oh and they dont even answer the phones at this busy location. Oh and one more thing. If you think im one of those people that complain about everything, youre wrong. Check my other reviewed places.

We do not eat out very often however when we do there are only a handful of places everyone in our family can agree upon and find something they like. Taco Bell was one of these places. Last night I went because I was just too exhausted to cook. I order everyones usual combo and normally its like 25 to 30 dollars. However, I paid 50 dollars last night. Upon looking into this taco Bell has raised their prices combos are just over 10 dollars per meal. What the freak?I could have gone to Chilis, Dennys, ect for that price.Over 10 dollars for a regular combo meal? I dont think so.My wife told me its probably because of minimum wage being raised again. Then the person who was taking my order, kept telling me to hold on after everything I tried to order. I mean its Taco Bell you basically know what youre getting into. Is your favorite freeze flavor currently down/ broken? Most likely. Are they going to include the one ingredient you specifically told them not to include? Undoubtedly. How many hot sauce packets did you get? Either a years supply or none, with no middle ground. We could not get fast food at this location, and do not ever wish to. I started in drive thru, where we waited for five minutes in the same spot... the line was not moving. We were not stuck inside the drive thru, so decided to park and walk in. Inside, and adult woman cashier is joking around with four teenage boys, who clearly were not ready to order. I dont know about you, but im ready to order from taco bell before I get there. Anyway, after waiting an additional 10 minutes with nothing moving, we left. My understanding is that taco bell locations are individually run franchise locations. This is obviously a poorly run location, I can only imagine how the food would have been. They didnt misunderstand my order as they stated, they did not know how to make the change thus resulting in my order being incorrect. The manager on duty (Ignacio) instead of apologizing for the mishap lets me know he undercharged me (2$) so I pay the difference and wait 5 more minutes for my order. After receiving our food I asked for a fork and the female employee said they do not have forks. I guess I should of asked for a spoon they had those. I found out after eating.
