I usually like to go to a place several times before I leave a review. This location is well kept & good service.Its a pretty good location and I see that everything is the way it should be most of the time every time I come.Im hoping they stay on top of the bathrooms like they usually do so everything stays good and in order.

Ever wanna be ripped off, just stop by this joke of an establishment. The workers are bothered by interacting with customers as if they were forced to work here. The cooks aren’t worth a damn; they can’t count portions, and will choose to ignore customization to orders. They act like they work in a fast paced environment, just seems like they can’t allocate workers to work efficiently and instead work with distractions as in talking instead of working since they can’t multi-task.

The low rating it was due to poor housekeeping, air conditioner leaking water onto a bucket seat and other bench back rest, and for not offering the Lower cost deals that the franchise advertise on tv commercials. The same employee was working the counter and the drive through which was not appropriate, took too long to order and food making took too long too. Not a good experience at Taco Bell Farview/Edinger in Santa Ana.

On 12/17/22 around 9pm went in for some 7” layers “ nacho fries burritos and a few other items, everything was fine until I was driving home eating my burrito and noticed it was missing guacamole. I pulled over and checked the other one and same thing, no guac to be found ….:/ pretty much my whole order was incorrect. Experience was not so great since the beginning, from communication to order accuracy . But anyways I went back and explained what the issue was, and they agreed to correct my order, I told them to take the previous food and they said it’s ok to keep it . So once they corrected my order I drove off and once I got home same deal, no guacamole in my 7 layer burritos:/I did notice they were smirking when I notified them that my order was wrong . I’ve been here a few time and they are not consistent with accuracy in food.Need better training at this location

Just went through their drive-through at about 10:30 PM today was not able to get food because apparently they are only giving food out to mob orders which doesnt really make sense. I like getting fast food from here but today (January 3rd 2021) I went to pick up my order and it took more the 15 minutes. I ordered it online and it only took 1 minute to get notified that my food was being prepared. It said it would take less that 15 minutes and I was waiting outside for half an hour. I got a notification saying my order is ready for pick up and to head to the counter to pick it up. The doors were closed when it said it was open I had to wait in the cold for another 15 minutes or more so they can open the door and so they can give me my food. Other than that they are a great fast food place in Santa Ana and would recommend this place to a friend or someone who hasnt tried Taco Bell.

I have been to this location multiple times. Although the staff here are always nice and courteous, there seems to be a consistent issue with their expediency. One expects to get in and out of a taco with a level of promptness, but not here. The shortest time I have ever gotten out of here is 10 minutes and it is usually much longer and this is considering they were not even busy. The food has always been up to par though. I usually wind up going to the other location as Harbor as Edinger and I have never had a wait issue there.

It used to be super fast a few years ago but now it’s really slow and 70% of the time the workers there get it wrong, it’s like a 15 minute wait for low quality food. Often times you cant even get certain items because they’re out but for some reason they still allow you to buy it online with no repercussions at all

This Taco Bell is super convenient for me thats why I go here. Other than one time outta 100 when someone forgot to add extra lettuce on my friends taco, that never mess up my order (I think he forgot 2 ask). For the most everyone is friendly. Every now and again they take a really really long time, a long time to get food out but w.e. All around better than the average Taco Bell.

I went to this Taco Bell last night at about 9 pm, Wile I went through the drive through the car in front of me was being very rowdy and rude, I expected to get very poor service after seeing how they acted. Surprisingly I was greeted with a very happy hello.The drive through clerk was amazing for her positive customer service and her prompt services, she also took the time to help me chose what sauce would best fit my taste buds. Thanks for the smooth service.

They gave me the wrong order when I stated clearly several times it was a mobile order and even gave my name, what a waste since I had to touch it to check it had to be thrown away. They either need to upgrade their equipment so they can hear better(probably not the issue since they heard me say mobile order and asked the name) or retrain the staff.

Due to COVID-19 typically there is a Sign to Notify Customers the fast food Restaurant is Closed. Tonight while waiting in the Thru Dru for 10 minutes and the car in front of me ordered and got their food. The Taco Bell Employees Completely Ignored me and did not take my order nor did they have the Common Courtesy to tell the Restaurant was Closed. There was also another Customer behind me. I ended up going to Del Taco where they actually appreciate their customers.

Just got back from Taco Bell on Edinger & Fairview and had to comment immediately on what bad service I received from the young girl at window. I couldnt understand what she was saying and rather than try to help me, she comes out with smart ass replies. I recommend the owner of this franchise or region manager get with their employees on proper service. No one likes a smart ass and I know I will not returning anytime soon.

Spoke to an employee about a special they had going on and said “hold on I’ll go get my manager” only to come back with “the manager” and have her tell me that she’s going to “go get the manager” and never came with anyone . This Taco Bell location has prices that seem to be higher than other locations. Also the service is a hit and miss. Since it is next to a skate park you can expect a lot of young skaters stopping in, while some are quite others are loud and obnoxious...

I personally LOVED Taco Bell, but after the experience I had today, I dislike it. As I was eating my taco, I realized there was a HAIR INSIDE OF THE SHELL (literally, inside of it) it was so thick, & dark & if you looked closely, you could see it through the shell.So I did what any person would do, call & complain about it. Not an employee, but their ASSISTANT MANAGER, wouldnt even let me talk, I didnt even get to tell him what I was calling for. He continued to rise his voice & talk over me. Not only am I complaining about what I originally wanted to complain about, but now I also have to add how rude, & terrible their so called service is. Im absolutely disgusted, annoyed & pissed.

This place just hates the skaters that come from the skatepark. You come to get food and they give you really bad attitude even though your a paying customer, and you have not done anything wrong whatsoever. They turn off the soda machine so people wont get water or a drink of soda. Dont even think about asking them for a favor they will just look at you in the eyes in disgust and do the favor unwillingly. The manager there once kicked me out just because i had a skateboard in my arms (no I was not being a stubborn skater kid being a smartass that is just immature.). I hope this place starts giving grattitude towards the skaters because they are the ones that come the most to this resturaunt and pay top dollar for food.

Just came to buy food here at the drive thru and it was probably some of the worst service ive ever received.
