I order a Mexican pizza with guacamole I and paid .80 cent more for what you see on the pic. Not worth it. The girl gave me an additional scoop but was stating to the cashier tell him we only give one scoop as she couldnt tell me I am right here I heard you just so you know I would have asked for a refund and you could have thrown that in the trash. I will get me moneys worth. You will not raise the price and short me Sorry Not Sorry

I came in on multiple occasions and I delt with a young man named JUNIOR, and every time I have received terrible customer service, and I didn’t receive the modifications for my meal that I asked for. The manager was very nice and willing to work with me but after I came back, I still dealt with that terrible customer service from this specific person. I don’t usually complain and I would hat for anyone to lose their job, but I work hard for my money and if I come in and ask for certain things, I definitely expect for it to be done and not with a nasty attitude. I’m definitely calling corporate because it’s happened way to many times . Just disrespectful at this point

Whats funny? Is all these Fast food restaurants have All hispanics working there. So they make a taco or a burrito with very little meat. Because thats the way they were raised making street tacos. Were Americans, people put some beef in the stuff. I got a DEL beef burrito there yesterday. And it looked like an upside down drumstick ice cream. Its not worth going back ever. U spend money expecting what you pay for, I remember back in the day, bean burrito filled and tacos had meat AND everything use to be good, which still can be but if prices go up than make more fillings in things that are ordered,. People are struggling too financially and help people out not diminishing our Food. Make it how you would want it, or Lower prices or new owners. Del taco Way better.

Friendly drive-thru staff. Communication was clear when covering the order details and they are patient when listening to your requests. Pulled up to the window and without knowing the cashier recognized my elderly mom as the passenger and provided a senior discount on the entire order. It wasnt until I scanned over the receipt is when I noticed the savings. What an awesome thing to do.The food was tasty and appeared to be fresh and more importantly, clean. After paying our order was quickly bagged with proper utensils and napkins. Once handed our bagged order we were thanked for our business and wished a good night. For a Taco-Bell drive-thru it was pleasant and stress-free. Definitely would recommend this location if your in the area. Oh and get the enchorito before there gone again. So tasty!

Pulled up to the drive thru for breakfast, waited more than 5 minutes and didnt move, so I went inside. Nobody on registers, just a sign saying use the kiosk; used the kiosk and waited more than 10 minutes for my single crunchwrap.Very disappointed in service. Food was as good as always.

Im vegan so dont eat at Taco Bell frequently, but this Taco Bell location made it super easy for me to swap out options to make my meal vegan. And it was tasty! I appreciate how clean it is here, and super easy to get to off a busy major road. They can make lots of their menu items vegan, who knew?!

I was excited that the Mexican pizza was back so I went after church on way home. The staff was pleasant. I got home to find my Mexican pizza combo was all soggy. The drive thru is usually long, but quick. The vegetarian options are the only items we get. In our experience the veggies are always fresh and crisp. Packaging is tight. No complaints so far.

Ordered thru Doordash and they didnt put not 1 mild sauce packet in my order despite me adding 8 packets on the app to my order and its even listed on the receipt. Food quality was poor... Asked for no sauce in 2 burritos and all had sauce, nothing was marked right, all that were marked you couldnt tell what they wrote, and tacos were super greasy. The staff acted like they didnt care or want to be of any assistance and were counting down the seconds until they were off. Definitely wont be back to this location.

Oddly this was the best Taco Bell I have ever been to. This is odd to say, because Taco Bell is basically the same wherever you go... But they really were top notch here. There was a line when we got there, and it went down quickly. Our food came quick despite the line, and the crew was very nice to our kids. The place was clean and there is lots of parking.

What can I say...my daughter is addicted to Taco Bell box meals. Her favorites are the Nacho fries, Chalupa box and when those arent available, we go online and do a Create Your Own. Thank Goodness they have these affordable boxes because honestly, living on 1 income isnt always easy and feeding 4 can get expensive. We love Taco Bell!

I think this location is pretty solid I mean yeah they have a lack of employees and dont clean up everything all the time they managed to do a pretty decent location of taco bell I think its pretty good food. They order pretty quick. The employees are pretty good very friendly know what there doing. The only thing is that add too much of certain codements like sour cream or taco sause but you can always ask for less but I shouldnt have to. And they can fix this they need to clean a little more especially in the beverage area I get there short staff but thats easily fixable, thats why I give them 4 stars for this particular location

It was soo busy i was able to order from the app including download and sign up time while waiting in line. mr. personality was working inside the just closed dining room...he couldnt take a second out of his laser focused dragging of the trash container around aimlessly in front of us to say that they were actually closed. anyway(ted forever), the food was blah-er than i remembered even after salivating for 30 minutes in the drive thru. i think this was my last visit to any taco bell. i think weve grown apart. or one of us has. i listened to Adeles divorce album immediately. now thats some good $#!+!

Its a good place to eat if your in a hurry or on a budget because everything there are cheap. my and my friends were in a hurry the other day, so we went into taco bell. The food was average. I ordered two tacos and a drink. In the tacos, they gave me a small amount of beef, some lettuce (It was pretty soggy so Im not sure if it was fresh or not), and a lot of cheese. The drink is just like other fast food places so no need to talk about that. The place has sticky tables everywhere so itd be better to go through the drive through. The service can be nice and mean sometimes. They might not even pay attention to your order lol. Overall, the food was average and I somewhat recommand this place to you guys. Just go through the drive through.

Watching my meal get prepared from inside all I noticed was uncoordinated mayhem. The smallest portions of meat on every item, by far the smallest portions of meat and abundant lettuce. Great if you want lettuce tacos, or your a turtle. Also why do they never think of giving you fork or spork to eat your potato bowls, I guess youll use your fingers and of course get no napkins either.

I dont come to this Taco Bell that often, but it is nice. Newly remodeled with a fresh coat of exterior painting as well. My daughter and I came in, ordered, and were called up fairly quickly. It has plenty of seating, and now has the kiosk were YOU can place your own order on. It has restrooms, handicap parking and a friendly entrance.Specials are prominently displayed on their menus. Hey Taco Bell! Get with the program, and give us, the people, your customers, what we want...a Taco Tuesday man! 😄 Hook it up already! What are yall waiting on?For those money conscience folks, like me, they have great deals for $5.00 w/tax. Trust me youll walk away full, if not, taking some back home or to the office with you.Location wise its a little tricky getting in and out of there. The drive through kid was rude, rushed me to order and then when I got to the drive thru and went to reach for my wallet he proceeded to tell me come on man hurry up Im trying to go fast seriously?! For most part service in drive thru is pretty fast. It does seem at times its hard for employee to hear order clearly. But still much faster then going inside to order. About 80 percent of the time u receive over abundance of salsa packets.

They are so busy that their quesadillas or anything involving melted cheese tends to not be heated long enough for the cheese to fully melt. The rest of their items have been just fine. Two words: food poisoningI went to lunch at 1114 went to Taco Bell and ordered a Burrito supreme and taco supreme meal for 8-9$. Ate it and went back to work and sat in the bathroom for twenty minutes. Made it home at 2’ o clock.... bathroom for twenty minutes. Then drove to LA (took about an hour) and had to stop at Denny’s to guess what? Use the bathroom again. I didn’t eat anything before I ate there and I’m scared to eat now. I am a nurse and I wouldn’t recommend that you eat here. You don’t run to the border, you RUN(s) to the bathroom!!!!

My visit to the Taco Bell place near the mall in Temecula last night was a nightmare. Taylor the cashier was so rude when I tried to redeem a coupon. She told me that the coupon I gave her was fake and that her manager told her not to give it back to me. I explained that I would pay for the food but still needed the coupon so I can send back to the third party for a refund (I had proof of purchase.) We argued back and forth and she became irritated and ruder so I just left. I called and found out later that Taylor lied as Brianna the manager said to me on the phone no one told Taylor to keep the coupon, she kept it herself. To be honest I dont know who was telling the truth. The manager made an apology and asked me to stop by to pick up the coupon. Later another manager also called me and offered a compensation to make up for the incident but I was done at this point. I understand stores can reject invalid coupons but the way this employee treated me was not neccessary. They should have warned me not to trust online venders instead of giving an attitude and embarrassing me (lack of manners wont make you go far, Taylor.) I went out to eat at TBs pretty often in the past but would probably stop going from now on.

Very bad taco Bell...My wife and I stopped here for a Pepsi and to take our kids to use the restroom and upon entering the restroom there was a junky sitting on the floor with about 20 hypodermic needles spread out in front of him...he had one stuck in his arm...My 5 year old and my 3 year old daughters both witnessed him...so terrible. Outside there are junkies constantly begging for money...I Know theyre junkies cause they are only slightly coherent...I notified the manager and he apologized deeply.

I also ordered a chicken burrito only to find out it’s tasted really bad and was super soggy from excessive sauce. They wouldn’t refund us only offer us a replacement. Taco Bell never claimed to serve authentic Mexican cuisine, but for some reason this location doesnt even try. I had a bean burrito and a few tacos and there is some strange chemicsl taste that I cant put my finger on. Not overwhelming, just a soapy after-taste. I didnt have the time to let management know, but then again should it be my responsibility to spend my lunchbreak more or less complaining? Dont they eat their own food on breaks? Hmmm.

A customer service rep sneezed practically on our food and we understood it was an accident but my family and I are going to visit my grandmother in the hospital and having experience in the health care field, I didn’t want to take the chance of the service rep having a cold and is taking it to the hospital. So we politely asked for our food to be remade since some of the wrappers were open and the cash register worker was an ass about it and proceeded to speak to other customers about it. I would’ve given them a lower star rating but the service repoed that sneezed was really apologetic and tried to rectify the problem after we explained why. Also having experience in the food industry, that wasn’t ok and I don’t appreciate the cashier acting as if I was out of line.

Taco Bell is always good the people who must be running it must be awesome great people with great leadership skills however I do recommend that you always check your bag before you leave because sometimes they can tend to have the order and correctly and it really sucks to get home and did not have what you thought you ordered and then had the disappointment that you may have to go all the way back or simply just forget about the money that you spent on the food and deal with it so just check the bags before you leave

The service sucks especially the drive threw and when you order and ask to have something made fresh and hot and when you ask and you get your food and take a bite and you go back and just ask them to kindly make you a fresh order you would think that they would apologize and make you another order instead me and my wife got argued with by the manager pretty much calling us liars that she made them fresh for one you can tell the difference between fresh and old food they warmed ones they had already cooked. oh yeah by the way i am talking about the cinna bites or whatever the name is but my wife took a bite and the inside was cold so we took them back and after the argument with the manager we supposed to have got another fresh order and guess what they where cold as ice on the inside again so we drove back threw the drive threw for a third time for the manager to argue and be very disrespectful to me and my wife cause we gave her all of are food back now and asked for a refund and she wouldnt do it so now im supposed to get ahold of another manager thats not going to do anything just to be screwed out of my money and food cause we have called and have left messages and no return phone call or anything so i will never buy anything from pizza hut taco bell pepsi or any product that has to do with taco bell ever again!
