This is the second time Ive gotten lower quality soft chicken taco with avocado sauce.. still tastes good just wish the other half was chicken as well😅 they put literally all the topping to the other side to make up for it.. The only good tacobell in town haha they actually have staff and are always open. The service here is also super fast (much unlike the other tacobell on Santa Rosa. DONT go to that one. That one closes like 3 hours early and takes over 1/2 hour to give you 3 tacos) this tacibell is also placed in a great, central little plaza

Made an online order for pickup at 12:45. Showed up at pickup time and order had not been sent to kitchen. We did not receive order until after 1pm. A huge group of movers walked in after us and ordered a lot and they got their food before us and did not have a mobile order. Horrible customer service. And to top it off we got no utensils and they forgot and item in my order.I WILL NEVER DO AN ONLINE ORDER WITH THIS LOCATION AGAIN! IDIOTS!

The absolute worst! Make uneatable food that you cant even bite into. The smothered my food in hot sauce. Totally cant even take a bite without coughing to death. I pay for steak burrito and I get sauce, steak, barely any rice. Lazy workers and bad judgement. Just think about it. Who is going to eat that, when there is no solid matter. Its a flipping sauce burrito. Forget this location save your money.

Came for some late night eats. Rude employee said dont sit in the chairs Im not f**king around. Very unprofessional and just not decent to let someone not sit after a long day of work. This was at 9:30pm when they close at 11pm. He scared several other patrons that went to Cal poly.

Im going to rate this three out of five because the general attitude of a couple of the employees was very negative and it wasnt even to me or my family. Two of the coworkers were fighting over whether or not syrup was put into the soda machine. It was not very professional.

The girls there gave me a cheese bean and rice burrito folded up incorrectly. It had beans on one end of the burrito. Rice in the middle of the burrito. And sauce on the other end of the burrito. After asking for another burrito. She said there is no correct way to make the burrito. Then I was told to go to another taco bell. She said she does not care she just works here.Thanks for the horrible experience.

Excellent Taco Bell. Clean kitchen. Great staff. Always get our order correct. They are currently (May 2022) understaffed, so the wait is a tiny bit longer than usual, BUT this is totally worth it to me to always get my order correct. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Went to the Broad Street location in SLO for lunch. I arrived at 11:50, and there were 3 or 4 people ahead of me who had already ordered. After 20 minutes of waiting, I politely asked what was taking so long. The very professional young man working the register asked a girl in the back where my order was. She replied, Itll be up soon. If you cant wait, dont order in the first place. WOW!! Really? Thats how employees are allowed to respond to customers? It took a total of 25 minutes to get the food.

First time giving this Taco Bell a try since the pandemic, figured after a year and a half this store would have improved at least slightly, but I was very wrong. Im convinced this has to be one of the worst franchises in the state. The only positive thing that happened during my visit was that the little cashier dude was super polite and apologized for his fellow staffs mess ups. Drove across town to the other taco bell and had a very pleasant experience!

Out of every restaurant Ive ever been to this place has the absolute worst service. You will legitimately wait an hour and you will be ignored any time you try to inquire about your food or made to feel inferior like how dare you bother me attitude from the staff. I have literally and actually been mocked by a staff member when I was kindly asking about my order. They are unbelievably rude and clearly dont enjoy being there at all. This place is perpetually understaffed and really need some serious management attention.

This Taco Bell has consistent quality food and the emoloyees are friendly. It is far and above better and faster service than the Santa Rosa St location. I come here always instead of the other location. It is consistently clean too

I mean, its Taco Bell, what am I to expect?Usually the whole experience is fine, normal fast food interaction. This last time though, I ordered only a single drink online and walked to the mobile order pick up side of the counter as I do when I order online. multiple employees make eye contact with me and go back to doing what they are doing, the single employee at the register helps several guests and continues to pass on the opportunity to ask If I need assistance. After waiting 5 minutes I get into the order line to explain that Im there to pick up a mobile order for a drink. I know its fast food, but customer service is still a thing...Oh and they made the wrong freeze..oh well..

Usually love Taco Bell, especially their breakfast, but I dont know if Ill be coming back to this particular location. Came to this location at 7:30 am but their doors were still closed, although the door said they opened at 7 am. There was an employee inside and I was trying to get her attention to ask if they were going to open any time soon. She completely ignored me. I understand things happen that can prevent a timely open, but to completely ignore a customer is unacceptable, especially when youre supposed to be open.

MULTIPLE issues with MULTIPLE visits. We live close and the list goes on and on. They will short you food, not give you sauce that you asked for and no napkins. Ask for all the basics and look DEEP in your bag. This Taco Bell aint it. The short male cashier is borderline incompetent. Although that may sound harsh, we have had MULTIPLE ISSUES WITH OUR ORDERS RECENTLY!

I went in to Taco Bell and the first thing I see is a tip jar... a tip jar in Taco Bell? A corporate business??? Why in the world would you have a tip jar? at a business where you order and you get it from the counter no service is done. I ordered one taco and one burrito it literally took them almost 20 minutes. I was frustrated ...but I was more frustrated with them asking each other what they are doing that night. Who cares I want my food not them talking about what they will be doing.

There are 2 Taco Bells in San Luis Obispo and the Broad Street one is better every time. It is Taco Bell so you cant expect greatness. But There is a difference between this Broad Street Taco Bell and the one other one in SLO. The Broad Street one has always been better.

Ive worked for Taco Bell many years ago now. Ever since different management came into place, I have waited for 10-15 min wait just for 2 burritos. The staff that was there last time, was pretty unprofessional and they put sour cream in my burrito when I asked for no sour cream. I went back and asked if I could have a the burrito with out sour cream. (Mind you i did not touch my burrito or bite off it. I saw the sour cream oozing out the back of it) the cashier was pretty helpful luckily, but then I had to spend another almost 10 mins just to get that burrito.

Just went last night, to find closed doors. This location has a tendency to close early. And I am talking about an entire hour early. I dont recommend for late night... and during the day time, expect to have poor service. Some cooks dont like modifications to orders, and some employees curse while working.

This was an app order.3 regular hard shell tacos and not enough cheese or lettuce in all 3 for even one. I thought one of my tacos only had meat before I opened it and saw 5 little slivers of lettuce. Wish the machine cheese was spread over more of the area rather that one corner.
