I ordered a Mexican pizza vegan and they gave me one with Meat. I was very disappointed. I had to turn around and take it back and I asked the lady at the window was it vegan she told me it was so it was bad customer service that’s why I don’t usually eat out.

Hours save it they are open until 1sm. I rushed to get there. Arrived at 12:52am and they are still inside and say they are closed. I called the store and She answers with HELLO like it wasnt a business. I ask why are they closed when its not 1am. She just said were closed. I guess they mean 1 AM if they want to actually work till close or whenever they decide and be completely rude and disrespectfulThe lady is rude as hell on the phone about it as well. Shehang up on me. Because I called her out its not 1am yet to make a burrito. Literally 1 burrito. They need to change the time on their website and their doors and everything else. Because why are you answering the phone? If youre closed? But yet you answer hello because you know your busted.

Went in for one (1) large Baja blast.I waited, but they didnt have it; so they offered a slushie version.They Gave me a medium, and sent me on my way. I walked out happy; utterly refreshed after such a delightfully taco-bell-in-richmond experience. I will be coming back for sure.

We ordered lots of food, Nachos bell grande and Mexican pizza are my favorite, my friends had tacos and Nachos too. Im glad we checked out order before leaving as they had forgotten my friends chalupa, they filled the order fast and apologized for missing it... Place was not kept up.Tables and restroom were not clean.Ordered coffee with my meal but it never came so I requested a soda.Had no sugar free drinks and the ones they had were not diabetic friendly.Was a bad experience which no one else should go through.Customer service sucked.Not planning on going back.

Most of the employees here are friendly and efficient. Theres a large pothole in the parking lot that you must avoid until the city decides to fix it or you may damage your wheel. They close the dining area earlier than most other Taco Bell locations, but the food is always very well put together and your orders are accurate, which is important.

I ordered 3 regular tacos and 2 bean burritos. Employee didnt know what I meant. I said plain bean burritos and regular crunchy tacos. I was given tacos with tomatoes and sour cream. Based on Tacobells this location was a shock.Everything they made was consistent and better than most, even better than the Tacobell Cantina in Pacifica. Their icy machine was on at 10pm which most fast food places fail at and I was surprised at how this Tacobell in the middle of the ghetto was better than even some fancier dives.The food was better than most Tacobells and the customer service was excellent.

Came today on March 10 2019 and these people are not polite qnd take there sweet time. They dont know about customer service and need to be tought. I drove on drive thru line at 8:15 pm and got to the window at 8:50 received my order 10 mins later. The store manager needs to do something about this. This is ridiculous. Homeless came shouting for change while I was ordering at the drive thru box. Then as I approached the window. The homeless guy waited next to the window. I didnt know why he was waiting. Then the taco bell employee put a drink out the window for the homeless guy. In the mix of trying to figure out whats going on. The homeless guy grabbed the drink than fell into my driver window thus chipping the window. Than fell on my hood of my vehicle. My looks to be fine. But I want my window replaced.

If I could give 0 starts I would. Came all the way to this Taco Bell which closes at 1am and the minute I pulled up to the drive through (it is now midnight so an hour before they supposedly close) they turn their lights off and close in front of my face walk away from the window and hide. This why workers do not derserve a $15/hr minimum wage increase.. if your hours are such stay open till 1am not a minute early or dont be lazy. Workers are lazy and definitely dont respect their work. Management is definitely not on top of their workers as they are not there to make sure they work.This gives a very bad reputation to a lot of fast food chains. When workers fight for higher wages but they cant actually do their job.

Nothing too different about this Taco Bell. Although, for the restaurant not being huge the seating arrangement it is a bit more spacious than some other Taco Bells. The food was ok. My beany and cheesy rice burritos were flimsy and the contents of the burrito fell from out of bottom as I was eating it.

Everyone here is very friendly especially the guy who greets you with Welcome to paradise. The employees make sure that you ordered everything you need and always ask if you want sauce and if you want something to drink if you didnt order one. The food here is always good. I usually order Quesalupas, Cheesy Gordita Crunch, Steak/Chicken Quesadillas, Quesoritos, and Hard Tacos. These are my top picks. Everything that I order here comes with really fresh lettuce and tomato which is surprising to me because the other Taco Bells that Ive visited dont, so this is a plus. Yesterday I ordered the Quesalupa combo that included a hard taco and a medium drink and the meal was fantastic. The drinks are also better here. The pink lemonade is sweet and sour, which leaves your taste buds wanting more. The other Taco Bells lemonades are watered down. Also, if your craving a vanilla iced coffee than you definitely have to go here. This place serves the best iced coffee. Other places dont put enough vanilla and put too much coffee. I recommend this Taco Bell to everyone who lives in the the Richmond area.
