Went to the kiosk 1st to order but did not have a menu item listed. Went to the counter to order, a girl asked us to use the kiosk, we said we would but asked if the item in question was still available. She fully ignored us and walked away after not answering. There was 1 car in the drive thru so we know they werent overwhelmingly busy, and I understand them wanting us to use the kiosk (we wanted to also) but dont just ignore people flat out. Left without ordering.

The employees are pretty nice tbh they always mess something up and forget a taco or two but their friendliness is what keeps me coming back and they have happy hour my kids appreciate that 😋 the order takers and drive thru are funny and happy I enjoy their customer service over Mc Ds or jack or BK, del taco, and chic fil a. Taco Bell are the friendliest out of all! Honestly chic are college age that mess my order up. All the time. I enjoy their deluxe classic but stopped going because they forget one of my kids meals and its sad we have to waste more time returning to fix their wrong.

Went to drive thru. Girl was taking orders on tablet about 30 before the menu. I asked if we can pull forward to see the menu. The girl said Im not allowed to because our timer starts when you pull up to it.So you cant see the menu so the manager can get their bonuses...

Just another taco bell!!! But occassionally it will take forever to go inside and order and i ride a motorcycle so going through the drive thru isnt really an option although i have done it… last time there i went inside and was there almost half an hour waiting on my food…. While other customers came and went there i waited… the mgr gave me some free taco coupons for my troubles and time but it wasnt worth it to get 2 free tacos id of rather had been served in a timely manner and gone about my business!!!

Terrible service, always messes up my food,I went to the damn drive thru and forgot to order an item, asked to add on at the window and the middle aged woman claiming to be “manager” refused me my food because I forgot to add 1 item and asked to add it at the window. She was extremely rude and aggressive.That being said, The teenagers working there are always super polite.

There isnt an option for zero star otherwise i would have selected it. i waited 22 minutes and 37 seconds for a beefy 5 layer burrito. that made my roomate so upset she still hasnt ate her food and spent 10 minutes writing a review. based on her experience. and now i am writing a review because my beefy 5 layer was not supposed to have beans and it did. and as always taco bell has satisfied my hunger. just very confused about the customer service and sense of urgency. it is fast food for a reason.

Waited in the drive thru for 8 minutes before I even got to the order speaker. Lady said Ill be right with you. 7 minutes later, she took my order. 7 mintes later, got my food. Total of 22 minutes and finally got my food. Half of it was wrong and all of it looked like it was scooped out of the trash and thrown in a bag. I wont return. Ever.

This is literally the worst Taco Bell to go to. I would recommend to go to the one on the other side of town.Apparently its Taco Bell policy that they can take more than one order through the drive-through at a time and require that you go through a second time if you want another order, no other Taco Bell Ive been to has these rules and they refuse to serve me after me questioning them and asking for the owner of the store to confirm that this is indeed, Taco Bell terms and conditions by using their drive-through. to top it off there food is never any quality and their drinks are always low on syrup and flavor. 0/10 go elsewhere

Online ordering never works. It’s only worked two times, and the first time the store informed me that they simply don’t have what I already paid for so they can’t do my order. The other time they said they have no internet so they never got my order, told me to cancel it and then wouldn’t honor one of the online deals I had selected. The bell hop people they have stand there and take your order just stare at you and say “I don’t know” if you have a question after an uncomfortably long silence of just staring at you, and sigh if you ask they can ask someone who does know. If it was just a one time thing or bad training, then okay. But I’m talking three separate people out there seemingly trained to try to NOT let you place an order. Horrible experience every time. Really wild. Can’t believe this is real life.

It is the only Taco Bell in two cities that you can actually walk & sit down and eat. All the other one you have to order online and drive through. They claim its because theyre low staffed but the fact is the owners are just cheap and dont want to hire employees. Always get excellent food and service at this location on Northgate. Unfortunately not today. I received small bag that should have been stuffed with 8 tacos and a bean burrito w/extra sauce and a chips n cheese. I knew my order wouldn’t fit in the small bag so I parked and of course there no chips in the bag. I went thru the line again and I was given two bags of chips which was ok. I was worried that taking the time out to do this would make my tacos soggy on the bottom but I shouldn’t have worried. The taco meat was cold and there was hardly any meat. More lettuce then meat. The tacos were crunchy because of this. My burrito was bone dry. No sauce or even extra sauce. Really disappointed. I think whomever was preparing the food didn’t care. I spent $19.

One star because I do not have any other options. I ordered 2 bean burritos. When I came home and opened my burrito, there were literally no beans inside it. I looked like they spread left over with the knife like a jam. I live in another city so I did not go back and show them the magic they had done. I called but usual, the phone was busy. Not going back. DO NOT provide services, if can not satisfy the customer as there are a lot of food places around.

I drive all the way across town to the other taco bell by the free way and sit in a line that takes 30 minutes because these guy by my house can never get the order right. Or make sure all of it is in box. Its wrong every time. Or they are out, or only taking cash. I just went for the first time to this one in months and they completely messed my order up again! Used to be my favorite Taco Bell in Manteca when I was growing up. Food was always fresh and staff was friendly and professional.Not anymore! Unfriendly, unprofessional and if I didnt know any better the guy that took my order was high as a kite. I ordered one item and told him that was it. He stood there in silence glaring at my wife and finally said, Are you going to order? in an abrupt, combative tone. I told him that was the only item. Must be that time of year. I pulled in with the intention to buy the food for whom ever was on the car behind me. When I pulled up to the pay window the worker let me know the gentleman in front of me paid for my meal. After I explained that my plan to pay for the behind me we both laughed. Good was about what one would expect. They seem to have difficulty with simple request. Asked for my box meal to be put in a bag to make it easier to carry and it was handed out in its box. I did not complain because experience has proven it is just a waste of breath. The consistency of the food was the only reason they got three stars verses one or none.

Taco bell food is always good. The service is generally good as well. The only one down fall of this taco bell. They are so slow. It normally takes a good 15 minutes per customer at this taco bell. The only time you can get in and out is if your the only one there.

Theyre not ready when they open! Breakfast menu aint showing, bathroom is disgusting, and the fountain drink machine doesnt have the nozzles to pour drinks properplly and instead shoots everywhere. The worst Taco Bell that ive ever been to. Ive given this place so many chances! It seems that the Taco Bells here in Manteca really lack customer service and food quality. Most of the workers are ok, but some are just really rude. Theres hardly ever one to greet you and it takes them 15 mins just to take your order. I would have walked out, but my kids were hungry. At this particular Taco Bell the last (never going there again!) time I went there was yesterday early afternoon. It took awhile for someone just to take our order mind you that the place was empty! The drive through only had a couple cars. It took almost 20 mins to get our food and they werent friendly. I will say the food was made correctly, but usually theres always something missing and or made wrong. Also, my potatoes once again were OLD! The place was also really dirty. The Taco Bells around here really need to step it up!

Came at breakfast time...after beginning to order I was interrupted and was told I couldn’t order more than four items with eggs...they were almost out. Then they told me I couldn’t order the items I wanted because they use full eggs or double eggs. Finally I completed my order with lunch items, but told them that didn’t sound like good food management to me. At the window I saw a clerk making snide comments (I lip read) and the manager responding in kind. When I told them I understood they continued to to comment...only slightly subtler. In the end they had the guy from the grill bring my food to the window. Incredibly poor service...substandard professionalism. 👎🏼

Everyone is rude here, and they are really slow. Seems like no employee wants to even be there and they take out their anger on the costumer.
