First round was drive through. Got home with a very dry crunch wrap. No sauce. Tried to call, phone number doesn’t work. Drove back and was not greeted very well. No apology. Made a new one for me. Perfect this time. Customer service definitely needs some work. I get the same thing about once a month on Saturday. I’ve never had this type of service. I’ll try one more time and if not better they’ve lost a customer, which I don’t think that they care.

I actually drive past 3 other Taco Bells to eat at this restaurant. Always clean, nice staff and most importantly, the food is the best. Always well filled tacos and its fresh. Nice job to the manager for running a great place.

I don’t have a zero, so giving 1… worst Taco Bell ever I ordered 4 chalupas, and not even one came out in the correct specification… my order was bean chalupa supreme + guac + nacho cheese. All it had was bean guac and nacho . They did not add lettuce, cheese and tomatoes… all 4 of my chalupas has the same issues… will never go here again !!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

First, let me say that my order was perfect, and the food was really good. The problem was with the service. The guy at the drive-through did not say anything. He didnt say hello or thank you. It felt like we were bothering him. We were the only customers there, so it wasnt busy. The worst part was that we had a large order, and instead of splitting the order to hand it through the window, he piled it really high and handed it all through the window and walked away. My husband had to try to hold all of it while he turned it sideways to get it through our car window. Just bad customer service.

When I dont feel like cooking. I head to the BELL. This ones not always crowded. The service is great. The food made right. The dining area is always clean, and the condiments are filled up. Taco Bell is better than fast food burgers stuff, so its my go-to food. I cant say anything bad about this location.

90% of the time I go to Taco Bell on Pleasant Grove I am in and out in less than 5 min. But today I was asked to pull out front into a parking spot for two beefy five layer burritos (2 items). This younger woman worker told me the lobby orders were slowing them down. There were 2 cars in the parking lot, doesn’t seem like you are swamped with business. My lunch break is only 30min so getting my lunch quick and easy matters to me. The older workers there are great but today was just not how you run a shop.

Today I went to go order breakfast a bell breakfast box and the lady kept asking me to repeat it and she said she didn’t understand and I said a breakfast box with large Diet Pepsi when I got to the window she only charged me for a large Diet Pepsi and literally gave me a hand full of breakfast salsa and then again I began to explain to her I wanted a breakfast box and she still didn’t understand so I just left and got food somewhere else I couldn’t believe that really happened

The side door slams with the sound that triggered my PTSD like a gun shot. The automated machine FORCED(Will not let you skip) me to pick a drink and my hot sauce only to get my food without a drink or hot sauce. Automated register wont print an actual recipet and thats extremely helpful when you drive away to realize they didnt give me a Gordida Crunch I ordered. Not a good experience at this location. 👎

We go here all the time and never have they messed up so bad. We got 3 bean burritos with extra red sauce, which you have to pay for. None of the burritos had sauce, and one was just beans and barely any at that. I just love paying $2.28 for basically a tortilla with a hint of dried out beans.

Today I went to the drive through and ordered the cantina box . I got home and as soon as I bite into the chicken cantina taco, it noticed something hard . I thought it was a tough lettuce so I spat it out . It turned out it was a fingernail! I was so grossed out and disgusted that I threw the whole meal away . I will not return to this Taco Bell .

The outside look like any other KFC however the interior of this KFC is definitely modern and very nice and clean,You can also pose with Me KFC himself as he sits on the bench in the lobby very cool the food is good, and the staff were very nice and respectful. Why would someone rate Taco Bell 5 stars? It is 5 stars in relation to other Taco Bell restaurants. This one is always clean and the staff is always friendly. The portion sizes are very consistent at this location which isnt the case at other local Taco Bells.

Horrible, went through drive through about 7 times when sign said still open and all lights on honked and all. Seen a person inside and after trying to hide out of view they finally came to the window to tell me they are closed (very rudely) that they closed about 10 mins ago, when I had been trying to get through to them for 15 mins trying to simply see if they were open or not, with out answer. And then he argued with me about wether the sign was lit up or not!

Doesn’t everybody in the world know about Taco Bell? Some things are good and some are not. The tacos are usually good. The beef burritos are not. I can never find any beef. There is a lot of beans and some cheese but they really skimp on the meat. Jimboys beef burritos have a lot of meat! Taco Bell is inexpensive so that’s good. I did order one of their big box dinners for $5.00 and it was well worth it. A lot of food. I tried the nachos and on a scale of one to ten I would give them a 6. They are trying. The grandkids love Taco Bell.

Good inexpensive service. Their foods seems fresh and nicely prepared. Tacos are good but beef is definitely salty. Not sure if their still outting the real meat in their food because Taco Bells seasoned beef is 88% “100 percent USDA-inspected premium real beef” and 12% common ingredients like soy, spices, water, and oats.

Poor customer service. Unprofessional Manager. I have a family of 6 and usually do drive thru once a week at over $40 a visit. Never again. Several times we have gotten home to find an item missing and I just let it go. Tonight I drove back up there to retrieve the missing item. I received no apology whatsoever and I actually heard the staff discussing that they remember making them! Were they accusing me of lying?!?! Do they actually think I would drive back up there to con them out of $1 worth of cheesy potatoes!?!?! When I asked for a 2nd order for my trouble they actually said no, I would have to pay for them!!! And this was coming directly from the manager! I would suggest that the corporate office school this young manager, she needs the “Give ‘em the Pickle lesson. This taco bell makes my burrito wrong every single time. Its not that hard to make a burrito with just beans and rice in it but for some reason its impossible for them.
