Service is basic at the till. The tacos have very minimal fillings, and the lobby is always so disgustingly dirty, both tables & floor.I definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Near empty tacos again. This seems to be happening a lot more at many taco bells.Dirty floors and tables which is pretty bad at an empty restaurant.No senior discount, no green sauce which is how I like my burritos.We asked to have the table wiped off and the employee left standing water after a half hearted cleaning job. Refused to name the manager when asked turned and walked away

I stopped in on Tue 2-7 around 7:45 p.m. I just wanted to say I was impressed for a Taco Bell. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant was clean and the food was made perfect. It was almost mind-blowing. I just want to say thank you for going the extra mile making sure the food was prepared correctly. It really does make a difference. Thank you

Usually this place is fine. however today I stood at the counter waiting to be served and nothing. there wasnt a sign that said, use kiosk. also I diont like the kiosk. it in the past has taken my money and didnt get my order. also the team that day could help me as there system was down. I had to come back. so today I waited. a guy then said he would be ight with me after the 2min mark as he took and completed a drive thru order. I mean what the heck. I waited more. still nothing. they just kept making orders and ignoring me. 5mins in I walked out. truly bad management of customers. I would have understood there busy had that at least made the effort to agnolage the waiting customer better.

Id been driving for hours and decided to stay in Indio. My order was placed through Grubhub and took over one hour to arrive. I simply purchased three items, yet the employees failed to fulfill my request. This isnt rocket science!!!! When I called the store, one of the employees answered the phone in an unprofessional manner and then passed the call to another employer. When I informed the employee of my missing item. The staff stated, call Grubhub to obtain a refund and things happen. Poor quality food, poor customer service, and inadequate management.

The food was terrible. It took forever to get it, especially considering this is fast food and they werent busy. Didnt get what I ordered. There was hardly any meat in the taco. Apparently they didnt know what a champagne was. Taco Bell used to great. The only thing that is any good now is the hot sauce.

Not too excited with their customer service. I ordered food and nachos and they just didnt give me my nachos. They werent sorry either after I asked for my nachos. Well we didnt charge you for them is what I received. They never tried to apologize and make my nachos. Also my diaper bag was stolen from there. It was my fault I accidentally forgot it.

Whoever cooks here is a terrible at making food. Like why do the chalupa Supreme seem so terrible here than other restaurants? Its one of my favorites yet they do an awful job at making it. I waited and waited that I come by every few weeks or months and its still the same. I dont recommend coming here unless you want to have an unsatisfied apatite. Tacobell is also getting very expensive lately for some reason. Im sorry but Ive just wanted to write something about this place for a long time.

The tables were dirty throughout the dining room. They took 26 minutes to make our order of 4 crunchy tacos and 3 taco salads. The cashier said they didnt have bags for the food, then the other employee told him they did. He returned with 1 bag, instead of more for the rest of the shift. A drive thru customer came in because his order was wrong. I believe they need better training.

Very unhappy with this location. Tonight I had taco Bell delivered through Postmates and I had made special requests for my nachos that didnt get accommodated, at all. They gave me regular tacos instead of the Doritos tacos I ordered, but they sure charged me all the extra money for special requests. And this is not the first time that this has happened to me either. Im very unjappy

Very rude and bad customer service I went today at midnight and they gave me burritos which were so cold straight out of fridge. They didn’t even warm it up or make fresh just gave us straight out from cooler. Also, I ordered fiesta potatoes and in 1 bowl it was barely 5 potatoes very less quantity compared to other locations.

Placed my order of 3 tacos and a mini quesadilla inside at 3:34 according to my receipt. Place was not very busy inside and when I walked in 2 cars were at the drive thru. Got my order at 3:49, 15 min later. No compensation offered, just a sorry for the wait. I took the bag to my car and reached in once I got on the freeway. 2 tacos were unwrapped and had spilled everywhere. The wrappers werent even close to on. I already had to wait 15 min for them, just take the extra min to wrap them right... And best part. No napkins. Dont even want to know what this place looks like when its busy

Pretty good place to stop at and grab a bite! Clean restrooms and restaurant, and the food was good. We ordered the nacho party supreme box, which was enough to feed up to 4 people. Cute little town and great place to stop for travelers.

Terrible customer service, first they left items out of our drive thru order, then argued that they gave them to us and accused us of trying to steal food from them.After that fiasco we discovered that half of our order was incorrectly made so we had to go BACK inside only to have them argue with us AGAIN (this time that the receipt showed that they had made them correctly even though they confirmed it). Im glad we dont live here because I dont have to worry about coming here ever again.

10-27-19 about 5:10pm. Absolutely the worst service Ive ever had at a fast food restaurant. I go through the drive through and place my order. I order a Baja blast and and a 5 dollar box, I substitute the cinnamon twists for chips and cheese. They ask if the order is correct on screen and it is, I get up to the window and the girl at the window just says the total, nothing else. I give her my card and she quickly closes the window. Mind you, there was one person behind me and maybe 2 people in the store so its not busy at all. She opens the window and hands me a regular mountain dew, again no words. I tell her i asked for a Baja blast and she says nothing and closes the window looking rushed and irritated, the then unenthusiasticly hands me a Baja blast, closes window, hands me my card as fast as possible, hands me the box, and slams window shut. Ive never seen someone so unenthusiastic and rude at a fast food restaurant. Will not be going here again. I get home and the chips and cheese were not in the box and still had cinnamon twists. Ridiculous.

Very standard Taco Bell. I take one star from Taco Bell since they really arent Mexican food and took another star from this one for very tough, doughy tortillas and slightly slower than normal service. But it meets the standard for a Taco Bell. You know it wont be terrible and it wont cost too much. You just also know you wont be elated that you came.

I used to love Taco Bell but they keep cutting back more and more on the beef. Their burritos, tacos, Mexican pizza and anything else that has beef in it has only the bare minimum. I just ordered a Burrito Supreme with extra beef. I was definitely change for the extra beef, but the burrito had more beens thy anything else. Hardly any beef. The Mexican pizza I ordered was the same way. What the hell is wrong with Taco Bell? They keep rising their prices but putting less beef. Seriously people, get tour act together! Your food that was so good sucks big time now. Its not even 100% real beef, so come on!

Please teach your people how Samsung pay works. Saying we dont have that is wrong, it works on almost any credit card machine. Stoped through the drive through tonight and the food was basically trash. Never has it been like this before the crunch wrap “SUPREME” wasn’t even supreme and they forgot to put tamato In it and was barley any sour cream. It was so thin to like a peace of cardboard. So that was a waste of my money and the other thing was I asked for no beans in a Burrito and they put beans in the burrito. And it took forever. If they where running out of Ingredients then you guys should have just said so and we would have gone else where but instead you had us pay and just threw a so called “funchfrapfapreme” together and yes I spelled it right fake a$$ supreme.

I literally watched a lady change her kids diaper in front of me. This wasn’t in the bathroom, it was were everyone eats so it was very unpleasant and made me feel very uncomfortable. The works didn’t tell them anything and just helped the people with the kid
