Drive thru was quick, I was happy to see that. My order was Nacho Fries and Mexican pizza box deal. All the food was fresh, hot and tasty.I was greeted with smiles and pleasantries.

Remember to get your receipt, the cashier does ask if you want it however if declined then the night shift on Fridays will get your order wrong and charge you for what you didnt get. Lesson learned, job integrity does not exist at the restaurant. Check your receipt. November 3,2023 8pm.

Taco bell is hard to eat at anymore since they got rid of the apple EmpAnadarko. They just dont, nor do they strive to be the consistent fast food restaurants they once were. However if you are ever in the Rio Vista area there is a Taco Bell with a Kentucky Fried Chicken I believe and that one is badass! If youre in the area stop there! Its like they just opened, its been there a long time but its like they just opened and the food taste like it used to in the way back.

Waited in line for 40 minutes with only two cars in front of me because they had too many ‘DoorDash’ orders and therefore refused to help customers in the drive trough for 30 whole minutes. Manager was unhelpful and didn’t speak good enough English to communicate well, and the employees were rude because they were stressed about being backed up. Terrible experience and I eat there ALL the time. Made me very disappointed.

We had intended to eat at the Sonoma location, but their lobby was closed (noon on a Friday), so we ended up here. Everyone was friendly and helpful but they are clearly understaffed, the only problems we had (dining in) were likely due to not having enough people (no ice in the soda machine, slow service). I was really worried after reading some of the other reviews, but everyone who we interacted with was really nice, and no one was just standing around, they were all frantically building burritos and what-not for the pick-up orders. They even offered to fill the soda for us since the soda machine was out of ice. There were no sauce packets out (I assume this is either due to the crummy neighborhood or more likely management figured out they can be cheap as a result of the pandemic), but regardless of the reason, they asked what sauces we wanted so we didnt have to ask. The food was better than expected, my kids got tacos with no lettuce and the tacos came stuffed full of meat and cheese instead of the recommended minimal amout.I couldnt find Nacho Fries on the kiosk...

Waited 20 minutes in drive thru just to be told they are only doing pick up. And then had to wait another 20 minutes before I could get out of the drive thru line. If that is the case they should put a sign up by their drive thru so they don’t waste people time. This may not seem like a major inconvenience but definitely makes me think twice before going to this fast food chain. 100% would not recommend. Very ghetto smh.

I visit this locatIon on the way home almost every other night..and there a young lady with glasses who is awesome usually work at night but this time it was young girl her customer service was not a good representation of Taco Bell..I had a simple problem that ended very badlyThe MOD on duty on was a young lady she didn’t even try to hear me out before interrupting me. I know it seems small and petty but this Taco Bell location often gets drive thru drink orders wrong. I always order diet - with diabetics in the family it is what I am used to. But when I dont get diet my first thought is of my family members who could have serious reactions to a regular soda when they were expecting a diet soda. I wish the employees could understand that what seems like a simple mistake could have serious repercussions for some people.

I go to this taco bell all the time and the guy who works in the morning (I think he might be a manager) is extremely rude. He has no customer service skills at all. Some days the food looks fine and some days it’s just slapped together and thrown in the bag. Today my breakfast crunchwraps were messy and barely in the tortillas.

My best friend and I had ordered a Sour Strawberry Skittles Freeze and a Baja Blast Birthday Freeze from the kiosk machine.We waited 13 minutes and noticed everyone who had ordered after us recieved their drinks/food. I went thru the drive thru at the Solano ave Taco Bell. I ordered the Cantina Chrispy Chicken Taco Box [ as its called on TV & online ] & the man taking orders didnt know what it was. Apparently there its only called Chrispy Chicken Taco.The crispy chicken taco was good. On the chicken taco, you have a choice of chipotle or avocado ranch sauce but he was trying to charge me for it. They ended up not putting either one on it even though I asked for the avocado ranch. Always claim that their computers are down which is probably a lie and I go at different times of the night. On one occasion, I pulled up to the speaker, and person said hed be with me in a moment. After a few minutes, that same person stated that they wouldnt be taking any orders for about 30 minutes because he had just sent his cook on lunch. It struck me odd, as someone who has the authority to send another person on their break (which means that youre a shift lead, supervisor, or manager) yet cant make any food?

This taco bell is ok. One time they ran out of beef at 6 in the evening. Sometimes their service takes forever whenever it gets busy because theyre short on staff.

The manager here is a complete idiot, she cannot seem to comprehend that when people give feedback on their food or complain she has to actually fix the problems, she is a major problem to the facility and her employees cant seem to focus on the job theyre given, she has a very nasty attitude and the food she attempts to fix right is never actually right, she is not fit to be the manager and I see fit to her being fired or demoted.
