We ordered our food at the kiosk. It worked well. We didnt receive the glasses for drinks, When we asked for the drinks, the woman stared at us as if we were thieves. (Were senior citizens.) Uncomfortable, but she finally gave the glasses to us. The food is fresh and well made and hot.

Its taco bell but the new self order platform isnt the best as they dont have the specials available, customized ordering takes a while and id rather have the workers take my order than me doing that job. Not sure why there is a tip option since customers are helping them with the order. They also dont really call your order out when its done they just leave it on counter and go about their business.

Ordered a nacho Bell grande, then proceeded to add four dollars worth of extras for a total almost $11 for nachos. What I got was sour cream with a half teaspoon, guacamole, 1/3 of a teaspoon, lettuce, which was a fair amount, extra meat sauce, which appeared to me to be what should’ve been the original amount of meat sauce. Two days later I went to the Mexican restaurant across the street and spent the same amount of money and I had three times as much weight and more than ample of items like sour cream, guacamole and real meat with an abundant amount. Never again will I order the nachos from Taco Bell.

Absolutely terrible service. The person taking our order literally spoke in one word grunts and then we got to the window and just there for almost 10 minutes. The people who use to work here were great at customer service but now we will take our business down the street to the other Taco Bell.

Places a pick up order get there and its not ready . They were too busy getting the drive-thru orders out so they can make their time so they can get bonuses. No one acknowledged me except for an employee who wasnt even on his shift yet another women just ignored me and its like this every time I go to the Taco Bell and its closest to my work but now Ill be going to the one over on Arnold instead cuz I just cant take how long it takes to get food there

Customer service is horrible. From the beginning i enterd theyre shouting at you. I was given attitude because i miss understood what the cashier lady told me (Maria). This lady goes behind to the kitchen and starts talking rudely about me to the others coworkers. After i told her i dont want what i accidently ordered. Her attitude changed. She started rasing her voice and yelling at me for not listening.(she spoke broken english and had her face mask on)sorry for misunderstanding.They took for ever to get me my order on purpose. 4/26/20 4:10pm Friday. The boss really needs to. Get with her team. Dont go here. Rude team. UpdateWhen you get the taco bell team upset they dont even bother to seal the bag 😒

Make sure you have plenty of time when eating as it takes about 20 minutes longer than you think it would to make it. Then there’s the time it takes to go back and tell them they didn’t follow the instructions of removing certain ingredients from your order. Overall very disappointing. But the good thing about the negative experiences here is that they will help you stop eating this junk!
