EVERY order I get from this Taco Bell is either WRONG, MISSING ITEMS, or NEVER DELIVERED. EVERY ORDER! A perfect record. So why do I continue to order from this Taco Bell? Well, that is a very valid question. Because they are sadly the closest Taco Bell to where I am at. Obviously, Taco Bell will be leaving my diet until I move somewhere far away from this Taco Bell. It is quite clear that a state of collusion exists between Taco Bell and Uber Eats. Taco Bell sends the wrong order or missing items and all Uber Eats is willing to do is credit my account so they get to keep the money despite the fact that I did not get what I ordered. There seems a very definite need for a class action lawsuit here at the very least, because this type of business practice cannot be allowed to go on. It is flat out criminal!

Taco bell Yall need to show the team on how to Roll burritos. They line all the inside stuff then roll sideways,,, so that we either eat all the sour cream in first bite or at last bite... they should roll them to where a bite of sour cream/Beans and things are bitten and tasted in every Bite

I got a bang for my buck here. Their prices are always fair. Id like to thank the staff here. As I waited for my food. An unhoused man came in and he couldnt speak. So the cashier handed him and pen and paper or his order. Then I tell the cashier to double his order. And that Ill pay for it. I asked if she could add a drink and immediately a second cashier hands the drink to the man and says no charge. They are great.

Great place to get Taco Bell tacos. Restaurant was clean. We were the only ones eating in the lobby on a Saturday night so it was skeptical but the food tasted fine. The food was good for the price we paid.You can order from the kiosk and avoid people if you don’t feel like interacting with anyone.

My whole order was all messed up, looked like a kindergartner put it together it was made incredibly messy and without any care, when my order arrived it was all smashed up and all my hard shell tacos were broken and soggy. My Doritos loco taco “supremes” were not made correctly, no sour cream or tomato. Love wasting money on upgrades I don’t get. Came with no sauce when I specifically asked for at least 15 packets. No napkins either even though I asked for those as well. My drink came with no straw. Basically it seems like the employees did whatever they could to get the order made and sent out as fast as possible without considering that maybe it should be done correctly as well.

The food is created fast however at night, my burritos often seem to have been put together by a novice. Thirty percent of the time they are leaking the filling due to improperly being wrapped or have a gash. Most often the burritos are smaller then the other taco bells due to less filling. The filling also seems to be separated sometimes. I can eat half or more of the burrito and THEN hit the pocket of sauce in it. These issues seem to be mostly alleviated for day shift though.

Ordered a Dorito taco supreme was given a regular taco with sour creme. Immediately drove back through drive through politely let them know my order was messed up. Cashier said we didnt get it wrong thats what you ordered. Made me giggle so we played the game due to my pettiness. So they continued to state a 1.50 plus 50 cent for sour creme is what i paid for. Anyways Ive never seen a worse taco bell. All that happens i pull off with the dorito taco. Open bag and its broke into the bottom of the chip bag. Anywho its hilarious i got what i wanted though so i won. I wouldnt advise people to go there if stuff like this would ruin your day. I had no where to go and just craved a taco. Plus youd have to get cops involved to get me to move out your drive thru. I pull off leave 10 people in their line. Hope nobody was running late.😉😋

The experience I had with the worker was unprofessional,I felt rushed from then to order,grabbing my drinks and food.Didnt get napkins or asked me for sauce.I asked for a bag the lady told me they were out but I literally watch someone walk out with a order all bagged up.I sent my fiancé inside to get a bag the a different employee gave us one.The vibes from the first worker was really unprofessional andme feel uncomfortable so i didnt eat my food with the feeling they tampered with it.The lady had a over all attitude that she should have stayed home with it instead of projecting it on customers.(She has pink hair)and works afternoon swing shift.She needs more training and learn to not rush paying customers.

Not acknowledged at all for awhile at drive thru, we had to finally say hello a few times then we were finally talked to but told harshly to just wait. Upon pulling around after order was taken, they were taking orders and serving people that walked up to drive thru window. VERY dangerous for those customers and those of us driving in a car in the drive thru lane . The walk up customers then stood by drive thru window after their order was completed cussing and throwing rocks in landscaping across from drive thru window. My biggest pet peave: when someone gives your company money just say thank you, even if you dont mean it...a blank cold stare is unsettling. Food was made wrong. Burritos were cold.Very disappointing all the way around.

I come here quite often.Usually its not any issues I get my food and go and a timely matter but lately the last three times have been rather long waiting for my food almost 10 minutes on all occasions and I sat there at the drive-thru window while the day all left into the back for a good 6-7 minutes and then came back stare at me for a little bit and then open up the window and said oh here you go sorry about the wait and rush me on out of there it was quite rude and I would not recommend this place for a late night snack.😢😢😞

This location seems to never be very busy which is a plus. I have never ordered anything and it was wrong from the location. Sometimes it seems like the portions are a little off but sometimes they hook it up. Lastly I wish the app worked better it has not been letting me order from my phone.

A while ago me and my fiancé lived in the area and we always came here, but one day. These workers were laughing when they gave us our food and one glimpsed at us but we thought laughing in the work place was normal we guess. I ate my food on the way home and about 10 minutes after I was finished I started sweating and got the chills in 100 degree weather. An instant sickness came over me. And obviously I vomited. I never had that one experience there. We don’t know what it was to this day but it might’ve been really old food or contaminated food. We went there one more time after that and never again. We didn’t want to risk getting sick like that again. We’re positive was food poisoning.

Hadnt been to TB in a while, but we were craving their Chicken Taco Salad. Was very disappointed to discover that they no longer offer Taco Salads (but they replaced it with a Taco BOWL that has all of the Taco salad ingredients just without the yummy tortilla bowl.Was also disappointed to find that they no longer offer the Seven Layer Burrito. They offered to make me a seven layer, which I said yes to, but it wasnt the same. The beans were different and there was a weird cheese sauce on it. (I appreciate the effort, but never again). Plus, the burrito wound up costing a lot more than I figured it would cost.Wound up getting the one seven layer burrito and 5 soft tacos and it cost me OVER $18!!!!The manager was great and they WERE helpful, but too much money for what I got.

I love tacobell but this location is not for me, ordered food from hear through grubhub to get picked up, ordered a supreme party pack n some nacho fries. I had my brother pick up this order, when he got back he had the tacos, and some burritos. When I called the store to see if he could come back to get the right food, the girl who answered had attitude off tops. I guess after she realised that I was right it went away. But still even after my brother went back, the fries where cold, their only right down the street from where I live🤔, didnt taste like they where cooked all the way and the tacos only had sour cream at the ends. This taco Bell has got to be one of the top 3 worst in sacramento.went there with a few work friends to grab a few tacos.when we walked in there were signs on the restrooms that said out of order.just as we started to walk past them an employee walks out??..seem there only out of order to the public.
