I had order from this location 2 supreme tacos and 2 supreme chalupas, chalupas had no salad or sour cream. But the worst part is wen i take 2 bites from the supreme tacos there was a hair inside and i felted in my mouth. The most unsafety disgusting thing!! I have been a long time lover of Taco Bell and visited many locations but this one is By far one of the locations I dislike the most I love the #6 this Chalupa that I have ordered along with many others is NOT what I expected it was Cold from the meat to the my Chalupa taco the Chalupa its self was hard and cold not Appetizing at All🤮🤢 and As you can tell just a small amount of meat and full of lettuce, tomatoes, Cheese to cover up for the lack of meat. After experiencing the Quality of food that they are serving their customers I will NO longer go to this Location. My favorite location is the one in Bell gardens now the food their is So Delicious 🤤 Everything is Hot 🔥 the Cheese for your fries is so hot 🔥 you can see the steam. Its a little drive but I dont mind when the Quality of the food is as I expected Overall Deliciousness 😋 I Highly recommend you check that location out for your taco bell cravings it is so worth it and you will Not be Disappointed. You will Thank me later when you compare the Quality of your food! The Imperial and Atlantic location needs help on the Quality of food that they are giving their customers. While it is nice and clean inside the lack of Quality of food stands out more then anything.

Need to change their workers or management I was looking forward to breakfast and I was at the location 15 minutes before just for them to tell me that theyre not doing breakfast anymore. Mind you I was there at 10:45 and breakfast ends at 11:00

The cashier taking my order was very sweet and kind. When I ordered my food she let the cooks in the back know verbally that there was a pizza order. She still had to go back to the kitchen and make the pizza herself. The other staff weren’t busy at all. I waited patiently after two orders were called ahead of mine. My pizza was cheesy, hot, and made well.

Place deserves 0 stars. Ordered 5 crunchy taco supremes and they were given to us completely COLD and SOGGY. They were not crispy AT ALL. Almost as if they premake the tacos just to hand them out as they are ordered. Looked like nothing but dumb, rude teenagers working there so Im not surprised. Also they said the ice machine didnt work strangely. The soda was completely flat. Definitely will not be returning to this location. The one on Garfield by Hollydale is WAY better and always consistent. This place SUCKS.

I am very disappointed with the staff. I just went to Taco Bell and ordered tacos for my kids and a bean and cheese burrito for my daughter. The cashier was very rude to me. She threw the food bag at me i almost dropped it. She didnt close the lids of the cups right and it spilled all over my car and on top of that i ordered a bean and cheese burrito with no sauce and no onion and it had onion my daughter is allergic to onion i was called for a few hours and no one answers

Dining room was closed at 7:30pm, cant go through the drive thru because of my truck, online ordering doesnt work, luckily I was let inside to order. Tried ordering with the cashier but for some reason he was trying to charge me almost $9 for just a grilled cheese burrito. Dealt with that for several minutes until I gave up and ordered on the kiosk. Paid the right price but then the burrito wasnt made right. I ordered a DOUBLE black bean grilled cheese burrito SPICY and swapped the chipotle for creamy jalapeno...but what I got was a BARELY black bean, no jalapenos, and didnt swap the sauce so I paid extra for nothing.

The staff at Taco Bell were good and helpful and the food was tasted pretty good. The place seemed clean. My one concern was that some of the tables were placed to far in the back where I felt the restaurant was too dark and a tad unwelcoming. Other than than that, I the place, staff and food were pretty decent.

This was my favorite spot where managers and others knew my preferences by my voice or face. But now they seem to use this particular location to train a lot of rookies so orders come out completely wrong or missing items more frequently. This picture is what they handed me as a $1.49 order of Nacho Fries after they ran out of the usual Cups they come in.
