The pandemic has impacted many businesses, including KFC. While they cant staff the restaurant well enough to open the dining room, the drive through remains open. Was it fast?? Not at all. Was it courteous?? Yes! Very much so. All things considered, Id suggest you plan on spending 20 minutes in this drive thru line, as I did on my last visit.

I got hooked on the nacho cheese fries. So the last couple of days I have been having it for lunch and today I had the bean rice and cheese burrito. The food is good and fast just quick bites. The store was pretty clean and great that they have condiments, sauces and napkins out for use. I wish the service as far as the order taking could be more upbeat and friendly. I was a service oriented person myself so its important to have really good connection.

I paid $ $25 for eight pieces of chicken. Two legs, two thighs, two wings. Two breasts. A whole rotisserie chicken would have cost me $8 at a grocery store. I was craving the KFC spices but after eating eight pieces which was more seasoned skin than meat I had a stomach ache. The next time I have that craving Ill have more common sense and eat healthier food.

I will be giving this TB location a one star. First off your drive thru guy might be the worst. Second how you going to cut HH off before 5pm. HH is from 2pm-5pm daily. The drive thru guy’s customer service skill were so the worst. Oh he told me this is a hybrid TB and! What does that mean sir.😤👎🏾

The food was cold. It was busy and I stood on line in the restaurant to pick it up. The beef in the soft taco was gross. No seasoning and it looked more like dog food than ground beef.I asked for and was charged for extra cheese. Didnt get it.I asked for and paid for extra pickles on my chicken sandwich. Didnt get that either.

Taco bell is taco bell. Same food but still love them tacos. Only thing I noticed was the drive thru clearance was higher than average. Was able to drive through with no issue. Clearance is 96 you welcome.

Always get my orders wrong!Update: I have to admit, they must have had some kind of extra training or something, because lately....wow! what a difference! Now, orders are out waiting for you by the time you come back from filling your soda cup! And the food is always fresh, the order always correct and complete (no missing sides, no cold burritos👍) If youre one of the many to swear they wouldnt ever come back to this taco bell bc of a bag experience, give it another try, and Im sure youll leave full and as impressed as I am!

I love taco bell but this is by far the best taco bell Ive been to. The staff go the extra mile to be friendly and they know how to pack the food! It seems as though I often get my quesadilla folded in half or my crunchy tacos crushed in the bottom of the bag but NEVER had this happened at this place! Keep up the good work.

It has become clear to me that this location cant seem to get even a simple order correct. This location is paired with a KFC and no matter what weve ordered, we either have a longer wait time or there is ALWAYS something missing or wrong with our order. I could understand if it were once in awhile or a large order, but every order? They are 0 for 7 in getting the order correct...and its only for 2 people.

Horrible. They rarely get an order right. I ordered crunchy grilled chikcken tacos no cheese-- they gave me soft chicken tacos WITH cheese. They took it back and then gave me crunchy shredded chicken...I called when I got home and saw the mistake, and the woman who answered the phone had the nerve to yell and me an tell me I was wrong. Somehow no manager was available. Shock and awe.

Of all the fast food places Taco Bell 8s my favorite. Vegetarian options. Kids love the Doritos tacos. The soft taco is under 300 calories. They have some other lower calorie options, check their website. Steak tacos are good. The lines move quickly. The Taco Bell on South main street in wake forest, across from Walmart, is my favorite location. The staff there is always pleasant and they get orders correct the first time. Kudos!

Every other time I eat here...they forget part of my order and the taco shells are like chewing on a frisbee. For YEARS the dr.pepper has always been flat...not to mention the slow af drive thru too...so you get to wait half a lifetime just for them to forget half your order..which is possible with all the time it takes them. After waiting in drive thru for 35 mins I get home to my kids and open up the food and notice my order was not even close to what I had asked for. Even if they had given me the wrong order. That order had food in it that didnt even looked edible. I even got shorted on number of tacos. Soda was flat and mostly ice. When i went inside to talk to manager no one came up had to call to speak to manager. Guess he was to busy to get tp out of his desk chair. One of the worse kfc/taco bell places I have ever been too

This Taco Bell consistently fails to deliver theyre best quality. On this occasion, my Mexican pizza came out cold, the cheese was not melted even a little. I always check my food before leaving the drive through here because 8 times out of 10 something is wrong. I told the drive through guy ”isnt the cheese supposed to be melted? He rolled his eyes and said he could put it through again if I want. Uh, yeah, its a pizza, would you go to Dominos and be ok getting your pizza with cold shredded cheese on top? I think not.

First off we were only one car next, she asked for the order started to give her than was ask to wait. So we did, than cars started pulling up behind us, than again asked and was told to wait and we could hear her telling somebody to fix someones order, we waited not kidding 6 minutes, total wait time Apox 12 minutes. Finally got our order by than there were about 6 cars behind when we pulled up it looked like she was the only one working while I watched the other people there just standing at the counter, well when we pulled away a truck speed pass us swearing that we took to long. Not a good experience.

Went in for lunch today and was greeted by a girl named Tonya. I was giving my order when she interrupted and asked For here or to go? I responded by saying to go and then had to repeat my order. Meanwhile, Tonyas attention was on the register, I had a 20 dollar bill that I put on the counter. Tonya added up my order and gave me a total. She stood there looking at me unaware 20 was on the counter. After a second or two I pushed 20 towards her. She tendered the 20 and gathered the change. As I held out my hand she deliberately bypassed my hand and put my change on the counter with an attitude(I think she was upset or offended because I didnt hand her the 20) RUDE! Anyway, I then observed the next six customers where Tonya tendered their transactions the way she should have handled mine. The only reason I bring this up is because under her nametag it said management. Poor management Tonya! You are in a customer service oriented business. Dont sweat the little things. Taco Bell should strive to better train their employees.
