I was actually here a about 4 months ago. Time flies. It was very late in the evening and I was helped by a young woman at the drive thru. She was a little heavier set, with blonde hair and maybe glasses if I can remember. But she was awesome- so friendly, calm, professional. Many Taco Bell locations have frightfully bad customer service and I’m always nervous to go to any Taco Bell. I meant to write a review to compliment the young woman that same night but it was so late, I was so sleepy, and just now got around to it. Therefore it’s honest to say she provided memorably good service. If only all Taco Bell locations could have such well behaved staff who understand customer service like second nature, like she did.

Drive thru is extremely slow during lunch time. If you’re like me and only 30 minutes DO NOT GO TO TACO BELL they will pretend to take your order and have you just sitting waiting to place the order. There’s not enough staff on hand and they are rude I did not complete my order and had to wait to get out of the driveway. Needless to say I didn’t eat and was late clocking back into work for the day.

(Drive thru at 9:20) First time and I got a burrito supreme and two chicken quesadillas, I’m currently cooking Taco Bell quesadillas on my pan because it wasn’t cooked tortilla is raw cheese is barely even melted. Also idk if it was pre packages or something because it wasn’t even cut like at all. Won’t be coming to this new location again.I called the store and no one picked up

I asked for hot sauce when I ordered and then again at the window, but I had to go inside to get hot sauce since they didnt give me any. Also, after eating the Mexican Pizza combo, I went home and started feeling gross. I wound up with food poisoning and threw up. After that, I was up every half hour all night, having vomiting and diarrhea. Had to call in sick the next day. Pretty much done with any Taco Bell after this experience.

The tacos here are a mess. The bottom of the tacos open up on the bottom. Looks like everything was done sloppy. The taco bell on Whittier Blvd have bigger tacos and burritos. Yall go check it out1300 W Whittier BlvdLa habra

Im not a taco bell fan. But, my grandkids are, and they loved their order. Bean and cheese burritos. They also ordered the Freeze drink. They were happy and full.

They love to serve cold or stale food. Hard fries is so common here its like biting into a brick. And they take forever to make any dishes.

Horrible customer service and didnt get my whole order noticed when I got home too tired to go back. I cant wait until my kitchen remodel is done so I dont have to be treated like my money isnt good enough for disrespectful brats!My advice to taco bell and other fast food restaurants is to have employees treat customers with a little respect. I didnt do anything to warrant this kind of treatment. I wont be coming back

This Taco bell, drive thru female employee was rude, impatient & defensive, when I asked her about the specials advertised in Taco bell commercials . She let me know that her Taco bell doesnt honor any T.B. commercial specials, as they are a franchised location!? I suggest to the owner or owners of this T.B. location, which is newer, to build good will in the community, to honor those specials & hire friendly people to represent them, & T.C. at this location . Which I realize can be a challenge.

Cmon guys. Get it together. Proper prep insures correct food quantity and proper temperature. Put some cheese on those chicken tacos for goodness sakes. Serve hot food. It was a horrible experience.

We went inside because we had a large order so we figured we would have a better chance of our order being correct. We got home and were missing 4 items and 3 items we did get were wrong or cold. The lady that put the order together apologized for packing our chalupa box items in bags with everything else saying everything was there. After sorting the order out at home and found the issues I tried to call them but there are no phone numbers listed on receipt or online.

Never have I been more disappointed in a fast food restaurant, the most useless woman in the drive thru, her name was Traci by the way, she rushed us. If I spat on the floor and watched it simmer, I feel like I wouldve made more use of my time doing so then talking to her through the drive thru. I love you taco bell, but if you dont put the employees in their place I might have to say your franchise is just a farse and sham and tell others about it. Thank you, good night

Terrible service and quality of food. First visit, the employee tried gaslighting me about my drink not being on the order when I could see it on the receipt. Theyve forgotten my hot sauce every time. My most recent and final visit, I found this (pictured) in my beefy 5-layer. It was chewy and Im guessing its a chicken toe?? Idk, but def never EVER coming back to this location.

This particular location the tacobell signs are so small and hidden unless you know its there you can drive right past it. Also I was asked what type of hotsauce I wanted and when I got home there wasnt any. I had to make my own.

I ordered 5 tacos and a burritos supreme, requested No sour cream on the burrito because I have allergies, It came with sour cream, so of course I couldn’t eat it. Also all of the food was ice cold. Sad service!!!!
