So taco bell is taco bell, typically pretty good unless they really screw up your order. But I have no intentions to dine in here again. Nothing like eating with your family, then get blocked in as numerous cops and the fire department show up to drag a druggy out of the bathroom thats shooting up. The whole area has gone to HLL, and nothing is being done about it.

Old fat white lady there in the drive thru Im assuming is a manager acts like youre an inconvenience for purchasing expensive sub par food. You aint gotta say anything to her and she will act like shes about to cry. She needs to be fired or quit. If you really dont like people then dont work in customer service positions. Im not expecting a 5 star waiter but making grunting noises and rolling your eyes while trying to toss the stuff in my car isnt cool. Do better Karen

The speaker at order is broken you can’t hear them at all, plus This restaurant just refused to accept my 100 dollar bill. My bill was 41 dollars and change but they said they couldn’t make change, I just left. Whoever runs this restaurant is failing on so many levels. It’s the middle of the day and you don’t have 2 20’s a 10 a 5, 3 dollars and some change in your register?! I went to a different Taco Bell and they where able to accept it. Plus my bill was somehow cheaper even though my kids and I got the same exact orders. How do you not have money in your register. I hope the management all gets fired. Learn to do your job.

I paid for onions on my pizza but there was hardly any and I couldnt even taste them. The lady that helped me was so nice. I had told her about my experience at the Anderson Taco Bell a few days prior and I asked for no pizza sauce and when I left I tasted it and it was full of pizza sauce. So I got up to get some salt and asked me if my pizza was ok. It didnt have any sauce so I was happy. It wouldve been better if I could have tasted the onions that I paid for but thats ok I didnt tell her that she was very nice.

I ordered Chipotle ranch grilled chicken and it was really good 👍 it was ready in a few minutes but they messed up our order. We got extra burrito what we didnt order. So just check your order before leaving and be sure you have everything you paid for 🙂

I had my Taco Bell order delivered and I wasn’t very pleased with my quesadilla. In the past few years of ordering taco bell I never had a problem. Unfortunately that was not the case tonight, My quesadilla wasn’t cut and the portion of the quesadilla was very skimpy. I hope that in the future the employees will put the right portions in the food, and follow the signs on how much food goes into a burrito, quesadilla, chalupa etc.

14 people in the lobby and 14 waiting for food longer than 20 minutes.Lobby floor is so sticky it nearly pulled my tied shoe off my foot.Odor in most TBells is pleasant, but this smells almost intolerable.Messy tables.No one at registers to provide answers to waiting patrons.Orders not correct once received.

Pro tip, if the night staff ever want to get rude with you, and if you have super bright headlight, pull into the Wendys parking lot, theres a perfect spot to blast the crew with your high beams.I do doordash never had a store refuse to remake an order due to their neglect on the situation. Which finally happened and it happened here. My poor customer, they were so rude to them...

Got the wrong order and people seemed to be on something. Ordered 2 chicken chalupa, 2 fiesta potato and volcano taco adding to $26 and all I got was a beef burrito and crunch wrap. I would have gone back but since I was driving up north had no time to waste and talk to employees who weren’t in their senses.Highly recommend to avoid this location for a food stop

Usually the soft taco Supremes are pretty skimpy. Hardly any beef,cheese, sour cream or tomatoes with too much lettuce. Well this time it was hefty and perfectly stuffed with beef being the main ingredient and the most (as it should be) I was surprised and happy.

Food was the same as any other Taco Bell. I was shocked at how the staff put the disgusting rugs on the tables while cleaning the floors. Why not roll them up and stack them on the trash bins or stack them on the floor in an area that has already been mopped? Hopefully they clean the tables off with some sort of cleaner after they remove them and put them back on the floor.

This taco bell sucks... They always mess my order up, liturally the last 6 times Ive gone.... And I keep going back hoping it will be better. They will forget food items. Give u flat soda.. The churros were awful! They tasted like soap. When I reported it, I was offered another order, but they were just as bad or worse. I understand that sometimes a bad batch comes through, however. my complaint is that the entire batch should have been tossed out, and I dont think they were.

Im not sure why if I order a Bean burrito without onions they barely put any beans in my burrito. Literally, its like I told them to only put 1 Tablespoon of beans in my entire burrito. I might as well just order a tortilla to eat. Definitely not fair and not cool at all. If I go out of town this is never the case but this location is definitely not serving the correct portions that your paying for. This has happened several times.

THE WORST Taco Bell I have ever been to. Very poor customer service, the young guy taking our order I believe his name is micheal, seemed to be under the influence of something (the whole staff did honestly) he could barley talk or read our order back to us. While taking our order he scrached his nose and then scatched his head with out using any sort of sanitizer or washing them. I will never go back or recommend this restaurant to anyone ever.

Not great, but definitely not terrible.I believe that they may have been understaffed today, so take that into consideration while reading this.Very friendly staff!The lobby was open, so I went in to order. I was greeted after a couple of minutes, and was asked to use the kiosk to order. My order usually contains items with modifications that the kiosk doesnt offer as options. I went back to my car to order through the drive thru. The line was fairly short, but it was extremely slow. Once I got my order, my modified item didnt have anything it was supposed to. It was literally just beans in a tortilla 😂 I mean, I still ate it, but it was a very sad little burrito 🤣

Very low quality. We ordered 2 beef crunch wraps, a cherry freeze and a blue raspberry freeze. We never received our freezes, and our beef crunch wraps were pretty much just warmed up lettuce and sour cream in a tortilla. Very disappointing.

The night crew is very rude and told Mr they wouldnt take my 20 dollar bill because it had a rip in it. I thought it was a bit ridiculous especially because they were supposed to be fixing a pas GG order that was also wrong and they b stil made the order they were fixin wrong. When i asked for the name of thw manager the cashier at the window replied with im not going to give you a workers name as its against policy Ive worked for pizzahut and its sister stores which includes tacobell and know its not against policy. I will never be going back at night to avoid these two workers.

Ive been to every taco bell in the shasta county area, and this location is the only location here that serves hot food, I cant tell you how many other locations hand out cold burritos and tacos. the staff here get an A++. We noticed some challenges with staffing and supplies and drive up service has been very slow, but they make it up with their excellent power bowl options, particularly the chicken power bowl that I think is the best fast food option available. The bowls include lettuce, rice, beans, guacamole, sour cream and a generous amount of chicken, and I think chopped tomato and maybe cheese, if I remember correctly. The point is the bowls are a satisfying well balanced meal. Im looking forward to the return of the pizza which is a favorite. Taco Bell, always reliable and a good value for the price. We understand that fast food has suffered due to employee shortages so we take that into account. Im holding back on the fifth star because I do not care for their drink selection. I prefer coke products and some sugar free drink options would be great.

Ordered through doordash 10-8-22 6:56am. Order #905121. Spent 60 with doordash to feed everyone. Doordash delivered and we were missing 2 hashbrowns and the 12 Cinnabon delights. Called store, guy answers and says yes they missed the 2 hasbrowns but swears that the Cinnabon delights were in a separate bag and given to doordash and that I would have to contact doordash. I tell him thats fine, but can I send someone to get the 2 hashbrowns and he says yes, perfect! I send my son, who is also going to buy another thing of Cinnabon delights since we are still missing that item. He gets to the speaker at the dt, and the woman on the headset is so nasty and mean to him. Then when he gets to the window, she asks him for the bag of food???? Excuse me, I called and the guy said they forgot the hashbrowns and to just come in????? Why would I bring everything else, unless you are going to remake a $60 order! Unfortunately it was just my son in the car. She slams the window then rudely shoves the remake bag at him (we did pay for the Cinnabon we did not get from doordash) and tells him next time to bring everything back. This is a bigger heavy set woman maybe in her 30s working the dt at 7:30 in the morning on 10-8-22. Her ugliness is uncalled for especially since it was your mistake while we are back. But never will make that mistake again, and no one else should go there either. If they have nasty people like that dealing with the public then what other bad stuff is going on there???

The grilled cheese steak burrito was really good. The truff nacho fries are over priced for the amount you get but really good. The reason for lower stars is because I specifically requested that my wifes beefy 5 layer burritos be grilled, the girl on the mic put 2 grilled on the order, the receipt says 2 grilled on it, they grilled one of them, so why not the other one?

This Taco Bell is so frustrating I used to come to this Taco Bell all the time and I usually give a lot of room for error I understand they’re human and they’re doing their best but at this point I have to draw a line. I have been going here for some time pretty frequently and I have never had my order be correct. I have very simple orders. Sometimes it’s just one taco and they still mess it up every time. The most common is just not getting things you’ve ordered but be careful ordering a Doritos loco taco you will get a regular (happened twice) you won’t get chips with your nachos (happened 3 times to my daughter and twice for me) and anything else you could think of. At a certain point I have to agree with the people around me I’m just not going back to Taco Bell and I am upset at myself for giving them my money and I strongly suggest for you to not waste your own time and money at this place that doesn’t deliver on their promises.

The only thing that made me ranknthis particular taco bell 2 stars instead of one is the fact that you get to watch the migrating crackheads bicker with each other in the near by parking lots. I don’t usually eat out because I am on a very tight budget but 3 times in a row I’ve chosen Taco Bell and 3 times in a row food that I ordered and paid for was left out of my bag. For someone who doesn’t have much money and need all the food they can get this is very frustrating.Update: they reached out to me and apologized and told me they were working to make things better. I went yesterday and it was such a pleasant experience. They were kind and funny and the cheese was filled all the way to the top so it was enough (one of my pet peeves). I requested three chicken quesadillas, but only got two and a half. Im not sure when they made the potato fiesta even. It smelled awful. Particularly 2 1/2 quesadillas when you had ordered 3 ?They were unwilling even to provide the receipt, which I personally requested. The tellers name was Brian A. Terrible experience. First, staff refused to take my order saying everyone had to use kiosk. Then humiliated a senior citizen for not being able to use kiosk who left without ordering looking like he was going to cry. Then there Hispanic men who couldnt figure out Miriam left angry. Finally got my order, nicely told the staff that four men had left because of them not being able to order. Staffs response wasgood, thats less orders I have to do.. Then, the pizza I ordered was a disaster. The shells were in a dozen of pieces, the sauce covered maybe 20 percent of the top, and there was less then a thimble full of cheese in one tiny pile. Shane on this staff for their rudeness and for terrible food production. At the time, I ordered, there were two people eating in the dining room and barely any cars in the drive through. No excuses

They were kind of rude, they got irritated because people didnt want to use the kiosk to place their orders, a couple of the crew members got into a loud disagreement in the back that could be heard through the whole restaurant, the food was very poorly assembled I had to ask for a lid and straw for my drinks and hot sauce which seemed to be a huge ask, I only assume it was a huge ask by the response of the loud sigh and eye roll I received from the crew member for even asking. Even though I had waited to ask for any of it until my food was ready and I was at the counter grabbing my food from said crew member. I work nights and I sometimes stop at this location to get a bite, and the quality has dropped severely over the past couple months. Quick and rude passive aggressive responses when getting my order taken, freeze machine has been broken for 3 months (or at least when i go there), and they have consistently messed up or straight up forgot parts of my order the last 5 times I’ve been there over the last 3 months. Tried going again last night and the line was only about 5 cars long with seemingly 4 employees working but it didn’t budge for over 45 minutes… highly recommend going to the one downtown instead.

If you ask at the speaker or where you pay it goes in one ear and out the other. They ask you if you want a cup carrier which I like instead of just handing you one. After the nearly 30 minute wait at the drive through (only 2 cars ahead of me to order) I got to the window, where the food ordered came in a nicely crisp and fresh bag....unfortunately that was the only thing I can say was fresh or crisp. The Chalupas were stale, disgusting and had me feeling like I was chewing on an old leather belt. You wait in line a minimum of 15-20 mins. This is THE BEST Taco Bell in town. The other locations take forever in the drive thru. I have never waited more than 5 minutes at this location. Their always on point, fast and friendly service.

So I came to Taco Bell today to get a snack and I don’t really like going out in public anyways because I have social anxiety. I like to keep my conversation minimal because if I embarrass myself I think about it for hours. Anyways so the lady asked me how I was in kind of a weird tone, I then said “i am good” and I understand that it was “rude of me” to not ask how her day was but like I said I’m really awkward and try to keep conversation on the low. So the lady working the window then says “I’m good thanks for asking” in an extremely rude tone. I think you need to tell your employees that some people have SOCIAL ANXIETY AND ARENT AS SOCIAL AS OTHERS. The guy working the window was very nice though. But the girl was very rude to me

I give four stars not because its great food. Its taco bell. But the four stars is because ot wasnt like others where they just slapped the food on different parts of the burritos I got. Food was sub par, sloppily made, and missing the added jalapenos that I requested and was charged for. On the positive note, there was very little wait and the service was friendly. I unfortunately will not be returning to this restaurant in the future.
