One of the very few places that dont always mess up an order. Food is generally fresh, drive thru is quick. Homeless in the parking lot and surrounding is a problem but not really their fault.

Customer service at this location is seriously lacking! I seldom go toTaco Bell but I received a special promo on the app to get a free taco. So I tried to get that taco. As I navigated the app the manager and the cashier tried to help pull up the info on the app so I could get the taco. After a few minutes we got it to the end and the app indicated zero dollars were due! But because my phone couldnt complete the final step, the manager said: Sorry, I cant help you youll need to pay for the taco . I felt like the manager made a wrong choice by not honoring the free taco as advertised. When I tried to discuss this with the same manager afterwards she stuck to her sad story which I felt was insensitive to me! I wont go back to that Taco Bell again!

Went here for breakfast, and the breakfast crunchwrap was fresh and tasty. Hash browns and cinnamon balls were just covered in grease. Did not eat.Outside the parking lot, there were a bunch of homeless people. One had asked my husband for a shirt, and he told him he didnt have any. The guy growled and complained and then walked away

I love the service at this Taco Bell location. I go out of my way to go there as there is another Taco Bell closer, but the food is always prepared better here, and the servers are so friendly. Great menu selection, and no problem when I want to customize my order by making a substitution for the sour cream because of my allergy problems. Super fast service at the drive-through too.

Power bowl came with no dressing, even though Id paid for extra dressing on the side. When handed my bag, I asked her if the extra avocado dressing was in the bag and she replied yes . Drove through again. They said theyd get me the 2 dressings. Got to the parking lot and saw theyd given me only one. An employee was outside and I told her. She kindly went inside and brought me a dressing. I thanked her and left. Got home. I had been given no utensils and the salad was basically void of lettuce and chicken. Tried to call, but answering machine was on. All in all, it was a waste of time and money! Used to have great service and great salads. Not anymore, apparently. Management needs to get this straightened out!

Usually pretty quick for take out. Drive thru can get backed up a bit during busy times but nothing crazy abnormal. Orders are usually accurate without forgotten or missed items. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I’m on my way out of town with a family of 5 ! 3 toddlers! We stopped here they were obviously so under staffed 😢 but so fast and our food was perfectly made and hot to order ! Hands down to the manager on the production line working hard side by side with her staff! 🙏💕 it hit me that everyone is always eager to complain, but when you get good service especially in the trying times 😩 appreciate you all so much 🙌

I’ve been told multiple times by their Taco Bell employees that customers are supposed to be able to order food from the inside but half the time I go there the doors are locked and the only option is waiting in the drive-through with a very long backed up line. This at 10 o’clock in the morning. My suggestion to this Taco Bell on Noble Ave open your damn doors and provide better customer service!

I havent left a review in a long time... but after this evening, I had to. I frequent this taco bell often (almost every day) but it has gone downhill in the recent weeks.Slow service when it used to be quick. In previous months, they used to even give some type of comp if the wait was too long (drink, free taco)... That hasnt happened in awhile.Signs outside saying the dining room is open for orders... Even though the door is locked?!And now, even though we all know the menu is changing soon, they cant even take the time to black out things out on the menu that this specific store doesnt offer.Im not sure what has changed in recent weeks, but it all boils down to laziness on the employees/management.If you close the dining room, take down the sign outside. If youre not offering something on the menu, black it out. Its not hard. But for the people here, it seems to be.

Fast service and the food was fresh and hot. My visit was during the busy lunch hour and it was still great. The employees were very friendly and provide excellent customer service. They even has an employee walking around the dining area making sure everything was clean and patrons had no issues with the food. The restroom was well stocked and very clean. They werent very friendly. We ordered the burrito Supremes combos and tacos, etc. unfortunately the Burrito Supremes were the same size as a bean and cheese burritos. And the tacos that we ordered had almost no cheese on them. When I went back in to ask for extra cheese they werent very pleasant an accommodating me with the cheese. Needless to say the service was poor, the food quality was poor, and the food quantity was poor. I think we will try another Taco Bell location next time.

I love their Ice-T, has a variety of Anglo-Saxon Mexican food that is, to choose from. It is always jam-packed through the drive-thru and also in the dining area. Its a nice family place inexpensive food, they tried keeping it as clean as possible but because of the high traffic people its kind of hard. Located in a great location if you want to shop after eating. Customer service is great the ladies there are always sweet and kind and the gentleman or well-mannered. Its a great place to stop by and get the family a bite to eat or a snack or two.

Me & the family (Daughter & Granddaughter) has always been coming here for years for Mexican fast food. For Breakfast or Lunch or Dinner its been one of our favorite places in Visalia as long as I can remember. They have a friendly staff & always very helpful (in asking to throw away your trash or picking up your food trays or checking up if you need anything else) & now new electronic menus to order from right across from the order counter. This is one of the better taco bells in Visalia. They are generally pretty clean and most workers have a pleasant demeanor. The food is the same quality of what you would expect of Taco Bell, nothing fancy. Oh also the burrito sizes are very inconsistent. You can order two of the same burritos and one will be huge and the other small. They should work on quality control.

Taco Bell can definitely be a hit or miss when it comes to time of day, business, how big your order is.. alot of stuff come into play! The one thing I can say is I havent had bad customer service here, sure they may have gotten some of my order wrong especially from the app you order a bean burrito no onions and you get onions or you say no creamy jalapeno sauce and you get it anyway lol. Stuff like that after a few times becomes annoying to my wife and when she starts to complain I start to complain lol. One thing you shouldnt do is go here after 11. Weve made that mistake and the food was less then desirable, it was kind of a waste of the usual 20 bucks you spend on minimum here. But go during the day especially when theyre getting the gears moving in the morning and its the best thing youve ever eaten! I wont knock T Bell cause of course having a craving for a grilled stuff burrito OF COURSE!!! Im going to go down here! But just be mindful of your online orders.

My goodness Taco Bell.. What is going on!? I cant quit you.. Yet.. you keep on disappointing us! We have been using the online app to order because it gives us time to actually browse the menu without being a d$@k and holding up the drive thru line and we can add or substitute anything we want and in return expect our order to be right.. these last few times its mainly been whatever my wife orders that somehow comes out wrong. For example: she ordered a bean and rice burrito but asked for extra rice and to add nacho cheese and take out the normal sauce it comes with.. they didnt put extra rice, even put less beans and didnt put the nacho cheese.. the thing looked weak and sad lol like a dollar bean burrito was being made but they slapped a lite scoop of rice, threw in the sauce and rolled it up and sent it on its way. My wife took one bite, opened it up and just tossed it aside. Plus! That wasnt even the only thing it happened to. She asked for extra nacho cheese on her nacho bell grande and didnt even get enough cheese to top the chips lol. It was a bad day for her! Lol. Im not gonna diss this place too bad cause of course were only human and shell get the craving to come back here and order again, just hope we dont an overflow of cheese or something definitely wrong i.e. spit in our food lol.
