Customers are non-existent here.. Employees dont acknowledge you,greet you or make any attempt to assist folks having problems with their new way of ordering on the Kiosks..on top of that they had the audacity to serve us a promotional food(nacho fries) that were obviously refried!!!..did u not think wed notice?..there reply was oh so you wanna wait for fresh fries?..who trains these people...

We ordered cheese quesadillas in drive through. The oerson talking wasnt understanding properly we mentioned many times its vegetarian but they gave us 2 chicken quesadillas. We are strict vegetarian and in hunger i took a bite and realised its chicken.. i feel very gross after eating and couldnt eat normally after that incident

Taco Bell employee Alayna is very helpful and polite when taking orders and at the window the whole crew seem to be working with each other and having fun doing it. I felt a very welcoming vibe. The service was very fast as well. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Not using the drive-through speaker and having a person stand there taking orders is a terrible idea. You guys are not in and out you have way more things on the menu. Every time I see that person taking orders it is frustrating because what I want to order is not on her little stupid poster menu, and then they don’t even know the menu themselves so I end up having to drive up to the speaker. Anyways, it is just a complete waste of time, and a complete waste of money to even pay that person to stand there to take orders when you could just have that person take the order through the drive-through window where the customers can actually see the full menu where it makes sense. Taco Bell please learn from this and pull your head out of your burrito and stop trying to copy in and out. Service has been terrible and just irritating ever since this change and it just needs to stop.

I usually go To the Taco Bell in Brentwood however the line is always so long. Was out in Antioch and decided to go to the Taco Bell on laundry way and there was no line at all. I think I know why. My quesadilla was a mess. I was really surprised that they would even put it in the bag like that. Very disappointed.

Customer service was great. Wasnt happy that we cant use a debit card for food over 25.00. We almost drove away without food since we had no cash on us. But the cashier suggested splitting the cost so we did two transactions. Food not so great but thats what you get with fast food.

Right now the machine where you order seems to be broken, they have people taking orders at the front of the line to make up for this which is awesome. It did seem like they were training the person though and then the wait was really slow. They also told us to have a good day without giving us our drinks so we had to wait till they noticed us still sitting there to get em. Food was perfect otherwise and tasted exactly as it should. 😍

I always get the bean burritos-so good and for 2 right under $4 and fills me up till I go home👌😎Update: ask for your bean burritos “ grilled” they come out with a grilled texture and it’s so delicious 😋 it’s free to do this

Worst customer service of all time. I go to try to redeem a coupon I received and they proceed to telle I need to redeem through the app even though the coupon says present when redeeming in restaurant. So I download the app there is no where to enter promo code. I ask them how I can redeem it then since it expires the next day and they tell me, thats not true, were taught to make food not use the app and walks away. Even though I literally read him the coupon.

Best place to go if you are in a rush, pretty fast service with accurate order!Edit :Used to be a good place but lately they had been missing in checking the order if its complete before giving it to customer.Long story short, they missed a item on my order when packing it n handing over to me . To my surprise, they have a separate person to do that only.Fyi: You do a print out of the customer order and match them before you hand it to customer .Thats the proper way to do it, just to let you know .You dont mess up with order saying you are short staff, really! Thats a pretty lame excuse.

All the sodas are watered down. I thought maybe it was just the Pepsi but I kept trying others but they were the same. I settled on Mt Dew, it to was weak. Also no straws anywhere. Had to wait 6.75 minutes and ask for a straw. I’m going back to the TBell on Louise.

I ordered a chicken quesadilla and a small Sierra Mist. My Sierra Mist tasted like soda water only. And my chicken quesadilla was over cooked and dry had no jalapeño sauce and hardly any cheese or chicken. This was the worst Taco Bell food ever. Only giving two stars because the staff was nice. I almost never bother to leave reviews for restaurants unless Im extremely pleased with the service. Dont get me wrong, Its fine if you are close to starving to death and cant make it to the gas station next door. I stopped going to this location a long time ago due to various issues with orders I would usually drive a couple extra miles to the much better location. But it had been a while since I gave them a chance and I was in a hurry. That was a mistake, I ordered two beefy five layer burritos and they were awful. Not only did one burrito have 3 times the beans as the other but they were completely cold. I started eating them immediately in the car, less than one minute after receiving them. Ive never had such horrible food served to me from Taco Bell. I couldnt believe how cold they were, I couldnt tell if they had been sitting for a long period of time or were thrown together with cold ingredients. I will NEVER return to this location.

Ordered our breakfast at Taco Bell Lone Tree this morning and and the server was pleasant and kind . The bag was wrapped nicely and the same with the tacos inside. The server gave us hot sauce that’s enough with our chalupas. Moreover my husband and I enjoyed the Hot Chicken Chalupas that made us satisfiedI give This Taco Bell 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Still the best non-authentic Mexican food out there, albeit authentic staff. Im from the Sacto area but I was in the Bay area this weekend. The food at Taco Bell is consistent pretty much wherever we go. The staff are consistent as well; friendly and efficient.

I want the day of opening, I was impressed with staff. Went again it was still good service but when I went today July 3rd 2020 around 8 PM, I experienced one of the worst customer service. I placed an order on kiosk and went to desk ( keeping social distance) as I did not want meat on my order. I literally stood there for 10 minutes both employees as well as manager looked at me and ignored as If I was not existing. Manager was chit chatting and not attending customer. Finally I had to shout “ ANYBODY I COULD TALK TO HERE” ... and that made them notice me. Wont go there again.

They have pretty much destroyed the entire menu. And their prices have gone through the roof. I used to be able to come here with myself and my three kids and leave for just around 30 bucks. The last time I went the entire menu was gone and cost me almost $50 for stuff that I didnt even want looks like I wont be going to Taco Bell ever again.

I love taco bell, but this location in particular is very terrible. The floors are sticky through out the whole place, the manager is standing in the way of the entrance having a loud personal conversation and the wait is un-real. Came here for fast food before a movie and we have now been here 20 minutes waiting for two box meals. When we finally got our food we asked if we could have a to go bag because now were late for the movie and the kid sighs and drops his head as if we just asked him to remake the order. Terrible experience, we are not even going to the movie anymore because now were 20 + minutes. Just avoid this location if you can

Hi, I took my grandkids to Taco Bell on Lonetree way in Antioch after summer camp. The staff was kind and efficient. Its fast food, its taco bell. . . I mean you cant really say much about it. If youve had it once, you know what it is. If you havent, try remembering the school lunch tacos if they would have given you the option of sour creme and tomato and called it supreme or given you an assortment of sauces that claim spiciness but are pretty tame when compared to real sauces by similar names. Overall, if you want something fast as the name fast food implies and are looking for taco inspired creations, Taco Bell can be one of your options. This location has recently been remodeled and the staff is very pleasant.

Went in to get a quick lunch. I had forgotten that they think that if you put enough spice in something...it is instantly Mexican food. That is not the case. Mexican food does have spices but it tends to be more subtle. Not over powering. The service was bad. I had to go back and ask for the drink I had ordered. I ordered for dine in but my food was put in a bag, not on a tray. When I mentioned it to the person who just left my order on the counter after calling out my name she said sorry about that and walked away.

It always seems to be the case. While going thru the drive thru when we order more than 2 hash browns it appears to be an issue. The attitude is so rude. Then when we get to the window we are shouted at to go park cause they are making the hash browns. To top that off, after we pull away the hashbrowns are NOT cooked, our order is completely wrong! NO BACON IN MY CRUNCH WRAP, no straws no sauce NOTHIMG BUT A MESSED UP ATTITUDE!!!!

I usually use the drive through at TB on Tracy Blvd near Grantline. They are curtious and keep the line flowing through. Ive always gotten my correct order, even when its been a large amount of items. 4 stars because I miss my taco salad bowl.

I walked in to Taco 🌮 Bell, Fernando Z took my order very personable young man. Also he was professional and accurate. Great hiring!! I did however had a problem with my cheesy Gordita Crunch it did not have enough cheese between the tortia and the taco shell. ( but I ate it anyway) the line cook was helpful by asking me if I wanted a big bag for my order I thought to myself wow thats cool, I did have a big order. My advice to others is to walk in and experience some human kindness.

This is the one taco bell that I truly hate. Its always gross and slow at anytime of the day. The employees come over the intercom and ask if youve been helped 3 times before they actually help you. The girl in the window counted my money then asked me how much it was. Because she was confused. Over all I think the manager of this location needs to step up and help the employees cause theyre all a mess.

Service was slow. They gave me the wrong order and they paid more attention to the drive through instead of giving equal attention to the walk in customers. I even saw a customer walk in and then walk out of the restaurant get in there car and drive in to the drive through and got served before me. Customer service is terrible here and the restaurant was recently renovated. To bad they didnt renovate their staff. Food was cold tacos were soggy and they seem to make alot of mistakes on orders.

The woman taking orders right now is rude. Apparently they have to add your drink into the system before they can make customizations to your food order but instead of actually communicating that with me she rudely repreated whats the drink order, every time I told her additional details about how I want my order done. I had three things to change, so she repeated with attitude increasing each time, whats the drink otder.... Its not my job to understand how your systems work. It IS the employees job to be patient and treat your customers with respect. Thanks for the unspoken lesson, Ill make sure to give my drink before asking to customize my order next time to avoid being treated like an idiot for no reason.

After having messed up my order, i went to the restaurant and asked them to replace it. Then after the food was handed to me a short fella came out in a very confrontational matter and kept on saying sorry, sorry, sorry. Then he started asking me questions and would not let me leave until i had enough and went on my way. After i got home and opened my bag there was a side of nacho cheese sauce that had spit on it. Taco Bell is fast-food, and so you know you arent going to get authentic Mexican food or a great sit-down restaurant experience, but thats not what fast-food is all about. Its about quick, tasty food at a low price, and Taco Bell definitely delivers there.This location is the closest to my current residence, so Ive been here many times. The service on the inside counter is generally good but not great, but the food is better than average for Taco Bell, especially for dine-in.The dining room is kept pretty clean, and there are plenty of tables to sit at. This location hasnt been remodeled into the ultra-modern style as some others have recently, but Im fine with the basic tables-with-wooden-chairs here. Nothing fancy, but, hey, its fast food. My only complaint is the lack of a customer-facing drink machine; the only drink machine is near the drive-thru window so you have to wait for an employee to refill your drink. This is clearly due to the high school a block away, and the high volume of student traffic here.Like most fast-food places, you DO have to be VERY careful if you go through the Drive-Thru. The Drive-Thru moves fairly quickly, but that leads to frequent errors, and if you have a big order, or have anything custom, you simply MUST double-check your order before driving off, or theres a good chance that something will be missing or wrong. This location is maybe a bit better than some, but this is an industry-wide issue, and if you dont check, you should just expect to be disappointed, so that you wont be surprised in that 1 in 5 chance that your order is wrong.

Went to get the Doritos Locos Taco today, also purchased a bunch other goodies. Brought it home, excited to check out the DLT, hadnt tried one before. Well, still havent - what I got was just a Regular Taco. So disappointed. I liked the taco roll up and the beefy frido burrito (first time trying both) I checked my receipt and the DLT was on there. Walking inside is like stepping into a dumpster. The place was filthy, and every surface needed to be wiped down. 2 stars only because the food tasted as it should, but given the level of filth I dont think Ill go hear again. Go through the Drive-thru unless you want to lose your appetite.

I had some cravings so I headed over to this Taco Bell around 10:20pm and the doors were closed before 11pm which is their dine in closing time and their drive thru was blocked for the rest of the night. This place is horrible. Ended up going to a Taco Bell across town for one item. Almost went to Jack in the Box instead of this place but I decided to try another restaurant.
