I had to wait at least 10 minutes to pick up my Uber eats order. I understand that they were busy but I felt that 1 of the girls was a bit rude. No one acknowledged me standing there waiting for the order for quite a while. Like I said, You know they were busy but a little courtesy goes a long way. Yes it is referring to the taco bell on Laurel Canyon Boulevard in North Hollywood. Other customers were waiting at length to order and to get sauces

I will never go to this Location ever again, the staff was rude after they took somebody’s order they didn’t greet us. They just looked at us and walked away. We waited for 30 minutes even after waiting for 30 minutes by the register, a guy who came in after us they took his order and tried to walk away. They refuse to take our order for some odd reason we were waiting. We figured maybe it’s because black Folks and whites Folks don’t belong in that location of Taco Bell. We told them how horrible the service was, and how we will never go back there again.

FOOD MADE ME SICK! Two regular tacos and next morning I’m laid up in bed with the runs ‘:( I’ve not had Taco Bell in 4-5 years and I don’t eat fast food nor processed much at all, but this is not good. I’ve got zapped energy and can’t do a thing! It’s 11am Monday morning already. There goes half my day.And yes, as other reviews say..pretty crummy vibe and people here. I went in since the drive through was long. Went right to the kiosk and ordered. Went to wait a few feet from the counter as you do, and the manger from the back of the kitchen and in an accent so strong I had to ask 3 times what she was even saying..she yells: You used the kiosk!? - in a way like - you should, we don’t want to deal with you. Dang! There goes customer service. And I’m used to accents coming from another country and living in NYC over a decade.Food looked good and I was surprised to kind of like the tacos (after NYC where all fast food has tanked and is nasty)..but to get sick on it says a lot about how it’s made in a lab, beef isn’t beef, and it may have been spoiled - it shot right through me hours later.GROSS.Never stepping foot in another Taco Bell. Not worth it.

July 3rd 2023 the manager was so lazy she didnt want to take my order she send me to pay on the screen and they were not customers around not even in the Drive-through

There is no walking service if you walk in they dont even acknowledge you. When they finally do acknowledge you when they walk up to the counter? Its because theyre giving the food order to a customer and Once they acknowledge you they just tell you use the kiosk And walk away. Theyre basically insulting my intelligence because I saw the kiosk obviously. I didnt want to use it plus what I wanted to order was not easy to order at the kiosk. Itll be easier if they input it on there POS. Atmosphere is very cold feels like youre bothering them or they doing your favorite when they talk to you. Now I know why the Drive-through is always busy. I will no longer ever go back to this place. I rather drive further away for better service.

Came here this morning and the associate point you at the computer to do your own check out and it wasn’t great experience for me. Having self check out should be an option for people that want it but don’t force everyone to do their own check out specially if it doesn’t allow you to modify ur order the way that you want. Previous customer also was forced to do self check out but then waited by the register to get his fountain drink and they direct him to self check out again and he said I need my cup for my drink.

I ordered ahead and food was paid for with no other cars front or back of me and when I get to the window not the speaker to order they tell me that I gotta drive around and get off . Do mind they could of told me that at the speaker . And I have a broken arm with a cast so it would of been easier for me to go thru the drive thru instead of taking things one by one to the car

Driving from SD for hours and needed to rest and eat something, order online but the app placed my order in sd and asked to see manager but she was unhelpful,even not able to understand whats the issue. The worst Taco Bell experience.

Its been a while since Ive eaten here, and I mean its good, but it doesnt seem as good as before. Theyre prices went up and quality of food went kinda down. I dont know if its because I havent been here in a while, or what, but the food didnt taste the same. Service was good! Place was clean. Just the food doesnt seem the same. Baja Blast is still on point though!

I just ordered and paid 6$ for those rollers and they only gave me two!! They always waste my money and forget something. Those rollers are almost 7$ and they only gave me 2.
