I *hate* this location. Be aware they don’t have mobile ordering, nor do they have receipts that can be redeemed for points on the Taco Bell app. I never would have come here if I knew. Oh and GOOD LUCK entering, parking, and exiting this location. Their customer service skills along with EVERYTHING else, needs major improvement. Awful. I will NEVER be back.I went to this one for the first time yesterday and the food was old cold and stale. Asked for fresh fries instead of the hard ones I had be given, I swear she just refried/ reheated the ones I had given back to her through the window.The nacho cheese for nacho fries was CLUMPY and chunky. I have never seen Taco Bell nacho cheese that had clumps in it. Disgusting!!!Woman working drive thru was practically impossible to understand. I’d politely ask for her to repeat what she said, and she caught an attitude. Then she was getting confused with my order, but acted like I was the one being unclear.I’ll continue going literally anywhere but here.

Such a busy location with friendly staff. The food is what Taco Bell provides, (served warm). However, the dining room is closed. The drive through is run efficiently, but runs long. They offer pickup through the app if you buzz the front door.Purely comfort food, not fine dining.

I have lived near here over 2 years and have come here maybe 4 times. Every single time I come the line is out to the street and it takes FOREVER. They have combined it with a KFC. Im not sure if they have trouble making orders off both menus or what the deal is. But the drive through line has made me want to start honking in the middle of the line, due to aggravation. I looked at the clock when I got here and pulling out now took a total of 17 minutes to secure the bag for one single person.

Absolutely amazing experience! I am so sorry I cannot remember the managers name, but I called in advance about their Famous Enchirito... they took it off the menu, and even the secret menu! When I called and talked to the manager (I want to say her name started with a C (maybe))... she specially made me 2 when I came through the drive through! She is absolutely amazing, so professional and courteous when I called and again when I was in the drive through (during the busy hours) Thank you so much Manager C I am so sorry I am bad with names, you deserve a raise or a bonus!! 100% amazing service ❤

This Taco Bell is always clean. Whenever I do laundry next door I usually grab some nacho tacos. I’m impressed w how the floor and tables are always clean, good management... the kitchen area also looks very clean. Keep up the good work!!

I did a drive-thru. Not so happy with the Supreme Chicken Chalupa. The sour cream and shells were somehow flat and not as good as what I am used to in the Michigan Taco Bell

Nothing special, fast food is fast food. A few occasions they make mistakes, it happens. Ive seen this KFC run out of chicken, that should never happen but its not the employees faults. They worked hard to help everyone they could.

I have been to this taco bell many times since it is close to my home. My grandchild received a free coupon for giving blood. When we went to redeem the coupon we were denied. Because of this I will not be visiting this establishment again. I will go to a taco bell that knows how to treat its customers properly. This is bad PR and shame on you.

This is the worst taco bell/kfc on the planet. 10 out of 10 times they screw up the order, drive thru takes too long, theyre always out of something. How can a Taco Bell/KFC be out of chicken & beans at the same time? Its happened to me twice! And their ATM card reade is always down. Horrible!

Something always taste like crap at this taco bell...taci bell is crap as it is, but on that odd occassion that we crave it, this place is lost. Either their wedges are stale, their beans are old and crusty, they are out of something, or when you say a lot of hot sauce you get 3...the worst.

The dining room is open till 9:30pm drive through open till 10pm the Internet site says dining room open till 10pm you lose a star taco bell because for a physical disabled person riding a bike to get there at 9:38 pm and be turned away is very disappointing the lady telling me that they will fix this right away as she roles her eyes tells me it likely wont happen

First of all the service is always pretty fast and maybe thats the problem with the food being messed up? I ordered 2 orders of the 2 for $5 chicken wraps when all you get is chicken in a tortilla you would think that you couldnt mess it up but 2 of the 4 I received the tortilla was so hard that it was inedible! Very disappointing.
