Taco Bell in Riverside

The head manager for this location, Gloria Felix, has absolutely no regard for the health and safety of customers. She is known among employees for picking up food from the trash and serving it back to the next customer in line, or using dirty gloves from the trash to prepare food for customers. Aside from treating customers like pigs, she also treats her employees with little to no respect, paying no attention to concerns and being constantly on her phone calling friends. Absolutely unacceptable, Gloria Felix must be removed from her position and this location needs to be investigated for other health violations. Do NOT eat here unless you want to eat literal garbage.

Asked for no ice in my drink and got ice. Asked to have my chicken quesadilla cooked twice because the cheese is never melted if I dont ask and they didnt even do that. I had to go home and cook it more. These places need to learn that customers dont mind waiting a little longer to have proper food( not stale meat, undercooked, or wrong order). Especially with how expensive it is.

I ordered nacho fries they were not fresh, hard threw away. Ordered a powerbowl a specific way asked for lite sour cream, all black beans no rice the lettuce was soggy and smothered with sour cream. Very sad communication with employee 😪 very unprofessional

This has always been one of my favorite Taco Bell locations, it is very clean and they follow all of the COVID-19 restrictions, I have been going to this particular location for many many years, the employees were very friendly and very courteous, my wife and I really love their family boxes they are a great value and it’s decent food,Eat local,Buy local,Spend local.

Taco bell, a classic. Again what more do you want? There isnt much I can tell you in this review. I ordered from there website for the first time, that was a decent experience.This building is new, probably hiring a most taco bells are. I love me some taco bell.

Came through the drive thru gave tried to hand the guy exact change he took the cash and ignored the change in my hands. Then when I explained to him that I had the change ready for him told me to late bro. Then tried to explain to him just walked away as I was talking . Horrible customer service. Nice crew of people for p.m. shift. Plenty of electrical outlets to charge your stuff unlike a lot of other fast food restaurants that cover their electrical outlets.More Taco Bell’s need to be like this.

Good for and service. I dont think Ive ever had a mistake with my order and drive thru line moves quick

I enjoyed being able to order in person. Still upset about how hard it is to order seltzer reliably, the unsweetened iced tea is a good go to, but still dont appreciate the lack of fiber options or unsweetened drinks.
