Literally the worst Taco Bell Ive ever been in. Employees cant be bothered to take your order. The kiosks say your food will be ready in 10 minutes but it takes an hour for them to make me a cheesy roll up! (Dont get stuck in the drive thru!) Food tastes old, dry, stale. They sold me frozen drinks on the app and didnt have em in stock... the manager said shed give me free ones next time I came in. Jokes on me - cuz I wont be back. This place sucks. Cant belive this is Napas service. 😔 how shamefull 😪Update: tried again for a work lunch. They burritos are not rolled or labeled at all. Food is small portions, yucky, cold and order is incorrect. What a shame.

I love Taco Bell. I don’t love THIS Taco Bell. No customer service, use the kiosk only. Only one person working spoke English. They have long codes on the bathroom doors that they don’t know by heart and have to open for you. The bathroom looked clean but smelt horrific. The food was okay, rolled tacos are fine, but the bean burritos with like 4 ingredients were not. And they only had Diablo sauce- no mild, no hot, nothing. Just do yourself a favor and avoid this specific location.

Stopped by after getting back into town late and there was not a single thing right with my order. I asked for an extra cheese quesadilla for my wife and the gave me a chicken quesadilla and I asked for a simple bean and cheese burrito I got a beefy 5 layer. The guy taking the order struggled to understand anything I said and had to repeat it for him get it right on the screen but I guess whoever was making the order either can’t read or decide they wanted to make the choice for us. Total waste of money

Beautiful Park. I was there for a special event so was unable to take a long hike. What I did do, it was pretty even though everything is brown and dry. Great scenic views from the trails.Lets hope developers and elected officials do not develop it into housing which is something I heard they want to do in the large field area.Great park for wildlife viewing. I woke up to turkeys calling from different locations, quails, geese, and of other birds were present.The staff at the park are very friendly and pleasant to talk too.

I ordered three tacos and nachos and so they asked me to drive around front and they would bring it to me after waiting 10 minutes I went inside and the manager said it’s not ready yet. I waited and then they gave me my food. I took a glance in the bag to make sure everything was there as another customer was in the store saying he had to drive back because he did not get all of his food, and when I got home and open my taco it had about 2 teaspoons of meat in each taco and so I called the Taco Bell and told him and he said if you want to drive back, we will fix it and I said no but you need to train your employees and I asked him his name and he asked me what I said and I said I asked for your name, and then he paused and hung up on me . Places gone downhill.

The remodeled facility is cold and uncomfortable.In the restaurant one can only order by using a kiosk.Lastly the rest rooms were locked and when I asked the response was very slow and when I told them that I needed to use the restroom, the person, who I took as the lead on the shift told me that he didnt need to use the facility and I could just wait.Another staff member took pity on me and opened a rest room for me. My wife and I will never go to this Taco Bell again.

This location STILL needs help pronto. Placed a APP order for pickup but dining room was closed had to get in drive-thru line and wait thru 5 cars when at the pick up window had to wait till they made the order at least it was super fresh. So unless you choose drive thru only I suggest trying El Pollo Loco or McDonalds even Jack in the box. There are many other locations to visit then being disspointmented by this location with their maybe were open maybe were not attitude

Slowest service ever had to wait at the drive through speaker for 10min before the person came back this happened to multiple people in front of me as well, probably took 30min to get my order in.This Dosent include the times I’ve dined in and had to stand at the cash register waiting for someone to help me, ended up having to ask three times until someone took my order with attitude.Employees aren’t as friendly as they used to be almost makes you never want to come here again just cause of the service

They didnt even cook the flat bread and called it a chalupa I used to work at Taco Bell for 4 years I have never thought it was okay to give somebody an uncooked chalupa not to mention I ordered two bean burritos and a Cheesy mailbox and got a 5-layer and all the tacos in the cheesy milk box were cracked and destroyed I really hope that someone from corporate cease this cuz this is ridiculous pure laziness and people not wanting to make the food

The women working the drive-through was incredibly rude. I asked, May I please have hot sauce? She ignored me. When I repeated the question the next time she opened the window, she snapped and said, Im working on it. Do you have your food yet? I replied no, I just wasnt sure you heard me because you didnt respond. She then annoyingly grabbed my food and dramatically handed it to me. I said thank you and drove off. Our order was also missing ingredients, and we received some of the wrong food.

It’s hilarious why I keep coming to this place. I love Taco Bell and this one is just convenient but they always suck 😂 I asked for extra jalapeño sauce they gave me jalepanos, it’s literally always something. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re in a hurry and especially if you’re wanting what you ordered

Probably the worst Taco Bell i have ever been to. The drive thru wait time is ridiculous. The employees will start to take your order then stop and make you wait 10 minutes until they return and ask you all the same questions over again. Dining inside is possibly worse. No hello, no thank you, no have a nice day, they literally set your food down and walk away. This location is close to my office but id probably be better off going to the Jefferson location.

Dude website and the store says open at 7am everyday, came to Napa for a swim meet and we left late. Kids wanted a Taco Bell Breakfast Box... Ordered it all online at about 7:30am and then went to get it..... Place was closed? Nobody home, waited for about 20 minutes hoping that somebody would show up to take the order..... Nope had to cancel it and go some place else for grub. Not a way to start you day and my kids were let down....!

This Taco Bell is gross and their food is way different from every other taco bell. All of their products are 99% beans and taste funky. They must be cutting costs by messing with the portions, and its been this way for years now. Literally you get beans with a sprinkle of whatever the main portion of the burrito is supposed to be, ant thats if youre lucky. Nacho cheese and sour cream must be the most expensive because its nowhere to be found, even though it is listed as an ingredient. What a waste of money every time at this location.

First shout out to Jennifer M one of the managers there. She gave great customer service even when the wait time was long and it was a stressful situation with an overwhelming amount of orders. DoorDashing there later is tough due to the layout of the drive through, and that’s not an issue with the employees. People cut, the line can get long, yada yada. There should be a limit on the DoorDash app or at least have a way to put estimated wait times for customers so they know what to expect and to not overwhelm staff. Also TacoBell could set a cap on orders online or do something, ANYTHING to help out their hard working employees.***** They are very short staffed****** so if you come on here complaining about wait times, send in an application and throw on an apron because there was only 1 person working on Everyone’s food. Had the single most amazing experience Ive ever had in food service- its 10:42 at night, stopped by for a late snack (literally just a crunch wrap and 2 cinnamon twists), we go to drive off with our bag and hear HEY! as we leave- we think nothing of it and continue to turn onto the main road. Suddenly we see the taco bell employee full on chasing us down till we slowed and rolled the window down only to find out that he needed to correct our order. We followed him back to the restaurant and he brought us out our order plus a freebie for the misshap. That employee needs a raise ASAP 👏😂

Today I visited your store two times once at 10 am in morning which it always a good experience and good food.The reason I am giving you 5 stars is because tonight around 11:10pm I returned and its a Friday night late so there is always a line but the crew that was there was great. It did not take more than 10 minutes to get from over flow line to the window it was fantastic and I thanked them. They made my order right and Im one of those no this or that all plain meat and cheese person Im sure they hate to get on a busy night. They were truly nice and when I asked why the young lady said because I truly like my job. Which I rarely here anymore from anyone. So thanks so much night crew!! Fantastic food and great service with a smile which is what I needed today. For any manager reading this fri- Sun night please please get them at least one more person there long lines and its approximately 20 min. Wait to order on those days, after the inside closes up and those associates take a lot of abuse from customers who arent so understanding and are always very polite. Thanks so much, 👍👍

This is by far the slowest Taco Bell Ive ever been to. It only fits the definition of fast food because of the low nutritional value. I checked all of my Facebook notifications and emails and played a few games while I waited in the drive-through. Not even kidding. Employees are generally curteous, though, and the food does taste fine. Definitely acting like theyre payed by the hour though. Im not even upset, more disappointed. I love Taco Bell. Eddie R, the manager, knows how to do his job. Usually when we go there, we always missing food or they get our order wrong. But Eddie made sure everything inside was running smooth and efficiently - which in turn, provided the customers with a good experience. The food was especially good tonight! Weve been at least 3 times in the last month to this location and we wait at least 10 minutes in the drive through every single time, even though there is only one other car in front of us... And everything is wrong every time. They constantly leave items out of the bags. I got nachos from there twice and the first time, the chips were basically the bottom of the bag broken chips so I wasnt able to scoop anything up because most of it was crumbs. The second time, I asked for no meat and extra beans and its like they put a teaspoon of beans on, 6 chips, a few tomatoes, and some cheese sauce. Weve tried so hard to give them chances but theres really no point. They arent getting better. Better management is required at this location to turn it around.

Love this Taco bell despite being a little slow, however they need to go back to the original breakfast menu. Where they had little round hash brown potato nuggets with real scrambled eggs cheese and pico de gallo and thier signature medium sauce. They were the best breakfast burritos. The ones I had today were disgusting!!! Between that fake cheese sauce the huge egg chunk that tasted like mashed hard boiled eggs and tje potatoes that added nothing to the burrito other than filler. There are two Taco Bells in town. The other one is an Express; this is the only one that has the full menu. So if you are hankering for the latest queso-enchirito-alada you saw hawked on late night TV, this is the place to come.
