Although they make you order at a kiosk which I dont like. I prefer to speak to a real person when ordering. Everything worked really well. And the food was prepared quickly. Other Taco Bells in the area are super slow. I will be going to this location from now on.

Everyone beware! Ive been ordering the cravings box cause its a good deal. But if your going to advert. A 5 Layer burrito (inluded)than make a 5 layer burrito! Ive ordered cravings boxes at this store and every time the 5 layer has mostly beans and cheese and literally a teaspoon of beef and very little of anything else. The workers take their directions from the manager/ owner so whos fault is this?? MANAGER STOP giving food items that are less than advertised in quality and stop CHEATING customers to cut corners.

What’s the point in using mobile ordering if when you arrive for your order, they act like they can’t find your order, then you end up waiting 20 minutes for your order because they’re making door dash at a higher priority? This location ignores the lobby. Been here for 20 minutes, ordered 40 minutes ago, there is one car in the drive through but they can’t handle it with 6 people on the floor? This is what $19 an hour gets? Terrible service.

Make sure you get your food inside this location. Double check your order before you leave, they always miss 1 or 2 items on my orders. Then when you tell them they dont believe you. If you go through drive through, good luck.

Half of the time my order is correct when I receive it. Its pretty annoying to have to go back to a taco bell and get a refund on my food because I have too much anxiety to eat remade food. Maybe if you get to know your usual customers better, you would know by now that Im a vegetarian and you would stop putting meat in my food. Okay so I go here a lot. Not had a bad thing to say till yesterday. We are in the midst of a horrible heat wave and they have a young man standing out there taking orders like its an In-N-Out. Im sure it gets busy and that was the logic behind that idea but seriously? It was over 100 degrees. The owners and management need help. That was so dangerous. I waited a bit to write this because initially was appalled to see this. Still shaking my head. I wonder if that guy has been out there this entire heat wave.

I drove my dad to Taco Bell drive thru we had excellent customer service but i was little disappointed when i ordered a senior drink gor my elderly dad and the worker said they No Longer Sell Senior Drinks. As a long term customer I feel Taco Bell needs to offer senior drinks for All Seniors.

That wonderful feeling you get when you arrive at the store with an order placed on an app. The app says to go to the mobile pick up area, I am trying really hard to limit my exposure to COVID so this made sense to me. Then you go through the drive-thru, you are refused service there and forced to come into the store and expose yourself to three human beings that you really didnt need to. To be clear, there was one person in the drive-thru ahead of me and one behind when they informed me that I would need to circle around. This is the last time I ever come to this store. Your customer service and COVID safety is horrendous!

My family has been disappointed with the drive through experience at this Taco Bell site. The Taco Bell staff are quick with food preparation but too often the food order has been shorted. That very thing happened again tonight and unfortunately we needed to return for the missing item. Sadly, when we received the missing item there was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience we experienced. My family is DONE with this Taco Bell.

Regular Taco Bell food. Order is correct about 70% of the time. They now tape shut the bag so its more difficult to check.Recently they have implemented a drive through ordering process that makes ordering very difficult. Similar to In N Out they have a person sit outside and take your order. For all the reasons this works well at In N Out it does not work well at Taco Bell. 1. Rarely a long line 2. Not a simple menu 3. Cannot see the full menu / specials to decide what to order. Really hope they end this soon.

Having one spin a Taco Bell employee I know the ills of doing everything right. I also know how easy is to do things right if you just pay slightly attention. This is 1 of the better ones in the area. The order was apparently not there, even though i showed them what i ordered. When i gave her my phone, she snatched it out of my hand aggressively. Unorganized. Incompetent and unprofessional. Took 20 minutes to serve me an order that was placed inside. They chose to clear the drivethru which was 15 cars deep and then proceeded to give me a meat filled order when Im a vegetarian. They then tried to fix the order on my return however rushed the process not caring for the quality of its delivery. They also failed to sanitize the screens after each customer use. When asked the kid at the front counter said yes they sanitize but theyll do it later.🤷🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️

The drive thru service was great, but as far as the food goes there’s a few things they could’ve done better. The “Taco Bell grande” wasn’t so grande if you ask us. The chips they used were so stale and old. The soda tasted water downed and expected us to use 3 Packets of sauce for all the items we purchased. Also no utensils were provided within the order. Just a few things to list, but over all customer service was great.

I used the app to order. This time it went pretty smoothly. It took only a few minutes to order. This has not always been the case in the past. I have spent close to 30 minutes in the past just to order 1 meal via on line or the app. I got one of my favorites: The chalupa cravings box for $6. Dont forget to ask for a plastic fork or spork. Its easier to eat the contents that spill out when eating that way!

If you want to call in sick the next day, this is the place to go. Last night my wife and I picked up Taco Bell for dinner. After having it I became ill, unable to sleep throughout the night from it coming back up! This morning, my wife had to call in to work due to feeling ill from the food also. Its pretty upsetting and disappointing to encounter a situation like this especially when youve gone to a specific location more than once and have received outstanding service in the past only to receive a horrific nightmare.Ive had the food from this location and have NEVER had this problem not once!! Staff 5/5 polite food was quick made correctly, issue being the self serve kiosks, one wasnt working and the other was glitched so half of the items were unavailable despite it being past 10, also technology should make things easier but it just ends up forcing the employee to ring cash orders a second time when yoy pay if the machines cant take cash its kinda worthless especially since it takes 4-5 times as long to get through an order on the machine vs a human, Im all for technology to make things easier but this just feels like cheap franchisees buying in too early to a technology that ready.

All I can say is that at the time when I did my order it was very expensive so I had to take out my food and leave my familys food to pay for I went home and I see all this other food Im like oh my gosh they left all the food and charged me still I call and they said no we didnt charge it we just went ahead and put it in your order in your bag we didnt want to throw it away that was the most kindest thing Ive ever had from a fast food restaurant they knew I couldnt pay for my food and they still blessed me to eat that is the most wonderful compassion thing Ive had happened to me and this Taco Bell is really great definitely recommend it 💖👍

Just went to this location because its convenient to and from work. But as usual I wait 25 minutes at the drive thru. Not only do I wait too long, but then I receive my food and its already sogged through the wrapper. Not even edible.The one thing I do appreciate about this Taco Bell is that they cook the quesadilla all the way until the cheese is actually melted unlike most others.

They get busy and they have long lines. They also make alot of mistakes when they are busy. One time I went in to get a dozen cinnabons that they forgot to give me at the drive thru, and they only gave me ten. The kids love them so they count them to make it fair. Dont go if they are busy.

Just hit up Taco Bell. 1st time in a long time. Feeling like I needed a junk Taco fix. It after 9PM and every thing was closed. Tried the Bacon Club Chalupa Big box. Came with the Bacon Club Chalupa, Burrito Supreme and a Crunchy Taco. Absolutely Nasty. I got two bites in to the Bacon Club Chalupa (two bites to get to the meat) I was done. Same with the Taco and Burrito. There was a very distant chemical taste in all three. The cheese, iceberg lettuce & tomatoes were not bad.Scared for Life.

The rails on the side of the toilets are very firm and well planted. In previous experiences while taking a massive doo doo i held on to the rails a bit to strongly and feel on my butt. A nice firm railing always helped me after eating harmful food for my digestive system here as the doo doo cuts and shreds my bum i hold to the railings making me feel very safe thanks taco bell very cool!
