The Taco Bell chain has always been pretty standard in service and quality. It’s fast food and you know what to expect when you walk in.But not this dump! Food was cold and less than would be expected. Service and atmosphere were both a fail. Had this been my first experience with Taco Bell it’s safe to say I would never try another one.

The worst tacobell restaurant Ive ever visited in my life, the customer service is, awful you can stand for more than 30 minutes without anyone coming to take your order, its always dirty and to get your food you have to wait more than 45 minutes! Isnt this supposed to be a fast food restaurant? forget about that and go to a regular restaurant I assure you that you will have your food faster. This is not something occasional, I have been there several times since it stays on my daily route but I will never return! employees chew gum, blow their noses and continue cooking, get paid and go on to prepare food without washing their hands. Do yourself a favor and dont go there. They should close this restaurant

I ordered a small portion of food and it took 20 minutes to get when no one was there. The bathrooms look like nobody has cleaned it in weeks with toilet paper and piss everywhere, when i got my order they forgot my slushy and gave me the wrong size and when i said something he refused to say anything then another coworker offered to help me. I do not recommend going to this taco bell.

So we all know what Taco Bell is, you dont go there because its the best food around, you go there because its quick and easy. This isnt a critique of Taco bell in general, but specifically this Location. This is the worst Taco bell I have ever been to. One would have thought that since there is no drive through that the in-store customers would be ignored less than in other locations. That is not the case. You can stand in front of the register for hours without having anyone so much as glance in your direction.... just go to the kiosk. Once you place your order plan on waiting at least a half hour. This store is near a location where I often have to work. The first few times I went there I thought maybe it was just just a bad day, they were short-staffed or something. I went there several more times and it was always the same. At least 30 minutes to get my simple order of two burritos and a drink. It always seems it is the first day for all the employees. They seem to be looking up at a screen to see the instructions to make each Item, stopping to look at the screen to confirm each step. Eventually I realized that there are 3 Mexican restaurants within a few blocks and it is actually faster to go to a real restaurant than to go to this Taco bell, so I stopped going during the day. Unfortunately, I work late sometimes and this is the only thing open.Edit: Something happened the last month or so, but the last few times I went there, things were completely different. I placed My order Via the Mobile app as I was leaving work, and it was there waiting for me when I arrived at the store, the staff was purposefully moving around making food and taking orders, actually acknowledging customers waiting in the lobby... amazing, everything was working as it should, so I change it from 1 to 4 starts.

This place is an enigma. i have never had a positive experience here. the fastest wait i have experienced is approximately 25 minutes on an empty day. the fact that they are consistently out of their core ingredients or freeze flavors disappoints me. every time i go in, the workers are arguing amongst themselves in the back or a homeless man is harassing someone in the lobby. it’s genuinely shocking to me that this place is still open and operates. half of the reason i go at this point is to have a funny story to tell others after i leave. i don’t think i have once seen an employee smile here. i once witnessed an employee quit on the spot and spike their hat like Robert Gronkowski.

Ive ordered here multiple times and its always a struggle. I use the app often. The point of the app is to have the convenience of having the order ready upon arrival, especially when the app asks when you want the order and asap is an option. Thats never the case here. The female clerk claims that you have to check in before the order is made. There is nothing on the app that says or implies that. I asked her then what do I click to check in? She says I dont know, I dont use the app. So you dont use the app so you wouldnt know but you seem to know that we have to check in when literally no other Taco Bell does that? If you dont use the app, how would you know if I need to check in at all? And why does the app say my order is being made? Its only this Taco Bell specifically. This defeats the whole purpose of a fast order using the app. Wastes time and again, ONLY this specific Taco Bell. Other apps usually use location on your phone, which is what McDonalds does. Taco Bell makes the order immediately when you click on asap when you make the order. Dumb.

Does this place takes long? Yeah but then, what did I expect for a Saturday late night. Food was great, the experience inside the restaurant as we waited no so much, and not because of the employees, but because of all of the entitled college students. Some of y’all have never worked fast food and it shows, kinda disappointed that those would be professionals some day, fix your morals and your ethics. It was very upsetting to witness how employees were constantly being called names and someone even used a slur. To the manager of this location, you need to start putting all those entitled kids on check, they can’t be disrespecting your employees like that.

This specific taco bell is definitely not a great one to get food from its always cold your order isnt hardly ever right and the service is horrible every worker in there is miserable sounding and looking they are very very rude and seem to hate their jobs. This place is more disappointing than enjoyable not people friendly at all and to screw up an order of two items is rare but so common here. Someone needs to shape this place and the workers up.

I live down the street from this place, the food from here isnt always that great but to be fair it is fast food and taco bell. as a highschool student, the price is right and is always a decently fast place to go. aaron is an incredible employee as per the other reviews, he greets people and always checks up on his customers to make sure they have exactly what they need. otherwise no issues, i come in here at least once a week but usually more and ive never had any bad encounters with the staff.

Worst taco bell I have ever stepped foot in. The customer service is unacceptable. One of the employees consistently disrespects customers by yelling at them and making rude statements. I have been here on a few occasions and the service is always unbelievably poor. The food is alright, but the orders have been wrong most of the time and I am honestly too worried about getting verbally abused to ask for the food to be corrected. The wait times for the food are either very fast or unreasonably long (1hr). This location was extremely busy and short staffed, the wait times were understandably long. Unfortunately we were no longer able to wait for our order. We informed one of the workers so they wouldnt waste time or food on our order. At this point the worker started arguing with us and telling us to wait since everyone else was waiting for over an hour too. I just left this taco bell 20 min ago. The 2 older ladies in charge were very rude. Their cashier quit and walked out after a lengthy berating. Most notably she yelled at a customer to do something, the customer responded that he was a custumer, and she said she didnt care. This taco bell is hit and miss. Ive had an experience where I vowed to never return however I did and while dining in it was great. The food was expedited quickly and it was hot. Very same trip tried asking the cashier about ordering a grande meal and was told they didnt have it any more. Also asked if there were any other options like it and was told no. All of the reviews about this Taco Bell are accurate. Expect a long wait time, and check your order before you leave. For a while, I would drive across town to get my food from the other location. I think I will start doing that again! The manager at this location yells at customers, uses her phone on the food line (incredibly unsanitary, especially since we are still technically in a pandemic), and takes her sweet time doing anything. Terrible customer service here. I worked at three different Taco Bell locations from high school through college, and I feel like I could come in, take over her position and whip this place into shape.

Ive been going to this taco bell for the last four years now and wow is it bad. If you get lucky and theyre slow its fine but if theyre busy, expect to wait at minimum 45 minutes. It took them way longer to order then it should have. There were 3 workers during this time with only 1 making food and the other 2 were walking around. I mean, its taco bell, I never expect much in the way of service, but wow. The woman who works behind the counter here is the definition of unprofessional. We ordered our food online with a mobile order, and didnt come into the location until after the app notified us that our food was ready. After waiting at the mobile order pickup counter, the woman behind the counter repeatedly shouted things at us that we couldnt hear through her mask, and also because she was so far behind the counter. After waiting a few more minutes, she came up and said order at the machine if you want anything. I said we ordered online, and she responded then youll have to wait. After asking about it, she said it wasnt for us and moved it out of reach before proceeding to then go to the back of the store. Only about 20 minutes later, when another employee either came back from lunch or clocked in, were we acknowledged. We asked who the mobile order was for, and lo and behold, IT WAS OURS. Im convinced she did this on purpose, because I did see her check the receipt before she moved it. I get it, youre busy, and normally service workers deserve to be applauded for handling the stress of their jobs, but this was unacceptable. All in all, it took over almost an hour for us to get our mobile order AFTER we were notified it was ready.

I was verbally and physically assaulted last night at your Santa Rosa location in San Luis Obispo. Your employee wrongly accused me of stealing from the tip jar and proceeded to verbally accost me. As I was leaving your employee told a customer I was a thief. The employee and customer subsequently blocked the exit and preventing me from leaving via physical force. When I was finally able to exit the building your employee kicked me on my way out. Then they continued to scream at me while I was driving away. I have video footage of this. I would like a full review of this incident including appropriate disciplinary action for the employee involved otherwise I will be proceeding with legal action.

This is for the Santa Rosa location... Approx 915p on a weds.. Well... We stood in line for 15 mins before got to order... There were only 2 ppl in line... Us and the guy in front of us. Apparently the register person was on a 10 min break, so that left a new person and another lady on line making food. After we ordered we waited another 15 or 20 mins to get our food... Since we had to wait for all the Uber orders to get done first. So the food was cold and the tortillas hard by the time we got home to eat. When I worked there on the graveyard shift when cal poly was always poppin and the drunks would do their crawl from downtown back to foothill even then when the drunks were irritating as hell and sloppily ordering while practically drooling we would get every order right aaaaannnnd would have it out to the customer in less than two minutes if not one! Ive seen the speed and its just not there. These jobs are built for highschoolers not 40 year olds too lazy to learn ANY skill to better themselves. No wonder they are so rude its because they know they failed at life and will never amount to anything more than a crew member

It was remodeled not to long ago bringing in s colorful floor plan with plenty of seating and a patio outside were you can eat as well. They did put there sauces, napkins and utensils right were people stand in line to order or pick up there food. Which is good and bad. The customer service here is erratic. It depends. Over all, some coworkers will be fun to be with, others (usually the older ones) might bring out your inner crazy.Customers: Varies from time. Any customer after midnight will be a college kid. The later, the drunker and more rowdy. Graveyard shifts have the funniest yet most horrifying moments of the day. From streakers to napkin dispenser thieves, it took me all my strength to not punch those bastards in the face.Conclusion: If you want a laid back, drama-free job, this is probably not the job for you unless you speak fluent Spanish and are a dude. Girls are better off working at Ross or something.CUSTOMERS: Id give it a 2.5/5 but only because of how long some people have to wait. Getting your food during a moderately busy time can take at least ten minutes. Late night drunk kids wait at least a half hour for their food, but theyre so drunk they dont realize how long they wait. Food quality is good for cheap fast food. Tons of drunks in the shop but no one was to the point of being rude or disrespectful. Manager, whom I found her name from an employee was rude and slow. Avoid this Taco Bell. The glass doors and handles to the entrance were covered in finger prints, dirt, and sticky stuff. The tables were covered in sauce and food remnants. And the 2 unisex bathrooms were covered in filth - the toilet seats, floors, sinks, everything.

Only two people working; I should have known better because out if about 15 people, nobody in the dining room had food to eat. I ordered at 6:15pm and had to leave without any food 35 minutes later to make my meeting at 7. Management should have come in to cover if people were out sick or on emergencies.

They take f o r e v e r here! I ordered JUST an iced coffee and they took & delivered 11 other orders! When i did receive it, the cup wasnt even full and didnt have any ICE in my ICED coffee... Saturday night in a college town and this place was so understaffed. When I walked in there was 9 people in line, 22 people waiting for their orders . I asked a person with a picked up their order how long they had been waiting and they said 30 minutes. We left and went to another Taco Bell in a neighboring town.

This is a very nice Taco Bell. As always the food is pretty good, and I really like the Chalupa and the quesadillas. The spicy chicken quesadilla on the value menu is particularly good, but dont try to eat it while driving!
