Im not the biggest fan of taco bell but it does the job in the mornings. I buy a breakfast crunch wrap almost every day. The hash brown inside the crunch wrap is very greasy though. Also there is days my crunch wrap is decent size and others is very small that i wont pay more than 2 bucks. It actually costs $4.85.

Bait and Switch. I paid cash for my meal they lady took my $10. Disappeared had a guy come to me and dropped the food off through the drive thru window. Never brought me my change or receipt. Then my food was cold and wrong. Im assuming the employees are stealing money through mistake orders. The woman was heavy set, tattoos on both wrists with little birds and the left arm. The guy was slender, pale, scruffy unkept beard.

Normally a perfect experience here, I come to this one semi-regularly since the one on Brookhurst is currently being renovated. Other than tonights visit, the staff are always on point and really friendly.Tonight though, the person taking orders had quite a few issues with getting the correct items. All I asked for was a $5 box with modifications on 2 of the items in it, and I was instead rang up for the $5 box, 4 beef tacos, 1 cinnamon twist, and 11 hot sauces. I had to ask for the order to be started over which wouldnt have been so bad but after each time I said something (earlier as well) they gave me my total as if I was finished ordering. It felt very rushed. I didnt even bother asking for the other items I wanted at that point, I was just ready to leave. Whats worse, when I paid, I gave my card and was given my order without being given my card back (though that was my fault for not realizing that before driving off). I had to go back through the drive thru again, though this time there was someone else taking orders and they seemed like someone who worked the register normally so I can only assume they left and had perhaps an inexperienced cook at the drive thru while they were doing something else.Normally my experience is a lot better, so Im not bothered much by tonight, so long as that doesnt become the norm here.

Dropped into this Taco Bell as it was on my route. Had the Crunchy Gordita. It was very good and prepared to my order. All of the ingredients tasted very good for Taco Bell and the service was quick and expedient. The cashier was very friendly and was greeting all of the customers as they came and was offering menu selections to help them out with ordering.

Taco Bell is good on occasion and we had a good experience here this week.Food was served quickly by a well trained staff who were friendly. The food was hot and everyone was happy with their order.Inexpensive meal served quickly what more can you ask for.

Whoa, I wouldnt say I loved it, but I definitely enjoyed immensely, the food that entered my stomach after exchanging mere dollars for quite a lot of food, too much food maybe, I think I got the order behind me as well as my own, would go again if I wasnt chased down all the way to my house and aggressively told to return and pay for the food I was mistakenly given, otherwise the employee wouldve lost their job, he actually got fired for leaving work for an extended period of time while costumers waited at the drive thru. So I paid for the food for no reason! I couldve just waited until he left and ran in to make the food myself, as if I worked there, then just leave and not say anything to anyone because they thought I was an actual employee having a bad day and in anger made food poorly and just left, causing the actual employee to get fired because the manager thought they were being completely out of line when saying they didnt even work there that day and it mustve been someone else. Anyway, I didnt wait for anyone to leave, I waited in line behind some a-hole that took my order and the employee left without giving me any food, and there was only two people inside acting as if I wasnt even there and the other throwing food everywhere. I wasnt able to eat my doritos locos tacos because taco bell was the only loco taco I saw that day. 1 star.

I go to this Taco Bell an order the same thing every time but for some reason my order was not correct. I only wanted no cheese and no tomato on my order and once I got home there was no sour cream the best part of the chalupas. Called to ask for a manager to see if the can do something about it but turns out there is no manager at night which seems odd because there should have been a manger especially at a fast food restaurant where anything can happen.

I dont usually eat at this place but I had a quick lunch break and was the only fast food I remembered was around.I hate the parking and how the drive thru window is located right in front of the entry and exit door--- and there is a wall blocking the pedestrians view of the cars. Disappointed that they dont have the pineapple freeze any more also the frito burrito. I tried the wild strawberry freeze but it just wasnt even comparable to the pineapple one. I ordered 3 Naked Chicken Snack Boxes. They didnt give us boxes because they claimed they dont pack the meals in boxes if youre not taking it To Go! They served our meals on mat-less trays, which in my opinion was not sanitary! So, I demanded boxes or a refund! Then they gave us the boxes! If the item is advertised as a box, it should come in a box! Theyre just cheap! I wont be going back to that location! The Taco Bell Naked Chicken Taco is delicious! The shell is made of chicken!

Tonight my husband and I ordered a #4 and a #5 through the Drive thru. We were looking forward in enjoying our tacos and other items. When he took a bite of the taco he pulled out a human hair the length of his forearm. Needless to say. We both loss our want to eat any further. I tried calling the number listed to let the manager know. But all it did was ring. I hope no one else has this issue.

Fast food is a staple in my family we had most of the fast food places all through the month of course each place we have favorites I happen to like the cheesy gordita and the burrito Supremes reply go to Taco Bell its a three or four times a month which may not seem like a lot but between all the other fast food places it gets squeezed in there one good thing with fast food places the food Remains the Same good or not good when you go to these small restaurants sometimes the cooks change the management changes and the food can go from good to bad real quick or the opposite but thats for another review on this occasion we were able to order our food and be out of there within 5 minutes of course thats going through the drive-thru which is most of times what we do nobody complained about the food the order was correct and we were satisfied cant ask for more than that

Ordered food like usual and was given a a number like usual at these places. 1. Cashier gave me back wrong recipt 2. Waited for my food and no one called out what i ordered or the number i assumed was mine. I ordred right after recipt i got 3. Waited 15min for a 7min cook time with still no food in sight 4.
