Such a disappointment! I normally comes here for a quick lunch/dinner when I don’t know what to eat. Today I came during my lunch which is not that busy maybe a bit of a line in drive thru. I placed an order on the Kioshs. I waited over 20mins for my food and a see the worker doesn’t even bother saying anything or even bother asking customers that waiting. I saw many customers end up leaving inside because nobody was helping them. While me waited for over 20mins on 3 orders which normally take them 4mins or else to make. Ridiculous worker there today didn’t even care. 11/15/2023 whoever worked on that day clearly didn’t even care. They’re busy doing orders for drive thru which some customer in drive thru even came inside the store because some order was missing.

Ordered 4 Crunchy Taco Supremes and 2 Beefy 5 Layer Burritos to go. All 4 Crunchy Taco Supremes were missing sour cream and missing tomatoes. 1 burrito was missing sour cream, nacho cheese and cheddar. Check your to go orders before you leave. Very disappointed in the lack of quality and lack of care employee displayed in filling our order.

Clean, spacious restaurant for a quick meal. Ordering was quick with the kiosks or at the counter. Food came out great 👍

This review is not about Taco Bell food its about Taco Bell people.Yesterday, I stopped in to grab some tacos for dinner. I place my order and had my money ready when I got to the drive-up window. I nice young lady told me the price which was lower than the order screen had indicated.When I ask if she had given me the correct amount due, she smiled and said, oh I gave you our senior discount.Yes, my grey hair gave me away!I thought to myself, she didnt have to do...what a nice person.It occurs to me that the owner of that store may have received a little less profit (under $1.00) but they sent off a customer with a very positive feeling. Thats a big payoff in my book.Oh, BTW that nice young lady is Colby D if I read the receipt correctly. I hope they hire more thoughtful people like her.

This is my favorite Taco Bell by far, however, today they were not on their normal excellent game. I ordered a bean burrito, spicy potato soft taco and a quesdilla. The spicy potato soft taco was cold. The quesadilla looks like it wasnt even heated up and was cold. The bean burrito was the only item that was warm. Hope you guys pay more attention and go back to the normally excellent service you provide.

This location is hit or miss. During the day you have your average fast food employees, older, dare i say more mature people. I have gone to this location after 9 pm and the customer service is horroble because they have younger generation running the place. I have pulled in to drivd through and been completely ignored, or the employee was rude. I am not the only person to have this experience.

Colby was our drive thru attendant tonight & he greeted us with sucha positive attitude! it made our night. very friendly & accommodating to our order. 😃

Place is clean overall. The service was fast, efficient, and friendly. Food quality seems good or at least up to most Taco Bell standards. Ordered 2 double decker tacos and tasted good. This place is slightly smaller than avg Taco Bell so not as much seating. Bathroom I used to wash my hands after eating was clean.

Took our grandson and SMOKEY to dog park....even though it was crowded we did not have any problems but we did have a lot of fun

What happened to this place! What a huge disappointment. Come on this is the easiest food to put together and it was terrible. I ordered a big beef burrito with onions instead I got something on a snack size tortilla no onions. I ordered a quesadilla roll that was a mistake the cheese was non-existent and because they toasted the tortilla it was so hard it was inedible what was the point! This is really sad, the cheapest food ever and they blew it.
