Nicest Taco Bell Ive see n. The modern updated decor was a nice touch. Ordered from the self service kiosk, simple and easy. Food came out quick and hot. Food quality, taste, recipes matched what they should.

Bought 4 chalupa snack boxes and 2 combos. The loser working the drive through didn’t box anything. Actually he put every item loosely in the same big bag. Then, standing in the drive through wearing a jean kilt, was some homeless guy. But, he hooked up the sauce

For years Sonoma Taco Bell has always been the best place for an affordable and tasty meal. Over the last few years the quality, speed and affordability has slowly degraded. Im so disappointed to have to write this review. I was a regular, sometimes 2x a week. It has been over a month before today and today I threw away more than I ate. Inedible. And no Mexican Pizza. Two stars because the crew is always working hard and have a great attitude, you can tell they do the best they can.

Mad props to the Sonoma Taco Bell.Its reliable. They make my order correct 99% of the time (honestly, thats a record for a Taco Bell) and its recently been renovated.The property is always tidy and the staff is efficient, friendly and always throws in extra hot sauce - woot!Never had a bad experience at this TB. Proud to call my hometown Bell.

The issue I have with this location is that the drive-thru restrictions, having a taller vehicle with ladders that wont fit because of a canopy is frustrating, I can get thru other locations but not in Santa Rosa & its even worse when the lobby is closed. IMO not a good business decision TB

This Taco Bell has improves dramatically. They finally cleaned the soda machine so there is no funny taste. It appears staffing has changed and orders are no longer messed up and they are faster. No more stale chalupa shells. Nice job management for changing the place around!

Well we finally took the plunge to go back after refusing to go for more than a year due to the reputation of drug use with staff as well as customers. However since my daughter worked there at one time when she was younger, she mentioned that the entire place had been cleaned up by both higher up management and police. So we decided wed give it a try again and pray for the best. Its NOT often that we eat at this type of restaurant~maybe once a month or two months and I had almost forgotten how tasty Taco Bell could be! WoW! Tasty and well served by the young man at the drive-thru window. He took our money and gave us our food—all accurately and with a smile and a have a great day to boot. Its good to be back Taco Bell! I knew youd survive-just wasnt sure how long it would take. Congrats! I also NEED to mention how terrific our food was~YUM! Well be telling our friends about our re-discovery of an old friend--Taco Bell! ENJOY!

They are short on staff but the staff they do have are some of the nicest and organized Ive ever seen.They have never messed up an order and give great suggestions on additions to your order.Whoever owns the store had better be very good to the staff as they work very very hard and long hours due to the shortage of people working there.

We normally get Taco Bell a couple times a month, but this location is horrible.it is unfortunate since we just moved to Sonoma and the next closest one is a half hour or so away. I guess Taco Bell is just not going to be on our menu until management gets it together and turns this place around I can’t imagine them being able to stay in business with there location so dirty and poorly managed, I guess they just don’t like money. Update- I gave this Taco Bell another shot and it is still horrible they didn’t even give us all our food and the food we did get was just bad, never again! And a message to managment I don’t use Twitter so I will not be messaging you, sorry.

Location Rocklin, CA off of the 80, but as most people know, they are everywhere. Google maps can take you there. My favorite order is the $5.00 box, which is a good price for three items and a drink.

We went at about 2:30 on a Saturday. While that time is usually really dead for restaurants, it was super busy at that time; the dining room was crowded and there were many cars in the drive-through. As far as we could tell, it was just 1 cook in the back and the manager Danielle handling everything in the front.While service was slower than normal due to this, it was still better than some fully-staffed Taco Bells I have been to. Danielle was able to handle at least 3 separate jobs with only minor impact to service speed and while remaining cheerful and attentive the entire time. The food was good quality (what you expect from a Taco Bell) and didnt suffer due to the backlog.I imagine that fully staffed, this is a great Taco Bell location.

I just ordered a $5 box from the Taco Bell located in sonoma, ca... the burrito looked like a pizza, with the entire top of the tortilla being gone... then I called the store 3 times, with no answer... This locations hours are weird...But the wait in the drive thru was so long, spent 15min in line before i even got to the window...and its not like the people in front of me ordered the entire menu either...once at the window the staff offered me a drink for free, but said my two double decker tacos would be a few...so much for fast food, dont understand how they can operate like that...shoulda went to black bear...Then on a Friday at 830pm, the dining room is closed...seven vehicles in the drive thru...the vehicle behind us back out and departed, we did the same...

Taco bell is the best fast food place in Sonoma valley. The staff is charming and wonderfully polite and the food is the most nutritious and affordable as well. If you are a senior you can get a drink for one cent! The dining area is always spic and span. Its a just a great atmosphere in there....a totally feel good dining experience. Thank you Taco Bell.....UPDATE...Our good friend Danielle from Whole Foods Market used to manage so we quit going there...but the funny thing was is that we were subjected to VOICES the would have appeared to be schizophrenia and wr had just figured that we must have been USING to much of the Holy smoke....but we were probably just being electronically targeted by the microwavers sayin hello to Bear snd subjecting DaDa to damaging editorials and commentary to affect him psychologically. Another of the long list of drone attacks that plagued DaDa and his Bear as the Dark side tried to sell him a boxed meal full of fantasy that crystal methaphetamine was really the cause of growing crazy.....a fallacy that the Bear had often told DaDa was a pack of lies.

The last 7 times I went to this Taco Bell location in Sonoma, CA, over a course of 8 years mind you, it has went something like this: They have consistently got my order WRONG in drive-thru. And these were not complicated orders. We are talkin beef Chalupas and Tacos, as is. I got Chicken FOUR times when I said BEEF!!! BEEF!!!! The last time I went they left out two of my items, a chalupa and taco. How hard is it? The employees are visibly distracted with each other and on the phone. An employee walked in one time I was there meeting a friend and had already ate so had not ordered food, he came in bursting out in laughter and two patrons teenager aged Yelled ****** is a C***Sucker!!! As I will not put any names on this review as it will be removed for defamation. I stand true by my words. There has been cussing teenagers on skate boards and scooters blocking the entranceway and coming close to hitting me and elderly people around Sonoma (A retirement community median age 60 years). So one star because they are horrible and I got sick of wrong orders.

Just returned from Taco Bell in Sonoma, Ca. It was the worse Mexican Pizza at Taco bell I ever tasted. I kept thinking what is different about this Mexican Pizza and I knew what it was immediately after eating the chip on the pizza, it was loaded with OLD OIL, AND IT KEPT REPEATING ON ME...AFTER 1/2 HOUR HOME I STILL TASTED THE OVER-USED OIL...YUK..I threw it away in the garbage bin.I hope I wont be sick tonight from it. P>S. I had a friend that ate there recently for breakfast and she said..dont go to Taco Bell for breakfast it will make you sick.Oil that is old and used over and over again, can cause many stomach problems.
