Drive-thru was busy, but inside was empty. The place was very clean and well stocked on sauces and napkins. I ordered through the kiosk, and it ran pretty quick and didnt lag at all. My order was done pretty fast and well cooked, with no missing items either.

Taco Bell at this location needs customer service needs, the food is at times warm, incorrect order. Caution! Dont order online! Theyre always late, the Door Dash people have to wait 1.5 -2 hours getting our order. We went through 3 door dash people trying to get our order. Food is okay!

Hard to hear at the drive thru sometimes because of road noise. Overall what you would expect from a Taco Bell. Typical food, with fast service.

I ordered the Grilled Cheese Burrito Deluxe Box. I did not receive the grilled cheese Burrito that comes with the box. As I bit into what I thought was my regular grilled cheese burrito I was shocked to find it extremely spicy and not beef but chicken in it. I sadly cant handle spicy food so I had to throw the whole burrito away. It ruined the rest of my meal as that one bite of spice upset my stomach. I ordered it because I knew nothing was spicy in it. Horrible thing to happen to someone whos sensitive to spice.

Huge competency issues here. Im not just saying this to say it. Theres a serious lack of professionalism at this place. That, as well as a shameful level of skimping and cutting corners. I had the saddest looking tacos and burritos Ive ever had from any Taco Bell 😂. On top of that, a couple of the tortillas were burnt a little more than they should have been.

Accessibility: they have a drive-thru and they have accessible parking near the front entrance with a ramp to get onto the sidewalk. The doors to enter are pull doors.Experience: I was going here every week, and then TWICE in ONE MONTH I had my credit card number stolen and large charges made within a day after coming here, both times. It was either this place or two other, but I kept using my cards at the other two places and stopped going here or only using cash here, and no more credit card numbers stolen. Hm...interesting. someone needs to look into this. I did come here again this week but I ONLY USE CASH HERE NOW.Also the last time I came here, there was a manager literally screaming at the other employees including a young man who worked at the drive-thru window handing me my food. I told the boy he shouldnt be treated like that and the manager is out of line and the boy said thank you, looking like he was about to cry. This is extremely inappropriate, unprofessional and unkind behavior.

Just went through the drive-through asked for two bean and cheese burritos two chicken tacos soft tacos two drinks I asked for extra red sauce on my bean burritos drive down the street and start eating my bean burritos there’s no cheese no red sauce no onions I guess just beans how smart is that couldn’t understand the girl at the speaker she acted like she was scared to talk so 5 miles down the street and I’m not gonna return it I’m just never going back to this Taco Bell3-1-23 5:55pm at drive-through manager needs to re-train people or likely it was an assistant manager waiting on me………….I just don’t get it as people want more money to work at fast food are they really worth it every time I go to a drive-through they can’t get it right………….

I love their crunchy and soft tacos. The meat is so flavorful and who doesn’t love their hot sauces?!

I’ve been here multiple times and the staff are pretty good. Today they looked stressed and told us it was going to take longer bc they are understaffed and there was no manager on duty. How sad. Please take care of your employees, I only got one side of the story, so I don’t know the facts but this location is great most of the time (I’ve had some occasional missing items)

Always great for a quick bite to eat. Burrito Supreme is great.
