They never get an order right. And the simplest transaction takes 20 mins. Even when theres no line. The kids or adults here act like they dont care about their job. And its painful for anyone on a schedule. Anything with lettuce at this location taste like soap since covid

I’m very disappointed with they’re customer service second think I ordered the burrito supreme with chicken but they putted beef inside the burritos. also I ordered chicken chalupa supreme with chipotle sauce but they just added the creamery sauce top of the chalupa which is already made from long time they gave me the old chalupa. We spend the money for food not garbage.

I only have gone through the drive thru but the food is great. They have a dollar menu which is what I usually buy from because I am always on a budget. 😂But anyways great service the times I have gone. So that has been my experience and its my opinion. The reason I give it a 4 is that they always have difficulty hearing me even if I talk louder which I hate because I hate to repeat my order but that has been experience. Not everyone has the same experiences.Update:This Taco Bell is only getting worse. Who ever works at 4:00 on Mondays and is preparing the food, they should be fired. Awful experience today. Didn’t get what I want and did not care to fix their problem.

My power menu bowl looked like it was dropped on the floor and put back in the container. Lettuce cores? No thanks. Everything arrived all smushed to one side of the bowl, with questionable black spots in it. 🤢 I should have checked each item before I left but I was too busy explaining how they forgot one of my other items. You werent charged for it. But how would I know if I never got a receipt? Can I order it now? I want to be able to feed everyone when I get home. Horrible.

Tostada didnt have enough beans to hold the toppings on. Paid for a quesadilla, did not get it!! I will not go back here!!!! Drive a few miles and go to a different Taco Bell!!!!

I dont know about everyone else in these reviews but this is probably the best taco bell Ive possibly been in a long time. BRAVO!!! Its past midnight and Im not necessarily hungry and just wanted my cheesy Gordita, and let me tell you. It was due to perfection! Perfectly stuffed, just the right amount I asked for. We order here all the time when were too busy to cook. The food is consistently the same good quality. I love the potato soft tacos they have and the Fiesta potatoes. The rewards program could be a bit better with their options. I typically get whatever grilled steak burrito they have at the time. Currently, the grilled cheese steak burrito is on point. Lets not forget about the delicious Mexican pizza that has returned!

My visit here today was one of the worst. The girl outside taking my order wasnt very friendly. When I opened my burrito it was moist on the outside like somebody touched it with wet hands and then when I bit into my burrito everything was absolutely cold. I would give a zero star rating if possible. This place is horrible! Not only do they always have vagrants that they allow to panhandle by the drive thru, now they are coming out to your car to take your order before you even get to view the menu. They will take your order and payment using a tablet with NO RECEIPT! When you get to the window no one has any idea what is going on. Without fail our order was wrong again tonight. But of course without a receipt or the desire to drive 20 minutes back to their store I get screwed out of a $10 meal. Might as well drive past this location to the one that is 6 miles away. They usually have very good service and clean food, however they have recently taken to having someone stand outside to take your order. Every time I come through line I feel rushed and have a hard time seeing the menu from the distance that theyre standing at every time I ask if I can move up to see the menu better they point to the small mini menu. This is extremely inconvenient especially poor people who have visual problems or disabilities. I also dont like the feeling of being so rushed with my order or like Im inconveniencing the person thats standing outside.

Just wanted a switch up on breakfast. I think their service has improved from the last time that I ate there, which was the start of the pandemic. I used their touch screen menu to order, which is easy to use. Food was ready almost immediately and was good. It is what you should expect from a fast food restaurant. The food will hit the spot when you need it, which is reason for my ranking. The bathroom was the only problem because the floor was a bit greasy.

Worst customer service..showed up near closing time (i didnt know) and a guy comes out with cones saying we closed. Ok. I am already in the packed drive thru and he puts the cones behind.my car. Four years ago, I did a review. This is for a visit on Sept. 24.Iced tea, my favorite, tasted like water with one tea bag dunked in. Restrooms NOT WORKING. Im giving this Taco Bell five stars even though they were out of a couple of things I asked for because the food was soooooo fresh and the bathroom was super clean and the employees were the nicest people Ive ever come across in a fast food restaurant. They held the door open for me. They greet you when you walk in and were more than happy to help. I actually felt welcome. Usually I just feel like another cog in the wheel of the fast food giants. I find it odd that I havent been able to get their new orange cream freeze during happy hour. Three times Ive been there during the happy hours.. Intentionally made a point to get there during those hours so I could try it only to be repeatedly told that the orange cream machine is down. I could get a different flavor but not the one i wanted. This Taco Bell gets your food quickly, but the seats, bathrooms are always dirty. I always have to clean the seats before I eat and the bathrooms ARE NOT CHECKED EVERY 30 MINS AS THEY SAY THEY DO. I dont even want to give them one star. Let me emphasize - this is NOT the employees fault - this rests on the manager and supervisors. The food I ordered was horrible, beyond anything. First of all, there was maybe a couple of pieces of chicken on each chicken taco that had hardly any cheese or lettuce. The Nachos Bell Grande were a total disaster - the chips were so stale they could barely be eaten, and it was almost all re-fried beans, there was hardly any cheese sauce, barely any meat, and only a smattering of tomatoes, I ordered this without sour cream since that is one ingredient I do not eat. When I questioned why there was so little chicken on the tacos, I was told its measured - THAT IS WHY this is not the employees fault - they have guidelines that must be followed - the manager or supervisors are ripping off customers. I was ordering and the cashier couldnt hear me very well because of cars driving by. I raised my voice at her so she can hear and she kept getting my order wrong. After the 5th time of telling her my order I could tell she was getting annoyed. she finally got it right and told me back my order. I apologized for the mix up. When I got my order it was wrong.
