This Taco Bell reminds me of Andre 3000... looks great, but the personality is trash. I just worked a 10 hour day running cables and climbing ladders. What in the world makes you think I have the patience to work at your restaurant to get my dinner? When there were 3 people just shooting the breeze, seeing that I was standing there. The manager told me to order at the kiosk. Nope. Flip you. Flip this store! Enjoy the review. You suck.

Stood in front of the counter for almost 10 mins before one of the 4 employees took my order. Ordered no tomato, got tomato. Ordered a bowl got no fork. Its the employees that ruined my experience. All 3 people I spoke with gave me bad vibes. All round not a pleasant experience.

This place was terrible, aside from the disappointment in food which I’ve ordered before and was content this was the worse. Now to get serious the drive thru worker who had no name tag was beyond unmotivated to be there, looked fed up and was completely unsanitary. After touching money in the register and scratching his nose with both hands he served two beverages and his hands completely covered the lid bottom with out washing his hands which then went in to his pockets, food missing from my order is expected at this location, so wasn’t surprised when I was missing food. The lack of training, awareness and unsanitary work habits is quite frightening and alarming. Please approach this location with caution. My family and I go to this Taco Bell because it’s close to home and it’s convenient. However the workers there are always very unprofessional management really needs to step in. I don’t understand why anybody would work somewhere where they are completely unhappy. There is an older white woman medium size who is very nasty the way she speaks to customers even threatening to fight them. Again someone needs to step in! this place is absolutely the worst!!!

Stopped here from the highway. One person ahead of me. Not many cars in the drive thru. Ordered two tacos and one burrito. Took them 10 or so minutes, even though I counted 7 employees with two making the orders and the rest standing around doing nothing.

I understand that youre under staffed but not even answering the drive through after opening business hours? Honked at the drive through window a few times but no response. Please put up a sign on a cone to block the drive through and not waste everyones time. Currently waiting in the drive-thruand I write this review and I have been waiting for over 30 minutes and still have not got to the speaker to even make my order. Had I not been blocked by another car I would’ve left along time ago however with all that to say, I would strongly, strongly, and I mean strongly advise for you to steer clear of this location if you are hungry and craving Taco Bell. It appears they may be understaffed but an hour plus wait time for this food is definitely not worth it and I would strongly advise to take your money elsewhere.

It is really remarkable how bad this location is.We’ve given this location a couple tries and it only gets worse. Nobody who works there seems to know how to do anything. They don’t know their own menu items, or how to ring up orders.They will not open their doors, so complaints have to walk back up to the drive through window, and I’ve seen it many times while I’m waiting in line. They will ALWAYS forget to give you at least one thing you paid for, sometimes a few things.The food is ALWAYS messed up. Simple orders, too, without any changes to the menu items themselves. They never ever get it right. And even with things that shouldn’t be wrong. Like putting cheese between the two taco shells in a cheesy gordita crunch.Also, the food is always really sparse. A Crunchwrap supreme there is as thin as a cheese quesadilla even though it’s supposed to have meat, lettuce, tomato, cheese.

Amazing place. They did phenomenally in adapting to COVID, the lobby was very clean and my food was ready in less than 5 minutes. Additionally, unlike many fast food restaurants that tend to prepare their food haphazardly this Taco Bells’ food was incredibly aesthetic. Finally, the service was the best part as the cashier seemed enthusiastic about his job and met my needs speedily. Would recommend to anyone.

Worst experience at any restaurant I’ve ever been too. Me and my friends were walking from school before band rehearsal to get food and came to Taco Bell WHO TOOK 1 HOUR TO GET OUR FOOD PREPARED. It would have took longer if my friends mom hadn’t come in the store to tell the employees we’d like a refund, WHICH THEY REFUSE TO GIVE US, hence the reason why they finally gave us our order Bc we demanded a refund they refuse to give. On top of it they didn’t get any of our orders right but we had to leave because we were already late for band. I would give them negative stars if I could. Staff work slow and horse around the entire time, don’t know why they’re working in the first place.

This taco bell is often very slow and the wait can be long in the drive through. Make sure you check your orders before you get to far because they often mess those up as well. They are nice and will replace your items if they get them wrong, but make sure you check those items too because they might get them wrong as well. Their speaker for orders does not always work and they dont always have a sign to say if its working or not. Their hours are not consistent and sometimes they have been known to be closed midday without notice and close at night prior to their posted hours sign. One other positive is that dispite there dysfunctions all the staff seem to be friendly, but I would recommend if there are other food cravings or nearby taco bells you can go to it might be worth skipping this one if you are in a rush or are really hungry.

This is probably the slowest fast food place I have ever been to. I started out in the drive thru where there were only 4 cars ahead of me. After 20 minutes of not moving at all, I parked and walked inside. I ordered right away as there was no line at all and it still took them 25 minutes to finally give me my order. So in total I had to wait 45 minutes to receive my order. Longest wait for fast food ever.

The drive through is so slow you could go to a sit down restaurant, and get your food faster. Absurdly long wait times even for Taco Bell standards. They consistently get peoples orders wrong. They always forget part of your order, and they ask you if you want sauce, but dont give you any. I constantly have to double check to make sure they get simple orders right. If this is the closest Taco Bell to you, do yourself a favor, and drive to one a little further. Youll still save time. The one on Base Line and Archibald has much better service and quality.

Do not come to this Taco Bell. They are always under staffed which is not the fault of the employees. Managers need to do a better job with ensuring that the store is well staffed. Its a 50/50 shot with this Taco Bell. Sometimes you might get lucky and NOT receive stale food and sometimes you might get enough hot sauce for your items. They might even get your order correct but thats asking too much. Theyre always out of normal items and they really go bare minimum on fillings (I didnt know burritos were supposed to be flat). Do yourself a favor and make sure you get your receipt because chances are theyll drop the ball here. Check your bag before you leave or avoid this franchisee altogether.

If you ever come here, be prepare to spend 30 minutes waiting in your car. This is the slower drive thru ever. Also theyre always out of something, including tortillas. The restaurant door is closed, so your only option is the drive thru. Some days they dont even open during business hours, and you could be waiting for minutes by the speaker waiting for someone to speak with. They dont even bother putting a sign. Worst location. They falsely advertise their prices on the outdoor sign, but dont seem to care because according to them, they go by what is in the computer. Then they come back on (after 5 minutes of waiting already) to tell us they are closing for 20 minites and say we cannot wait in the drive thru, which is fine. But if theres a car immediately in front (and back) I am not sure where we are supposed to go.This isnt the first negative experience with this location but it is the last.There a no signs to tell you if things are out of stock or if the drive thru is closed. Absolutely horrible experiences I’ve gone to this location about 5 times and three of those times they have been rather aggravating. The first experience when I went here it was 1:30 am(when they close at two) and there were two employees in the facility, I had pulled up, the driveway was littered with garbage and their window also seemed broken because only one closed when I went up to it, when I was at the the intercom and I wasn’t assisted, I went up again and the manager said that they had an employee walk out on the so they were closed. I don’t know how this works but if there were two employees in the facility one being a manager, does one not know how to use the stove? Another time they closed the lobby 15 minutes prior to what was listed on the store hours. The third time they turned me away because I had too large of a bill. This Taco Bell outright sucks.

It took almost 20 minutes to get my order in, and no, the drive thru was not full when I got there. It was about 4 cars deep, yet it felt like I was in a DMV line. There was nowhere to go as we soon clogged the drive thru more than a gas station toilet. BEWARE OF THEIR DRIVE THRU! You can get your shrunken mini burritos at any other Taco Bell. As fast as all those burritos are shrinking, they might be the size of a pistacho by the time you get out of that drive thru.

This is the best Taco Bell Ive been to as far as customer service goes. The employees are all super nice and funny, joking around with you while taking your order. I cant think of another fast food restaurant that Im guaranteed a smile and a laugh, either going through the drive through or ordering at the counter.Food is always made correctly and they are generous with their sauce packets.Id avoid going inside around the time school lets out, as it seems to be a hang out for the nearby high school. The manager does kick them out if theyre being too loud or not ordering food, but it is hard to find seating at that time.

I went to your restaurant after work, about 5:20 pm in Rancho Cucamonga, on Milliken. I made a purchase. Paid for it with my Visa Debit card, asked for my receipt and was told that the register did not have any paper in it. So l asked to speak to the manager. As a customer l have that right to receive my receipt. There is info on that receipt that l do not want to have out there. Beside there is a lot of fraud out there as well. Give me my receipt for my protection. I finally got my receipt after the Manager had to call corporate office and they had to walk him thru as to how to get me my receipt. I told them that l should let the customer know before they place a order that theycan not print out a receipt due to the fact that there is no paper in the register. That way a person could just pay with cash. Rather than paying with your credit card and no receipt. I work hard for my money. Do not need it stolen from me due to fraud. Get some paper

Standard taco Bell food. This place has a very slow drive through, so I recomend ordering on the app ahead of time then going Im to pick up. The inside is rarely busy, which is good, but they also dont clean the tables very often so they are usually dirty. Best to grab food then eat at home with this place. If you want to eat inside, I recommend the one by Walmart on foothill. Its cleaner and nicer.

When I went to this location it was about 4 p.m. and the place was trashed. I had to use the restroom before I ordered and just based on the smell of the restroom and how nasty it looked I didnt want to order any food there, but I hesitantly did. The cashier was not friendly and they did not greet me or thank me after I got the order. There was only a couple people in the place eating but a lot of the tables were dirty. The food tasted fine and inside the kitchen did not look too dirty .... I probably will not go back here to eat again.

Chalupa is hard and stale. Nacho chips aren’t fresh. Everything is hard and chewing. Plus they didn’t get all my orders and they got it wrong too . This Taco Bell is the worst they almost always get the order wrong, always take incredibly long to complete the order even when the place is empty, they turn their friers off 2 hours sometimes even more before they close, limiting what can be ordered. I have yet to visit this Taco Bell and leave satisfied.
