The drive thru employee was very nice, Tues night 9:50pm. But, one of our cinnamon twists were good, but the other ones were crispy but they smelled bad and tasted very bad. The oil tasted very very old. I couldnt continue eating them.

Always clean and good service but if the drive through gets long the inside will be slow even if your the only person. The staff is great, really nIce people. They have chargers for your phone and booths if you like to not eat in the open. Remodeled not long ago so very clean and updated

Ridiculous, was waiting in line by the speaker for 10 mins cause the system was down. This would have been fine but after we ordered we ordered our food and payed we left and our change was short $10 and our order was wrong. I go to this location a lot because its close but the service standard has dropped drastically. Horrible experience.

A horrible experience. Went through the drive thru and received the wrong bag. Not just a wrong item, the entire order was wrong. It took me awhile to get back to them, and then had to prove at the window that the order was wrong. When I got the correct order, the food was half cooked, and not right. What a waste of $12. Do not recommend the Norwalk location.

Taco Bell socks now.. it say burrito but its a taco tortilla size. They no lo ger have dobke decker suprime. Also stupid prieto gay with earings manager was very rude and has 0 costumer service. Also tables were dirty for the smal place.

Love ❤ the new Cherry 🍒 Sunrise 🌅 freeze. It tastes like a sweet/sour Starburst. Umm umm good 👍 and worth the dollar 💵. I bought the drink during Happy hour time ⌛. What a bomber, this particular Taco Bell on the corner of Pioneer Blvd & Rosecrans Avenue didnt have $5 boxes according to a female employee working the drive-thru line.

This particular TB is good. Clean and the staff are quite professional.The only reason why Im giving out 4 star instead of 5 is due to the location of the shop. Its located in one of the most busiest intersection in Norwalk, CA. Ive seen at least 4 minor car accidents in one month on the same intersection.Due to this my wife and I just go to the one in Santa Fe Springs

The food was good. I ordered a Quasorito Burrito it was delicious except the rice was a little under cooked. There were a few crunchy moments during my chew. Other the that it was quick and for the most part clean. I had to wipe my table because another guest had just vacated the spot I chose to sit.

2 out of 3 time I have had problem the first time I sent my sister to buy me a chalupa meal and they told her that didnt have one so I ordered one and some chips and cheese the nacho cheese was not even enough to finish half my chips the second time everything was great now today I ordered my gordita crunch was made wrong, the burrito supremes had no sour cream and I open my cheese for my chips and again not even enough for three chips and that was for both my orders I tried calling to inform them both time about what happen the number is disconnected. I used to work for a Taco Bell and I was a shift manager I am very disappointed with this new store and there service.

Horrible food and horrible costumer service. Do not go there, you will regret it. They made my food wrong so I called but they didnt answer, so I called again... 8 MORE TIMES and still no answer so I went back because of the wrong nachos AND their dorito tacos tasted straight like cardboard and trash! And the manager gave me only $1.09 for my nachos when I payed $2.00 for them. Such bad service
