Ordered multiple breakfast burritos and a couple of hash browns, which they didn’t pack separately. I don’t understand the logic of packing 2 hash browns in one sleeve whereby there’s an order for a few burritos. No receipt in bag too. Do better!!!

What happened to customer service???I will never return to this taco bell. The lady couldnt call our name to grab our order. We had to ask about or order and for our drinks. No napkins or plasticwear, for the pinto and cheese... just really disgusting service. The people behind us got okay service better than ours but its so sad to see the way others treat people.

Update!!!! I had the worst experience the other day. I came here at the opening time of 7AM. I love going at that time because everything is super hot and yummy, but this review isnt about the food. Oh no much worse. When I got here about 7:10 no one would answer me at the drive through, I waited 10 minutes and finally went the actually window and saw people, so I knocked on the window and asked what was up, in a very nice an polite tone. They legit told me the manager never showed so they couldnt take payment. I asked how long and they said they didnt know. I came back 3 times up till 8AM and kept being told the same thing. How can this happen? I mean seriously, I felt so bad for the crew that their manager would bail on them and leave them in this situation. Well sadly I decided this was it for me at this store. This coupled with the fact that the last 4 times I went at night, 30% of my food was forgotten, and since I went right before they closed, I was never able to get the food I ordered. Complaining didnt help, because they said I didnt have proof. Anyways. I love taco bell!!! I absolutely loooove it. And this place is a 2 minute drive from my house, so you can imagine how sad it is for me that now I have to drive all the way to the taco bell on laguna and bruceville. Though, I have had outstanding service and food from the laguna taco bell since, it still feels I have been wronged completely by this taco bell. Wish I could fix this 😪 cause, man I love taco bell. Im glad I can give 5 stars for the food, and 1 star for the service and atmosphere, cause the issue isnt with the food, just the forgetting my food and ridiculousness of the missing manager.

They will forget items when ordering drive thru. Second time in a month it has happened to me. Got my nacho cheese, but no chips to dip into it...Update 10-29: Took over 20 minutes for order. Chaotic environment. Got ignored. Manager rude. A bunch of new employees. Go to one on Laguna instead.Update 6/14 : Forgot cinnamon twists, but were very cool about it and gave me free taco vouchers. The worst taco bell location in Elk Grove. Do NOT GO! They had me wait in front for my food and then I go in after 20 mins of waiting to them saying oh sorry we havent even started the order yet. Meanwhile the entire staff was joking around and having a grand time instead of making my order. I would also love to point out that the manager showed her back to me the whole time cause I guess she didnt want me to see what her name was so I could report that too.

So I am not sure what time the lobby closes here but it was being locked at 7:37pm. The cashier took the order ok but then was pushy about leaving. There was 2 other families so I stayed to eat as I didnt want to eat in my car. The overview of this location has 1 am as closing but maybe add lobby hours. 3 other customers were turned away in the lobby. The food portion were small and the Burrito Supreme was wrapped with all ingredients on one area. The store is very clean.

Im a little surprised at how few Taco Bells are open late in the greater Sacramento area, especially being on a major truck route. I was extremely grateful for this one open until 1am (drive-thru only) and not far from I-5. Im even more surprised how quickly they prepared my order, and those were the biggest little spicy potato tacos that I have ever gotten. I was very pleased with everything here.

I used to live in walking distance to this taco Bell. In 4 years they have never screwed up my order. Even when its heavily modified.When is this place busy, never waited in line to think it ever is. But who knows maybe at midnight that changes.Probably one of the cleanest Taco bells Ive ever been to.Dont know about the toilets as I would just walk back home to do that non senses.Why complain about taco Bell, youll be back you always come back.

This Taco Bell is with Chevron. The Womens Handicap Bathroom was flooded. I waited for the other one to become available. It ALSO looked as if it hadnt been cleaned in a week! I went to a Chevron employee who interuppted to state, tell it to Taco Bell I waited until someone came out to assist me. I mentioned the problem. He said OK & returned to speak w/other employee. I left, wont be going to THIS Taco Bell...ever! Just FYI, their were Cobb Webs by the Entry of that Ladies Restroom!

Went through drive through around 12:30 am. They messed up and gave me the wrong order, I called and talked to the Kim the manager, she asked if I could come back but I was on lunch break and couldnt. Told her that I would like my money back,I gad given her a $20. she said to come in next day and she would take care of me. Went in next day and she switched it up, wanted me to give her a receipt for food I didnt order to get my refund. I had asked her for corporates number she offered me the general managers number instead. I asked again for corporates number, she refused to give it to me. So I asked for the general managers number, she going to tell me she doesnt have it. I would not reccomed this place. They would not even give me the store number so I could complain. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Im obsessed with Taco Bell...we eat there a couple times a week...but this location will never be on my list of places to go again. Nothing like paying for $30.00 dollars worth of food, walking up when your name is called and letting them know half the order is missing and all the large items at that...but what takes the cake is the supervisor arguing with me from the back saying I got my food when clearly it was missing. I got my $5 dollar coupon from corporate for this crappy treatment and took it to another location yesterday.

Decent Taco Bell experience my only complaint with this location is I had asked for two burritos with sour cream on the side and add nacho cheese. Upon getting down the street I checked my food and they had given me no sour cream and the nacho cheese on the side so 3 out of 5 stars on this location.

I just went though the drive through. As a former Taco Bell worker (2017), this Taco Bell APPALLS me. The casheir lady seemed nice enough, but everything was BAD.(TL;DR: 1. People were yelling inside. 2. I got a cherry freeze when I asked for Strawberry, which was on the menu. And I cant stand cherry. 3. They skimped on the chicken on my quesadilla. Im VERY dissapointed after looking forward to Taco Bell all day at work.)1. I heared yelling through the speaker, and at the window. Seriously? Thats really unprofessional.2. I asked for a strawberry freeze. A strawberry freeze was on the menu. So why in the heck did I get get cherry? If you no longer have strawberry and you now have cherry, mark it as so on the menu, and tell the customer when they ask for strawberry! Honestly, if it was a different flavor I wouldnt care. I love Taco Bells freezes. But I DETEST everything cherry. My father is now drinking my freeze.3. I know how much chicken is supposed to be on a quesadilla...
