The employees at this particular restaurant are so rude. Nobody wants to take your order instead that tell you it used the kiosk. When you tell them that the item you want is not on the kiosk, they continue to ignore you, then another employee tells you to use a kiosk. So much for customer service.

This Taco Bell is kept clean and the workers are friendly and professional. The only thing Im not happy about is how much the price is at Taco Bell have gone up. Its no longer a place I go that often because I cant afford it. Im a senior on a very limited income. That I know of Taco Bell has no senior discounts available. And when my dad was alive when Id go to get him food I know they have no military discounts either unless something is changed since then

We’ve been going to this Taco Bell at least couple times a week . We drove through and ordered food a couple days ago on Friday night and we decided to eat in their parking lot, they forgot to give us half of the order, so I figured no big deal. I went and tried to go inside. The door was closed at that time, knocked on the doorNobody respond,I went to one of the windows where they can see me knocked on the window, same person that was handling our order looked at me didn’t even bother to come closer to see what’s going on. He stayed behind the counter there’s about 50 feet between me outside and them inside. I showed the receipt and I was talking a little loud so they can hear me saying you forgot some of my order. he looked at his manager I guess her name Yvonne by the way she’s very rude she could’ve handled this completely different,, same person that screwed up my order disrespectfully pointed his finger for me to go around, at this time there’s about 15 cars in the drive-through so I walked to the drive-through window and I showed the receipt they didn’t even bother to open the window, so I called the number on the receipt. Same route manager, answered the phone and right away,She said in very rude manner I have no time to deal with you right now we are busy, call the 800 number,I said, you charged me and you didn’t give me part of the order and she hung up, I couldn’t believe somebody put this person in charge .my wife suggested we drive through and talk to the manager and this time I drove through like they requested like we have nothing to do but deal with their unprofessional service, I get to the window instead of her saying sorry for wasting our time and offer her apology. And give me my money back or at least the rest of my order, she wouldn’t open the window and she start smiling and laughing and she said she’s not giving me money or my food that paid for.I wish I can give no star at all, Too bad taco Bell, hires unprofessional manager like Yvonne, to ruin our night, and the reputation.

Always great food but different from the original flavors back in the 70s. Could use that again. Drive thru cant understand communication well. Great deals

Still the best Taco Bell in San Bernardino.View looks perfect on the hill top looking down. Their food still leaves me satisfied when eating there, and the cashier ladys are very very polite🌮😇

I usually go to Del Taco for a couple of red bean and cheese burritos. But I had my Lady Friend with me so I thought I would splurge a little and go to Taco Bell. Because theres definitely a difference in price when it comes to the burritos. I usually stick to what I know so I got 6 of these bad boys. And Ill tell you what. I definitely know where the extra money went. It all started with the tortillas. It actually tasted like it was warmed up on the stove and not set outside in the sun for a couple of minutes like.... The other place. Not hating cause I still keep on going to that other place. But anyways. I think the best part of the burrito. Is the tiny, chopped pieces of onion that gives it that extra something special. I better stop because Im getting hungry and the other establishment is conveniently located by my house. So yeah. Ill be heading there right now. Side note the hot sauce at this place that Im going to right now(Del Taco) is in my own opinion hotter and has a better taste.

The Double Decker was my go to taco! Now that it has been discontinued, Taco Bell has turned into my least favorite place to go!

Horrible customer service and especially dealing with the manager her name Yvonne they forgot half of my food and they want me to go through the drive-through all over again and they were super rude on the phone

Not saying Taco Bell is a 5* restaurant, just that this location is one of the nicer examples. There are outlets conveniently placed for charging your devices at the end of the bar height table with the bar stools. It was clean and looked recently remodeled.Not in a scary neighborhood.
