They always get my order right as a pescatarian and it’s loaded with everything one of the best tacobells also staff is super nice. Only con is they have one worker there that works window that practically yells at you each time and it gives off her being super rude I do know that some people are just like that and I don’t think she can help it but it’s hard to order with someone interrupting you and yelling.

I mean, its Taco Bell. I often would order from this location thru the doordash app and they would get my order wrong 90% of the time. So I didnt have high expectations. But they did get our order correct this time. The poor girl at the counter was multi tasking, handling our transaction and the drive through. Lots of delivery drivers loitering in the lobby. The drink fountain was a sticky mess, also to be expected, and I had to dump my tea as it was totally flavorless. I was actually shocked this location doesnt have ordering kiosks in the lobby. But it was mostly clean (drink fountain not considered) and seemed well managed.

My wife and I stopped here to grab something quick and in the past, havent had issues. The woman on the drive thru mic was practically yelling every response so loud the speaker was crackling. She kept repeating any sauce? To which we answered no near 9 times. When we got to the window, a male employee took our card and gave it back, no receipt. Then the yelling woman walks over and for at least 10 minutes the two of them are arguing loudly right in plain view at the window. Still no drinks or order given. Finally after another 10 minutes the loud woman starts to give us the bag listing off the wrong order, we correct her and say we dont have our drinks either, she snaps off at the guy saying hes messing up. She asks AGAIN if we wanted sauce and AGAIN we said NO. My wife says, can we get our receipt? To which she snaps off theres no receipt up here for you my wife tells her you dont need to be rude and maybe she should stop arguing with coworkers at the window and focus on the orders better. She flips us off and say bye bye. My wife was furious. We called the location, asked to speak to the manager (she claimed to be them) and said go cry about it little baby we asked for her name and she responded you never need to know and hung up. Avoid this location

I hadnt been to a Taco Bell for probably 15 years ago. I thought I would give it a whirl. First of all its confusing as heck. I had some difficulty understanding that when you saw something on the menu in order to make it decent you had to upgrade it by adding meat, of all things, even though it might say beefy chalupa. Even after adding meat 2 items, I found them to be pretty meager.

A consistently clean and good Taco Bell on all facets, very friendly and fast staff, plenty of seating inside, a prompt and easy drive thru. If you want the bell you can’t go wrong here. They close before midnight typically in my experience.

Easily, one of the worst fast-food experiences Ive ever had. I would have given 0-stars, if I could.Came in for a late lunch. Saw two employees [could tell by their TB-unis], sitting at 2-tables with their heads buried in their cell phones. I assumed they were on a break. NO one was at the order cashier counter, with just -employees in the back area [I guess taking care of the drive thru]. I tried to get someones attention at the cashier counter, to no avail. After waiting about 5-minutes, I accessed the walk-thru area near the counter and [finally] got the attention of a lady [who was handling drive thru orders]. She looked angry that I got her attention by accessing the walk thru area near the counter. But she did come over, so it was worth her discontent. So, I ordered 2-chicken burritos and a small soft drink [which were both on their posted menu above the counter]. She then tells me, they do not have any chicken burritos and then she walks back to the drive thru counter. I was going to reselect but she just walked away. So, I left. Unbelievable, Ive never had a food person just walk away from me when I was going to place an order, ever. No wonder this TB was empty inside. Fast food restaurants complain about not having enough customers and this is precisely why they dont.

Drive-thru order, failed to provide or even offer a receipt, got the order completely wrong because they couldnt speak English very well. Quite unfortunate experience, now Im 10 miles down the road with no way to get the order fixed. Im still hungry too because what they gave me was pretty disgusting looking.

Worst drive thru experience ever, the lady was very rude and refused to give a receipt.On the plus side, didn’t mess up the order, got exactly what we ordered.

Check your bags to make sure your order is right and they didnt forget anything in your order. Had to go back 1/2 our order wasnt in the bag
