The drive-thru moved quickly. The gentleman at the window seemed distracted. He didnt give me my receipt for my order or say hello. The tacos were flavored well however if you like more meat than lettuce be sure to ask for extra meat which will cost a little more. Price was great for my order. I ask for taco sauce and they gave me more than enough. All in all I will return to this location.

I havent eaten at a taco bell in absolutely years but this particular Taco Bell was very friendly. The lady caahier was very professional. We had questions, she answered them politely. The place was very clean including the restrooms. When we were leaving, the black gentleman said Goodbye from behind the counter and I thought that was great customer service.

Drive through on 7/15 ordered 2 of the deluxe crave boxes, they were giving to us with the lid unable to close food falling out, had to ask for a bag. We have purchased the same box at other locations with the presentation and food being excellent.. this location I give one starMay i suggest they work on improving the quality of the meal and how to place it properly in the box. And put napkins and condiments outside of the box. Maybe reach out to another Taco Bell and learn how to place the meal in the box.Also this Taco Bell doesn’t answer their phone…

By far gross!I ordered the potatoes in a cup with cheese and sour cream. Completely dry, tasteless and not satisfying.Dont recommend this dish.I also ordered flatbread tacos and they were not on the menu like it should be. I had to ask the employee about it and she charged me for chalupa tacos which are far more expensive. $15 for cup of potatoe and 2 flatbread tacos and drink, not acceptable.Not a satisfied customer. 👎

Don’t go there. Ordered tacos with meat and cheese only and when I got home there was possibly only a tablespoon of meat and cheese. Besides that, it was so greasy that the bottom of the taco was soggy and there was that little bit of meat and cheese on the wrapper with the about 95% of a dry shell. Drove back and asked for manager and he “wasn’t there” Asked for his name and received a first name only and the cashier didn’t know his last name. Cashier became a bit hostile when I asked him his name. Then he offered to make some more, which I declined because of obvious reasons.Just saying, I had been there about a year before and it wasn’t that great, but because I was trying to manage time with my grandchildren I hoped it had at least become a little better. It did not.

I ordered on the Kiosk. I made my selections even choosing my sauce packets. I drove home and to my HUGE disappointment there were no sauce packets inside my bag! Sauce on tacos & burritos complete the food! One without the other just doesnt do it! The tacos & burrito were made well and in a timely manner. I just wished I had sauce for my food! 😥

The 3 guys work around 10pm 05/28/2023 needs to be fired. You won’t believe me if I told you. But a an employee hop in the drive thru window to get back inside the store and started making my food with his dirty hands. I just thought it was weird . Then I got home… my online order was wrong so I went back. I told them my order again. As I’m waiting for my food . They were hitting eachother with the WET Floor sign . Then started to finish my already messed up order. They don’t need this job . They can do better

I doubt I will be coming back cause I ordered two chicken quesadillas with extra chicken plus they charged me for the chicken which was fine. But when I got the quesadilla it was all bread and cheese and they gave me no receipt and I had to call ten times in a row just to get someone.The only reason I didn’t leave one star is because when I called they didn’t give me a hard time and when I came the next day to replace the other meal it was just fine so I do appreciate their hard work.But as I ordered a large drink a sweet tea I believe they gave me iced tea so they definitely need more employees if possible.

Whoever reads this review, I hope you teach your employees on customer service. I had ordered 4 combos online, when I notice 2 tacos from 2 of my combos were missing I went inside and let them know about the issue. Instead of addressing the issue in a customer oriented manner, they laughed at me like if I were to make up lies in order to receive free food. I’m sure there are cameras in this establishment, and you can check them out and see it was your employees fault, not mine. Instead of laughing at customers, they should focus more on making the orders correctly, and make up for their mistakes in a proper manner. Order on Door Dash, the bag was sealed, the dasher was great. The Taco Bell sent a Burri a burrito supreme with beans even though the receipt said no beans, so it couldn’t be eaten. The person was allergic to beans and we were charge for the cinnamon crisp twists that were not included out of a six dollar item that couldn’t be eaten the burrito supreme we were given $1.99 credit and we did not have the meal that we ordered. Would not use these people for DoorDash out orders. You should check your own bag otherwise you’ll pay for things you didn’t get.

Food tastes just the same as any other taco bell place, but the service was a little slow. I understand that there werent many employees and that they had to deal with the drive thru customers but I kept being awknowledged by an employee but never talked to until 5 minutes later. I probably spent 20 minutes waiting in total just to order and receive 2 of the same items

As always, theyre the go to for unauthentic Mexican food. But at least you get consistent product without any surprises. Service here is okay and the drive thru is pretty quick. Lookout for the traffic jam trying to exit here due to Costco next door. Enjoy

I know its not the healthiest, every once in a while I go one if these. My favorites were the double decker taco and Mexican pizza, but both are no longer on the menu. Today I got my niece and my sister the $5 boxes. I just got the potato taco, it was just okay, but like I said its a quick place to drive thru.

Oh man what can I say about this magical place. For me, I was very hungry and could not make up my mind, but I remembered that this lovely place has the 5 dollar box, 5 bucks for an entire meal! Yes thats right this will fill you up. Its not the healthiest of places to eat but the food is always good and the workers are always happy to help you. So next time you are driving some were hungry, stop by this taco bell and do your tummy a favor and feed it boo boo.

I really enjoyed my time at Taco Bell because the staff is always very friendly, especially when you need the air conditioner turn down because its too hot or too cold. No problem. Plus they have charging stations for your cell phone. I really love this Taco Bell dearly close to my heart

Its a great place to enjoy your meal or for your work or studies. There are plenty of outlets for your electronics. The service was quick. The mens restroom was out of order at the time. There was not a huge flow of people to cause much of a disturbance.

Terrible service I ordered a bundle burrito pack of 10 with bean and cheese only I checked my order and they put sauce and onion went back waited 15 minutes then checked the order seem to be ok once I got home as I was on my 2nd burrito noticed it had onion and sauce horrible members working on this shift today. They mixed the burritos so we wouldnt noticed 2 out of 10 burritos were ok the rest were bad. Always double check your order when you come here.

Ive been going to this location for yeeeaaarrrsssss NEVER EVER have I had such a I dont care about my job or your food type of attitude when it comes to service or my food at this location. Line to the new Sams gas station I see they put there took me 25 mins and it was late night, no lights were on looked like the place was closed besides the line, they did not have all options available on the menu, I told her no lettuce on my tacos OF COURSE THERE WAS! Im so glad I checked because I handed it right back to her and no straw no where I had to open my top and drink my beverage 😡 just really disappointed. I drove my client to this Taco Bell to order two $5 boxes. The person there said they discontinued the box on May 10. She said if we donate a $1 we will get two tacos along with two medium drinks. We only got two naked wrap and one medium drink. Terrible service and the person didnt know what she was talking about. Never will we go to this Taco Bell. The $5 box still exists.

Been here a couple of times to pick up food for my coworkers and my self. And I really wanted to acknowledge Matilde L for her GREAT service not only to me but also other customers, she was working drive thru and taking care of walk in customers... when my order was ready a girl from the back brought it, called my number while walking back to the back. I was at the drive-thru last Sunday night right before they closed and asked for a military discount. The man taking my order (Mike, I believe was his name) said he couldnt give me one but offered me a drink. This young girl cut my receipt so I wouldn’t see the information needed to complete the survey.
