Very clean and friendly service here. I got 2 grilled cheese burritos and a grilled cheese fries, which were fresh and tasted great. The only negative I have is that some of the cheese is a little under-cooked/not melted, so obviously they rushed to get the order out.If you havent tried the nacho fries or any varient of them like the grilled cheese fries, I highly recommend doing so. The nacho cheese and their seasoned fries are a fantastic combination.The cheesy bean & cheese is a great option for the littles. Its full of cheese and its really cheap.

Food was deliciously fresh, and it hit the spot. Customer service though were lousy. I didnt even get a receipt and not knowing whoch is what with the burritos because they threw them in the bag. My husband had to go in and ask them which was his order and which was mine. But the food was delicious. I was pleasantly surprised. Its my go to Mexican food now.

Its terrible. The day we ordered for takeout. There were only 2 workers. I felt bad because the guy helping us was doing everything! The line of cars was super long, and people ordering inside the restaurant were just as frustrated. Thank goodness the food was still delicious. Oh, and he forgot our smoothie order, and I had to turn around for it.

I sm not sure if it was just me, but I gave to be really careful about sticking with mild food or my mouth has pain so I only order a number 7. This time when I went though. Something had spice to it snd when that happens I cant really enjoy food. They are always so kind and helpful so I know I will be back and just be more specific about my own needs.

I myself work at a TacoBell location and as employees were supposed to be held to high standards.Unfortunately in my opinion they are way below the standards we are supposed to keep.I figured while visiting my son I would bring him here with my gf and her son.They took were quick to have our food ready. The only issue with that is I was missing the 3 DLT Supreme in the Combo I had ordered.Since I enjoy getting what I payed for as should any other customers I went to retrieve my food items.Walked up to the counter and had to catch the attention of one of the workers because they were too busy on their cell phone to notice me standing there.After I did get his attention I let him know that I was missing the 3 supreme DLT I had ordered.The line cook must’ve of overheard my concern cause she popped her head around the corner of the line table and insisted that everything was on the tray.I let her know that she was wrong because I was missing my 3 supreme DLT.She said she would make them and did reluctantly it would seem and when I did bring them back my gf let me know that they were not made Supreme.Yet when I took them back to let them know the tacos were incorrect, instead of making new ones as they’re supposed to I see them sprinkle some cheese on one and a bit of tomato on the other. By then I was done with this specific TacoBell cause they still didn’t give me fresh Supreme DLTS Tacos, they didn’t add sour cream and only added a sprinkle of tomato to one.I also want to add that the line cook herself was not wearing a hairnet at all, which is standard procedure when working the food line. In fact the only worker wearing a hairnet was the cashier who took my order/ doing drive thru orders.While eating I noticed that over half of the tacos we did order had cracked shells that were stale.I doubt I will be going to this TacoBell ever again as I am disappointed with how they run it and their lack of customer service skills.As I said before I also work at a TacoBell myself and we hold ourselves to a much higher standard.

Several times I have come to Taco Bell at Central Way Cordelia. Always I am told by the staff and managers to use the 2 Kiosks machine to place an order. When the Customers are using the Kiosk and there is no waiting to the front cash register the staff refused to take the order, instead points to use the Kiosk. Mc Donalds has Kiosk machine but has not forgotten about taking orders by cash register.

Visited while passing through the area. We tried to use the kiosk to order but the items we wanted were not yet available on the kiosk. So we then inconvenienced the employees by needing to order at the counter. There was a girl sitting near the drive through window scrolling on her phone and she told us someone would be with us shortly. Then the poor guy who was putting orders together had to come and take our money. The entire store had sticky floors and I was afraid to even try and use the drink dispenser. My best guess is that management is having a difficult time finding and training people who want to work. Most Taco Bells are great, this one, not so much.

I dont eat Taco Bell, but my son does. The employees at this one were great when they accidentally forgot to give us a food item.

We stopped here on our way to Meridian where our friends live. I got 2 nacho-cheese chalupas, My other half got the steak and cheese burrito and my step-son got 2 burritos, 1 beef and bean while the 2nd was steak and cheese and a medium drink while I got a frozen coke drink. 😊 It was only a dollar.

Excellent service, nice follow up from staff ! Got my order right, which doesnt always happens elsewhere. Great place.
