Had gotten 4 bean and cheese burritos and one was a the same size as a cheese roll up. I asked them to make another one politely and they did. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY KIND RESPONSES. I appreciate their prompt service and courteous attitude. Awesome staff.

I normally go here at night and have a pretty good experience and pretty good customer service but today my girlfriend went for me and ordered a quesadilla combo and some other things but my combo did not come with the taco so she went back up there for me and got the taco but they acted like they didnt know what she was talking about mind you she called before she went. They ended up giving me an extra quesadilla (that was bent in a small bag and all we wanted was our taco lol) and the taco that they owed me but I guess to be smart this is what I got in return a broken taco now 🙄(see photo). So the day crew gets a one star but the night crew gets a five. I wouldnt have complained but I really love my tacos from Taco Bell.

Ive been here multiple times! I dont like writing negetive reviews but I keep getting the wrong orders, missing items, food that has been cold (Ive never had a cheesy gordita crunch with un-melted cheese) or just the wrong drinks.Me and my wife wanted to try the cinnabon coffee drink and had to mix it ourself. Its not until we went to another Taco Bell that we realized they just didnt prepare it correctly or knew how?Im just at the point where Im not visiting this location anymore. Please visit another Taco Bell or THE WORKZ next door until they train the employees better!The good Ill say is a cheesy gordita crunch thankfully is great even if the cheese isnt melted as advertised and every employee was nice and polite but hopefully they stay long enough and care enough to get better or the training gets better! This isnt just a review from ONE visit but many over the years and a majority of the times its been a bad experience at this specific location.

Wow… just wow. I have no clue who took my order at the drive thru but he deserves a fat raise!! He was very polite very kind, I got Taco Bell earlier lol but the one with the kfc across the street.. horrible customer service the guy was rude and I’m like 80% sure he mumbled something under his breath about me I didn’t enjoy my meal too much because of that I just wanted to finish it and leave. But this boy man MALE. at the drive thru microphone thing did a splendid job. he said something at the end of the order like “is everything on the screen correct” never heard that one before! I wish I could’ve thanked him personally for his amazing work, truly. Good job

Very bad experience, this taco bell location keeps getting worse every year. Today was the worst yet. As we walk in and wait to be helped were ignored for a good while, the restaurant was empty but 90% of the tables were dirty and sticky. We get our food, as we are eating through our nachos we find a hair ( and right away we know what worker it belongs to because we see them from a far).The shift manager was not helpful. On the contrary, she was offended because we wanted our money back for the nachos. She said she was going to tell the workers to wear hair nets right away. But that was a lie, they never put them on. After the whole thing went down, they were all acting and laughing mockingly. That really made us mad!So unprofessional.

Took for ever to get my food. Food was horrible ask for cheese quesadilla and got chicken. The burrito tasted like lettuce with guacamole. I love Taco Bell! They have been my favorite since high school. However I am now disappointed that they discontinued the Mexican pizza, and they also changed the tortilla used on the burritos. The new tortilla is tough and chewy. It actually ruins the taste of the entire burrito.

Understaffed giving everybody wrong food and having us all literally 10 plus cars wait after using the drive thru for over 20 minutes. I finally got my order and well sike it was for the car next to who had ordered 10 mins after me. The lady on duty taking orders also had a major attitude with everyone. I dont recommend this location anymore. Make the drive to one of the other locations.

3rd times a charm for me. This is the 3rd time in a row that something hasn’t been in my bag. What really got me today was that all four of the shredded chicken quesadillas I ordered were cold to the touch. It’s one thing to have to drive all the way back to the location to receive missing items. Hey I’m a reasonable person, I looked in the bag but forgot I ordered the missing item so drove off without it, cool. But it isn’t my fault when the food is cold. Not like drove 30 mins home cold, like cold and stiff as if it wasn’t heated at all. It’s your money and you spend it how you like. But I suggest taking a long hard look at your order before your drive off. And making sure all items are as advertised. My hard taco was very soft. The owners and mangers of this place should be ashamed of themselves.

I rarely stop at Taco Bell, due to low carb diet, so its kinda a rare treat. I get that due to the pandemic theres high staff turn over and all that comes with that... But what happened tonight and the lackluster response from the Manager, has me coming here (1st time ever) to post a complaint. Approximately, 7:30pm Friday night there wasnt a long drive thru line. That should have been a hint theres trouble there. It took too long for my order to be taken (over 5 minutes) and 5 cars ahead to get their food. Long before I got to the window I could hear the laughter and party atmosphere coming the drive thru window. The Young man had his foot up on a counter while slouching in the window jam. I was never asked what kind of taco sauce I wanted or given any. Second time, in a month I wasnt given a receipt. The burrito supreme was a joke barely noticed refried beans and and meat, no sour cream. The (appeared to be new on menu board) Chicken Quesadilla was over stuffed with cheese, barely had any discernible chicken and wasnt cut in half/thirds or quartered; adding insult to injury it was exceedingly bland. Not sure I want to return to this location the next time I want to splurge.

Before I get to my issue I will say the staff was courteous and respectful however that does not excuse making mobile order and kiosk and in dining orders take forever. I must have watch seven to eight cars leave that drive-thru by the time I got my food while waiting inside.Staffing doesnt seem to be an issue but something is going on. everyone knows in the fast-food world await time is with destroys a place and although I dont perceive taco Bell to fail because of it its definitely not getting a 5-star rating from me

My wife and I had a long day today and we decided to go out to eat. We went through the drive thru and placed our order. My wife checked on the order before we left the property and noticed our order was not right . By this time the line had gotten long so we decided to knock on the glass to get someones attention, she was completely ignored so she went to the window to get a correction on the order. I heard screaming coming fromThe the other side so I walked to check on my wife. She was being yelled at by a couple that to no surprise almost hit our car on the way in. This taco bell location has gotten our order wrong so many time but this is the first time we have ever had to deal with something such as this. To the workers inside this may not be a huge deal but from what we saw happen last night it could become a huge deal at a drop of a dime. This needs to be addressed .

Ordered from the app and picked up at the drive thru. Service was fast and friendly. However the food was not the greatest and some of the lettuce on the tacos was frozen, not just cold but frozen and this was after we drove home. I would return but not for awhile and wouldnt be my first choice.

Walk in. Wait 5 minutes in empty lobby for cashier to take order with no welcome or be there in a second. Get cups, drink machine is turned off. Guy behind counter doesnt realize it. After 10 minutes of waiting for food, realize the tray is sitting on the counter without our number being called. Start eating and food is not prepared to Taco Bell standards. Meanwhile manager (?) is sitting at table with her family only getting up to help make the food.This Taco Bell should be avoided at all costs. Well... It mustve been awhile since Ive been to ant Taco Bell. Bcz the Nachos Tacos combo wasnt available anymore. And nobody there seemed to remember that combo. When I walked up to the counter, an employee was walking around with a cup of water and he pretty much just walked by me without acknowledging me. It took a couple of min, but another worker that was making food saw me and helped me right away. Three taco supreme combo and it was prepared great. Clean restaurant, too.

Worst experience. I dont have name of the female employee who took my order at drive-thru but she gave me wrong food item with different charge. That happens sometimes. I understand it! Although, she was laughing throughout my order with someone else next to her. To be honest, it was very unpleasant too. But, the other lady I talked with to complain about their mistake later time is totally rude. Instead of acknowledging their mistake first, her first response was to call manager in front of me. Not happy with the employees. This one lady kept rushing our order and because she was in so much of a hurry she was going to give us bags that didnt have our food in it. It took about 10 min. In the drive thru to get my order. She kept interrupting us when we ordered and she didnt want to give us the time of day. She isnt the first employee to treat us like dirt here. Ordered reaper fries and gave us the wrong order and no receipt. I didnt realize until I got all the way home and ended up having to go back. For the trouble of having to go back and already opening the wrong order I was expecting them to let me keep it as well as giving me my correct order. Overall satisfied each time occasionally they dont have the slushies available or they forget an item in the drive thru but as long as you check your food before you drive off theyre pretty polite and seem to make things work for you. I enjoy how they ask if they can help you with the menu when your ordering through the drive-thru.

When I arrived at this Taco Bell I was pleasently surprised by the five dollar chalupa deal! It was so good I ordered two while through the drive through line. The first box I asked them to add sour cream to each item and I asked for a Mountain Dew. The second box was the same except no sour cream on any item also with a mountain dew. I was so thirsty I ordered a third drink, a large Pepsi. When I got to the window the girl asked for payment so I had my friend give her my card as I was in the back seat. He hands it over and She gave us both boxes, the large pepsi and a mountain dew. We jad to ask for the second Mountain Dew multiple times before she understood what we wanted. As my friend pulled away I did not realize she did not give my card back to him. We got home and realized what tommfoollery befell us. Card missing, no reciept, and both boxes with all items containing sour cream. I drove all the way back and went in to recieve my card. I aaked the manager about getting a refund on my order of 13something or other and he refused. He called his manager who told me they could refund my order but would take the food back. I walked out when they would do nothing about their incompetent employees. I would not recommend this terribly serviced Taco Bellto anyone. Maybe Trump..he could make it great again. Other than that, good food!
