My family loves the nacho fries!!! We tried the nacho cheese fries and love them too. Im so glad they have a larger size for fries now. Highly recommend this place

I went to the drive thru in Lakeport, and even tho the line was long, its was still pretty fast and courteous service. One thing I didnt like was the entrances from the street werent clearly marked, I ended up going the wrong way, into Burger Kings drive thru, which is right next door because the sign with arrows pointed that way. Very confusing if youve never been to either of those before

They have friendly employees. They seem to work hard. Sometimes there is a wait but only because they have alot of customers. Very good place personally. When it comes to recommending food, everyone has their own taste.

Went thru the drive thru. Employee recomended a cheaper alternative to what I was ordering..Taco Bell doesnt have the Encharito but on a website it says TB brought back the Encharito..not in LKPT..Employee was very helpful & cheerful. Service was very fast.

Taco Bell has some good food & the prices arent bad but its easy to rack up the price especially if you have a large Family unless you get the pack deals then it isnt so bad. They mess up the orders a lot though its really frustrating especially when you dont live close & get home with the wrong order, they usually correct their mistakes but sometimes they get it wrong the 2nd time around too! Sometimes its not worth it although they do have some good menu options.

This Taco Bell seems to always have fresh ingredients. The staff here is actually very friendly and pleasant and the food never takes too long to be ready. Its becoming one of my favorite Taco Bells to visit. They gave me extra Cinnabon delights. Who wouldnt want extra Cinnabon?

It is Taco Bell so the food is fast food. The issue is this particular Taco Bell never seems to get a drive through or online order correct. Items missing, completely different orders, and have seen them mistakenly given me an order for someone else than take it and give it to the appropriate order.

I rate 4 star only because I didnt eat inside, just ordered my food through drive through. My tacos were delicious, not soggy they were fresh and crunchy! As well as great customer service. Both women I spoke with were kind and patient. Usually fast foods theyre trying to rush you or seem annoyed. Neither women were rude. Drive through was pretty quick as well and it was rush hour.

This Taco Bell has a good crew. Ive gone here a couple of times and my order has never been messed up, and has been spot on. They make my quesadilla heck of good.Addressing corporate, please bring back the other wrappers for the quesadillas or find something else. A good quesadilla is cheesy and every time, I have to carefully peel it from the new wrappers or risk eating some paper with my bomb quesadilla. This crew makes it perfectly cheesy and it sticks when hot. The precious wrappers with the plastic on top didnt stick as much when its a really good quesadilla, oozing with the sauce and cheese... Talk about yum. Yeah, bring that wrapper back or find something better please. The artistry of quesadilla making at this location is being tortured before I can savour it. 👌

Ok, so the owner took the time to respond to my star rating so Ill take the time to write a real review.This Taco bell is the bomb. When a drive through has a long line you can usually guess that its a good place to eat, well youd be guessing right.The food is always hot, the staff is friendly, theyre quick to take and fill orders, the orders are always accurate, and they hook it up with the sauce. This Taco Bell location is my #1 fast food choice in North Lake.A point during these covid times, the staff is conscientious about preventing person to person contact. They use a tray to collect payment and you never contact the person through the window. Its a confidence inspiring interaction. I feel safe getting food from this location.

Yeah I only gave them 2 stars because they were at least friendly. I clearly ordered The meal that came with 3 soft tacos. I asked for them to be all chicken supreme. I asked for a separate soft taco with beef for my mother. I also asked for a nacho Grande Box when I got up to the window which I felt terrible about because I forgot to order it when I was at the speaker. But when I got home, I found one hard chicken taco that had no sour cream in it and some kind of a breakfast burrito. They at least gave me one soft beef taco for my mother and the nacho Box for my brother.When they handed me the bags I asked if the full meal that I ordered was there because when I added the nacho Grande Box they said I would have to pull around to the front. I did not mind pulling around to the front. But then they said that they were able to put it together quick enough that I didnt have to pull around to the front and that the whole meal I ordered was there. This is now the 3rd time between people in my household that we have left Taco Bell drive-through in Lakeport with the wrong meal. We will not be returning.

Id give them 4 star rating but I dont like how they discontinued making the mini shredded chicken wraps. They renamed them chicken quesadilla melts but they are nothing like they use to be. There is hardly anything on them anymore. I also dont like that they discontinued making the double decker taco.Ever since COVID -19 theyve went down hill but I still eat there from time to time!!!

Lately this store has been on point; pretty clean and well kept on the inside and the drive thru is getting orders right. Straight gave me flaming diarrhea that dehydrated my body and left me hospital ridden for a week,my doctor said Id probably never be able to process jalapenos or corn based wraps in my stomach ever again. that was three months ago and Ive fully recovered now the rattlesnake burritos out and for a limited time I can experience the pain I did all those months ago. its delicious,spicy,cheesy,salty,and sweet with am amazing tortilla holding its cheesy steak fry filled body together. I can feel it destroying my insides right now as I write this message my wifes driving me to the hospital as I stare at an empty paper wrapper at my feet once holding a delicious meal now I realize it held the contents of my doom.All on all I definitely recommend it 10/10 would do again if I survive.

Place and decor were clean, vastly different than what it was 10 years ago. Food was OK, if not a bit bland. portions rather small for the price and choice of condiments lacking, yet this is what we expect it to be. I dont care for the strange blend of seasoning they put on things, but thats just me. Overall not bad, just not great. Id rate the entire chain this way, and as for the location it seems better than most appear to be. As an aside, any foodies know taco bell is about as Mexican as panda express can be called Chinese food, both fast food chains make americanized calls to the source, but contents and quality not truly the same as the original. Go with that in mind ;)

Today was not a good day at Taco Bell. Service was very slow. I had to pull to the front to wait for 1 beef chalupa. I waited for 10 minutes..then went inside n it still wasnt ready. Had to wait another 4 minutes. But they did give me some free cinnamon twists n a coupon for a free taco.

Lakeport Taco Bell was good to me the other day i drove in the drive thru i was trying to pay with Google pay & some how they were ubable to get it to work, i went in to see if paying at front would work but no luck. The manager that day was nice & said its on her. I let her know Id be back tomorrow to pay she said i trust you. I went in the next day and payed they where really nice & treated me great!

They almost always get the orders wrong. If they have four cars in the drive thru it could take you upwards of 30 minutes just to get to the window. The service isnt great. The Taco Bell in Lakeport is much much better. Also, the prices in Clear Lake are higher than the prices at the Lakeport Taco Bell.

Honestly I rarely write bad reviews even if I was disappointed, but the food was awful. The beans tasted like they were over cooked or had gone bad, the only things we ordered that didnt have beans in them were to soft Taco supremes, but they gave us regular tacos instead. We had gotten it in the drive through and were too far away to take it back. Overall a complete waste.

I usually go thru the drive thru, but today went into the dining room- which was filthy. Nearly every table was dirty, and the floor was a mess. It was just BEFORE noon, so this was rather unexpected. The staff was polite and the food was actually better than usual. The restroom was a mess. There WAS a yellow slippery/wet triangle- so SOMEONE had been in there. But, there was urine all over the seat, and a lot on the floor. I am not sure why that wasnt dealt with IMMEDIATELY- you would think that avoiding a slip and fall would want to avoided- but, I guess not. I will be back- but, sticking to the drive thru.

The Wi-Fi doesnt work as advertised and no one there could figure it out but was very dismissive about it. The front was a confusing mess with the order takers.Food was well prepared and the only professional person was the cook that came up front anf handed us our food. I gave this Taco Bell two chances to get their Power Menu Bowl, priced at almost $6 with extras, even close to right. Both times not only were they wrong, they were inedible. I asked for no rice but both times they were almost all rice. It advertises Romaine Lettuce but both times I got wilted shredded iceberg lettuce. I even tried to call the second time but no one answers and no one returned the call. Expensive bowl of slop.

This taco Bell has excellent service for Lakeport CA. On Clearlake in Lake county. But the arking lot is a little confusing. You inter the parking lot thru the car lot next door. So pay attention to the signs for where to inter. Other then that they are friendly and efficient and the food is good for the price.
